Best Vacation and Favorite Resort
The entire experience was amazing, I highly recommend doing all the activities they offer, from family bike ride, jungle cars, kayaking, snorkeling (was our favorite) with Alexander "The Great", and the food at the restaurants was always great, especially if Claudio "Romario" is your server, and for birthday celebrations go to Kotori, they have the best fireworks and songs ever...

Great surroundings, excellent staff!
I would give everything 5 stars except the food, which was good but not great. The on-premise snorkeling excursion was really cool and Alex and Fatima were great! The beach renovation they have done is really impressive and a very noticeable upgrade from my previous stays.

Another Perfect Stay.
Fantastic experience. Employees are the super stars. Everything was perfect. Food and menus have improved each and every year. Better chefs and selections. Loved it. New room decor lacks some Mexican bright colors but is modern and well done. Can’t say enough. See you all next year. Can’t wait.

Great resort
We had a lovely week as a family; the food was good, and the internet in our room was passable! We didn't appreciate the coaties at the pool! During the sales pitch for booking a vacation at this location, the representatives were very pushy.

Alma is the best!!
The building is very nice. Food is very good. The activities (sailboat, kayak, bike ride) are fun but a bit too short. Room service takes a bit too long and communication between staff isn’t the best. Lots of miscommunication between staff. Our stay was mediocre but what brought it over the top was the employees Pablo from the buffet and Alma the butler. Pablo and Alma went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special and made us feel very cared for. They made our stay 10x better!!! They deserve acknowledgment!

My wife and I took the four-night package in August and really got our money's worth! The service from the entire staff was phenomenal. The nature activities, including biking and kayaking through the terrain and rivers, are not to be missed. The beach was beautiful. The complimentary wind surfing boat ride was very special. The quality and quantity of food available was amazing and I am a NYC food snob! And the top shelf liquor was always available! I could go on... Visit this property!!
