Impression Moxche by Secrets

Impression Moxché is currently our favourite resort and we travel extensively within the UVC line of resorts each year. We were 2 couples travelling for birthday celebrations for a week and they did not disappoint at all. Reception was fast and attentive, check in was done in our room to streamline the check-in service and done by one of our 2 butlers for the week. They checked in with us every day and night and every time we requested anything they responded to us immediately. They also helped us organize a surprise birthday party in one of our rooms and decorated it beautifully without me even requesting it - filling the room with flowers and treats, drawing a hot bubble bath in the soaker tub. I would like to commend Gilberto and Rafael on a job well done. They would stop and chat with us every time they saw us and encouraged us to use their services. I find Impressions Moxché sets itself apart mostly by such attention to detail that makes you feel special. The food and cocktails in the Impressions side is also exceptional. We also took advantage a lot of the facilities playing sports, daily activities and shows in the evening. José and Jasmine were our entertainment coordinators and we got to know them throughout our stay. They were so nice and so much fun, doing little things for us during the week as well as hosting some great activities for all the guests. They work very hard and we felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend this resort. The beach is not the most appealing for swimming so if that is a very important priority for you then I don't think this will be the best place for you but if a nice luxurious hotel experience with outstanding attention and service and amazing food and drinks and fun activities (pools are great for sure) is more you thing I 100% recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Secrets Impressions. The resort is beautiful and everything feels very modern and luxurious without being over the top. The food was amazing throughout our stay, honestly better than expected for an all-inclusive. Every meal was consistently good and we looked forward to eating every day. We also did tennis lessons with Oscar, who was fantastic. He’s a very skilled and professional coach, but also friendly and easy to learn from. Whether you’re new to tennis or more experienced, he does a great job adjusting the lesson to you. At the seaside beach club, the concierge David was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He always made sure we had everything we needed and checked in to see if there was anything else he could do. Our server Eduardo was excellent as well, attentive, friendly, and always on top of things. Oscar, David, and Eduardo really stood out and helped make our stay at Impressions unforgettable. We would absolutely recommend Secrets Impressions and would love to return.

Very beautiful resort. Great pools and views, excellent rooms and service. Impressions is definitely worth it. Food is also absolutely amazing. Super fun activities with the entertainment team! Jose and Jazmin were great when we did pool water aerobics and beachside tote bag painting. Very great tennis with the tennis pro, Oscar. He was an exceptional, very knowledgeable coach who gave fantastic lessons, very helpful and fun drills. Enjoyed every session with him. Our favourite spot at the resort was the Seaside beach club! Beautiful spot with great pool, beach access, and service. David the pool concierge was so kind and always helpful! Servers, Eduardo and Amanda, also very kind and attentive. Definitely would reccomend.

​If you love tote bags, I highly recommend this program. Jasmin and Tiffany helped me paint so well that I could finish a stunning bag and create lasting memories of the Cancun sea. You should definitely join this program!
