Hacienda Tres Rios

Great Eco-Resort but if you can't access the kayaking, riding, hiking and snorkeling due to relentless mosquitoes, you are limited to the immediate resort facilities. When this resort is finally completed and the workmen are finally gone, I am sure it will be a great resort. Currently, the resort, according to staff, is only 10% occupied and will officially open in November 2025. As a result, we only had a limited number of restaurants and bars available to us, but our all inclusive fee was the highest we ever paid since much more was advertised. But unfortunately many were closed for renovations or under construction. But the staff were amazing. Friendly, warm and empathetic to our issues. When it is finally fully open and occupied, I bet it will be a great resort and offer great vacation experiences. We made our own fun in the pool and the great room accommodations they offered.

My family and i had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hotel Hcienda Tres Rios. Family time was great and enjoyed all the daily activities poolside and the late evening activities in the sports bar where there was singing and dancing entertainment to be had after dinner. Swimming pool facilities was great but could not use the beach to go for a swim due to the presance of Sargassum Seaweed in the water which might be common at this time of the year. The enviroment was very relaxing and pleasurable, and the rooms were astonishing and comfortable. The only noise were eminating from the sports bar which occured in the late evening that brought some additional cheer and relaxation to our stay which was most welcome . Service was excellent and facilities and amenities were in top order. Hotel renovation works and future plans are just amaizing and worth the effort made to come to Cancun.

The staff provided amazing service. Everyone was very attentive and made us feel welcomed.From the bellboys, Luis and Erik, to Mario, Cesar, Jonathan, Edgar and the other pool bar waiters, Gabriel, Ada, Conchis, the dinning waiters. To the activities staff, Juan, Alexander, Liam, Fatima and Ada, were able to provide a welcoming warm feeling. Thank you to the staff for the amazing experience !

Excellent! it was Beyond my expectations, definitely going back . Rooms super clean, good food and restaurants servers super nice, specially Hector he served us at the alebrijes.

Great location with cenotes and beautiful grounds. Food was good and the staff very friendly. Fun activities. Our director Fatima was awesome! Room well appointed and freshly renovated. Great bed and spa like shower. Relaxing resort would recommend especially if you upgrade to all inclusive.
