Impression Moxche by Secrets

What a beautiful resort! We will definitely be coming back. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. Our butler Alberto was fantastic! Lots of activities (Daniela was great! Go take her spin class!) and shows to watch. The beach was okay, lots of seaweed unfortunately, but that’s just how it goes. The drinks were also a little too sweet for me, I had to ask them to cut back on the sugar. Overall, a great stay!

My husband & I went for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. The highlights of the trip were hands-down José and Jazmin with the entertainment team at Impressions. Before arriving we planned on leaving the resort to explore the area more, but in our 9 day stay we only left once because we kept looking forward to the activities José and Jazmin had planned. We particularly loved the crafts and the cocktail classes. José and Jazmin are an amazing duo and are the heart of the Impressions resort. Thank you to you both for an unforgettable trip and for your constant care and good energy!

My husband and I recently stayed at Impressions Moxché for our anniversary, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The resort itself is beautiful, with outstanding service, exceptional dining, and a relaxing atmosphere that made for a truly memorable trip. A special thank you goes to Jose and Jazmin from the Experiences & Entertainment team. They played a huge role in making our vacation such a success. The activities they coordinated were well-organized, engaging, and added so much value to our stay. Beyond that, both Jose and Jazmin were incredibly thoughtful, personable, and genuinely invested in ensuring guests had a great experience. Their warmth and attention to detail made us feel welcomed throughout our visit. It’s employees like Jose and Jazmin who turn a great resort stay into an unforgettable one. We are grateful for everything they did and look forward to returning in the future!

The resort was beautiful! Pools were amazing and there were so many options and something for everyone. The main activity pool was fun and lively but there were plenty of other options to hang out at and it was even easy to find a spot if you wanted to be completely alone as well. The resort never felt busy, until it was time to get a table for dinner and you didn’t have a reservation. The food was ok with a few dishes being memorable for either being really bad or really fantastic. The room was beautiful. We never expect everything to be perfect and while there were some maintenance bugs, the way in which they were handled left much to be desired. The customer service had MUCH room for improvement. While a few staff were great, others seemed to be burdened when you would ask simple questions (which seems odd as you would expect the opposite from front desk and concierge staff). Some staff around the resort had told me complete misinformation, some were rude, some couldn’t even offer a smile or greeting, and many requests through the app were marked as complete when the task was not attended to. However, the entertainment team completely saved the day and every single person from that team was amazing at every single interaction. Dani and Isla’s bike tour was so fun. Dani’s spin and Zumba classes were top notch and she even had a dance class on the beach. She was truly a highlight of the trip and was a wonderful fitness instructor and tour guide.

Our 8th visit. Impression Moxche truly exemplifies the AAA 5 Diamond status it has consistently earned. The facilities and grounds are meticulous; the menus carefully curated and changed to prevent boredom; the staff are professionnal, caring, and committed to excellent customer service. I had a medical emergency while there, and the staff insured I received the treatment I needed quickly, plus took excellent care of me before I returned home. Cannot wait to return.
