Hacienda Tres Rios

Well… let me be honest. I was skeptical about my week vacation to hacienda tres Rios. I had never seen the property, but I knew they have been doing a major reconstruction over the past few years. Well… my skepticism was quickly extinguished when I met the staff at the hotel. The staff is extremely especially Carlos at the sports bar, and Alexander and Vanessa who do the kayaking, snorkeling, and bicycle tours. They are very fluent in English and you can tell the have passion for making peoples experiences in Mexico the best it can be. I was fully prepared to say no to buying a property…. Well. I’m now a proud owner into the resort. Maybe you catch me in the cenotes or singing karaoke on your next visit, because I’ll definitely be back. Thank you sooooo much!

Klimpton what were think investing in this place? It a scam if I could sell like I was promised I would have a long time ago. Even as a herenica member the butler can't even make a trip to playa del Carmen happen , after 2 days of asking they can't get a single bottle of tequila to my room. This place is terrible, no one show ever come here, or buy anything from them.

We had an amazing trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tres Rios. The resort is beautiful, with newly renovated, elegant rooms and clean surroundings throughout. The food, drinks, and overall service were excellent, and everything was smooth and easy thanks to the supportive staff. What truly sets the resort apart is its outstanding team. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and attentive, with several staff members going above and beyond to make our experience special—from restaurant managers and bartenders to servers and transportation staff. Overall, our family had a wonderful time. We appreciated the chance to relax and enjoy the exceptional hospitality. We look forward to returning again next year.
