The resort was beautiful! The staff were very friendly,accommodating and attentive. The food was delicious! We loved that you did not have to make reservations at the restaurants. Nef, Zelda and Axel were some of the best staff! They wanted to make sure everyday was the best experience.It was definitely a vacation in paradise!

Very beautiful and well designed hotel, pools and grounds. It's one of the few places I've vacationed in that I would definitely return to! The staff is extremely friendly, kind and helpful...truly are the best part of Impression Moxche! Special thanks to individuals are listed below. Pools - A series of larger pools offer varied activities/entertainment throughout the day and night, and several other smaller pools offer more privacy/peace. The music was never loud or bothersome, which we really appreciated. We lounged daily at a nice corner of the Sugar Reef pool which was mostly quiet and calm, with convenient swim up bar for ordering food and beverages. Love the landscaping and bamboo covered walkways meandering through the pool areas. Beach - A large amount of sargassum weed accumulated daily on the narrow beach area, I'm not sure if this is seasonal issue or year round. A crew with ATV and trailer came daily from 8am - 11+am to rake and haul it off. Unfortunately this made it a bit noisy, chaotic and took away from the solitude of watching the ocean. The first 20 meters of beach are public, so several venders selling tours and trinkets congregated at the beach/hotel access pathways. You may want to choose a spot farther away from these pathways. Be aware if you go to get chairs at the ocean, you must return within 45 minutes or the staff will remove your belongings (which was a bit disconcerting, but items were returned) and they give the chairs to other guests. Rooms - The rooms are well decorated, nicely appointed, have comfortable bedding and a balcony seating area with tub. We moved one of the interior chairs to the balcony so two people could sit comfortably. Might not be a bad idea for management to add a second balcony chair. Bathrooms are a bit dark due to low lighting and dark granite, but beautiful and spacious with good storage/closet space. The "Secret Box" inside a closet by the front door enables you to receive room service without the necessity of getting dressed/presentable and opening the door...a nice touch. Be aware that if you leave food out on the balcony, cute little black birds will be happy to share your breakfast lol. Entertainment - The entertainment at the Moxche Theatre was surprisingly wonderful with very talented energetic performers. We had a great time at every show. We also enjoyed the duet music (singer and instrumentalist) at Bamboo each night, a gorgeous uncrowded venue with nice acoustics. A pigeon sat on the table next to the duet, and watched and listened to them for over an hour...the bird apparently enjoyed them also...too cute. Food - Each morning we ordered room service (food arrived quickly) or picked up some ham and cheese croissants (yummy) from the Moxche lobby buffet. Impressions offers a wide variety of restaurants, we didn't have sufficient days to eat at even half of them. Our favorite by far was Suki's hibachi (you need reservations)! The food was fresh, beautifully presented, delicious and the grill chefs are talented and entertaining. The entire staff there was super friendly and attentive, such a nice and memorable experience. Logistics - Moxche is about 45-50 minutes drive from CUN, we hired Meet Playa/Enrique and Private Transport/Anselmo . Both companies were responsive and reliable, drivers were kind and polite, vans were clean and well maintained. Just a tip when navigating through the hotel....there is not clear signage how to access the lobby from the ground floor. When you are at ground/pool level, the elevators to the lobby (third floor) are accessed via an interior hall next to a few of the restaurant entrances (i.e. Suki and Allora). Maintenance - The hotel and staff is amazing, and the facility is clean. These small matters did not diminish our enjoyment and experience. Please consider these as observations and simply things for management to be aware of. The TV remote and AC control in our room stopped working, but Neftali and the maintenance man came to the rescue in a matter of minutes and all was taken care of very promptly. The wooden floor lamp turned on by itself twice one night...sort of weird. Replenishment of cups/glasses/supplies in the room armoire was hit and miss. A bit of dust here and there, and drink rings on the accent tables. The fiberglass loungers in the pool had a bit of scum on them at the waterline. The seated poolside chairs have chipped paint and some of the wooden poolside umbrellas have broken rib assemblies and runner hubs. Again, nothing major and nothing that changed our desire to return. Management can't possibly know every detail. If it were my hotel, I would want to know so I could make some minor improvements. Staff - Special thanks and gratitude to the staff of Impression, you are the BEST EVER! Muchas gracias to; Zulda and Neftali (our butlers who responded so quickly to any question and for help with TV/AC issues), Filiberto (Sugar Reef bartender), Jorge / Manuel / Pedro (wait staff), Suki Chef Andres, and Suki Manager Daniel. Please, please....remember to leave gratuities for the hard working staff! We were so sad to see very few guests tipped. Being generous to others is a small price to pay to show your gratitude for excellent service.

If you are unsure about booking this resort, let me say, just book it! You will not be disappointed. The food, the service, the room, the pools..all worth it! We were treated like royalty. The staff is amazing! From the butlers, Gilberto & Raphael, to Sergio and the rooftop pool, Amir our waiter at Market Cafe, and all the in between staff, every single one of them is so nice and more than willing to do what they can for you. The property is clean, and beautiful! The pools were all clean and very refreshing.

I am absolutely blown away by this amazing resort! We spent two weeks at this beautiful and luxurious resort, in the care of two of the most amazing and thoughtful butlers Maili & Mariela! From having a Marichi band and 10 additional butlers surprising me pool side to sing Happy Birthday, to treating us to a beautiful floating lunch in our private pool. I have never experienced better service in my life. Every restaurant was delicious and unbelievably accommodating with all of my food allergies. The chefs actually altered dishes for me, so that I could enjoy all the spectacular food! I have a shellfish, nut and gluten allergy, and have never eaten more delicious and visually beautiful food in my life! The pools were incredible and drink service was fantastic. Our favorite sommelier Jorge Hepi Alecio chose amazing wines for us and also made it his personal mission to be certain that every waiter and restaurant manager knew of all of my allergies, even if we weren't ordering specialty wines. I honestly can't say enough about our experience at Impression Moxche by Secrets. We can't wait to go back! Lisa & David Pedneault

Firstly, our fantastic butlers, Allyson and Daniela. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, accommodating our every need with a smile. One of the highlights was Axel's incredible magic tricks. His performances were mesmerizing and very personable! He needs his own evening show!! Similarly, Aranza's jumping class was a fun and energetic way to exercise while on vacation. The entire entertainment team was nothing short of fantastic. Nutritionist Gabriela provided outstanding service, offering personalized dietary advice and ensuring our meals were both delicious and healthy. My wife has a gluten allergy and we were never concerned with what we were eating. Our server at Ember, Demetrio, was attentive and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations that were delicious! Our spa experience was equally fantastic, thanks to Olivia and Rigoberto. They were the best messages we’ve ever had! The main impression pool was another highlight, with the pool staff and bar service being nothing short of fantastic. The team was always attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our time by the pool. Overall, our stay at Impression Moxche exceeded all expectations. Every aspect, from the personalized service to the outstanding amenities, contributed to an unforgettable vacation. We can't wait to return and experience this paradise again!
