We had such an incredible experience at impressions secrets Moxché. Everything is so well thought through, the views, the food and the service are spectacular. Our room came with Butlers, Luis and Cesar who went above and beyond to make sure our trip was special. Every member of staff was so welcoming and accomodating and we would 100% recommend and go again!

The start of our trip was rocky. We were to check in @ the impressions side, but they brought us to the moxche side instead because of my dad's last name. When we got to the impressions side, they had no idea that we were having a wedding at the sky deck that weekend. I feel like if people are paying Thousands of dollars and bringing in 30+ guests, they should know why you are there. Our butlerAlberto @ the time, accidentally showed us the WRONG room. I thought we got an upgrade because of the wedding. It was a magnificent room, then he said sorry, you're actually in the room you booked. I would think again that because we were staying 6 nights, and having a sky events wedding, and me being a Hyatt member, we would get an upgrade, but no. We didn't ask for much from our butler. e had asked for regular tequila in the room instead of Mezcal and they said no we have to pay for it separately. He did make us reservations for Teodoro which was an amazing experience. We asked him to help take the decorations to the wedding planner, and my husband had to wait 2 hours and he never came, so my husband took the decorations himself to the wedding planner and saw the butler downstairs chatting it up, when we had meetings with the wedding planner and greeting our guests getting to the hotel. It was unacceptable. We never fire a person, but it was the LAST straw. We got a new butler, Marianna and she was fantastic! She hand delivered my dress to the bridal suite and my husband's tux to the room. She was so nice and pleasant. She helped make our stay amazing. I was a bit skeptical of the wedding planner Farride only because of our lack of meetings and lost emails, but she made everything MAGICAL and I couldn't have asked for anything more. The DJ axle was amazing and executed last minute decisions perfectly. Daniela and her photo team with Adventures Photo, were soooooooo amazing, and the Styling Trio for my bridesmaids makeup and mine made everyone look stunning. I did get an hour extra photoshoot, and free hair and makeup that following Monday because it came in my package. Perla in the spa did an amazing job with my hair and makeup as well. The photo shoot was so fun with my hubby, and it was with people that helped Daniela for the wedding. From the food, service at all the restaurants, service and details at the resort, the shows, the speakeasy, bartenders, and overall experience... minus the hiccups, our wedding weekend was everything and more than I had dreamed. 1000/10 recommend!

First time to Secrets Moxche. Stayed on the Impressions side. Not a great time of year for the beach at this resort, but the 14 pools and guest service made up for it—excellent and relaxing stay. We'll be back!

This was our second visit to Impression. I like the Secrets and I think it’s improved since coming under Hyatt. No resort is perfect so I will give you the good and bad of our trip. The good! The Butler service has really improved. We were very grateful to have Luis and Caesar. They were very attentive. They checked in often but they weren’t pushy. They were helpful when we needed them. This was a fast improvement over our first visit when we only saw our butlers at the beginning in the end of the day. Overall, the food quality was better than OK. We had issues getting served at one restaurant, but the staff made up for the rest of our stay. I think there needs to be a reservation system for Impression guests. The buffet has great options. The restaurants inside of Impressions are all wonderful. Orlando and Saul were amazing at Celio. Isabella at Ember was the best dinner waiter to we had all week. Benjamin at Seaside made every breakfast amazing. Lastly, appreciate Daniel getting me set up at my favorite chair by the rooftop pool every morning. The bad! The rooms are clean, but they are starting to show a little wear and tear from the first time we stayed there in 2023. I think they would need a refresh probably in the next two years. Or better cleaning in the bathroom area specifically the shower around the door hinges. The food quality is hit or miss. The drinks are horrible! I think they’re just trying to do too much and make the cocktails too fancy. Simple good liquor is all you need. Lastly, I hate to say this, but I have to be honest. From my perspective, African-American/Black guests are not treated with the same level of quality, service. I don’t know if it’s because I think we don’t tip but we do! I tip everyone that was helpful to me. But there were definitely times I felt ignored when other people were being serviced. Or when I asked a question that was made to feel like I was inconveniencing the employee. Final thoughts! I probably won’t return. But I’m interested in other Secrets and Hyatt all inclusive, especially in Mexico. I love the people and the country. Their culture is so rich and I appreciate them sharing it with me.

Amazing resort, the staff was very attentive, very personable. Lots of things to do wether you prefer to relax but one of the many many pools or bars, or craft activities, or watching shows, and even a night club if that is your style. The overall vibe of the resort was lay back and relax, especially on the impression side where we stayed. There was lots of live music at the resort. There's food and drinks around every corner of the resort.
