Awesome server in Italian restaurant
Mesero Jefferson went out of his way to make our day a good experience after we had a bad one with the sales pesonel trying to sell time share .. but not only our table I noticed he worked every table.in a Profesional and attentive way . What beyond the norm except employee

Extended family vacation.
The resort was great with lots to do between the beach, rivers, pools and nature park to keep the kids busy and entertained.

Service is wonderful! Beautiful resort with thee nature preserve, cenote and rivers. We love coming with our family. The meals are delicious. The wait staff is very attentive. Pool activities were great to keep us all entertained. Can't wait to come back!

Hacienda Tres Rios and Activities
Staying at Hacienda Tres Rios has been a pleasant experience for us. The place was well kept with lots of trees like you’re one with nature with plenty of activities for the family. Biking with Alma was amazing and very informative. We did Kayaking with Richi and Jaki, where they made us feel safe knowing it was our first time. I also tried Sense Adventure and was really relaxing. Lastly, we went with the Shopping tour in Playa del Carmen and was really fun. Overall a great experience!

Best Kid Zone EVER
Kids zone, was one of the best activities for my daughter, especially Magda was so super nice, knowledgeable, patience and fun with the kids. My daughter didn’t want to leave. She took them to eat, pool, bake cookies, draw, make bracelets. She was a CHARM. Very dedicated and hardworking, I admire those type of employees. Your destination is complete because of the staff you employ, definitely JACK OF ALL TRADES. I commend Madga for such a great spirit and dedication employee and you CAN TELL SHE ENJOYS AND IS PASSIONATE WITH HER JOB. THANK YOU.

My wife and I took the four-night package in August and really got our money's worth! The service from the entire staff was phenomenal. The nature activities, including biking and kayaking through the terrain and rivers, are not to be missed. The beach was beautiful. The complimentary wind surfing boat ride was very special. The quality and quantity of food available was amazing and I am a NYC food snob! And the top shelf liquor was always available! I could go on... Visit this property!!
