We recently stayed at Impressions Moxché by Secrets and had an absolutely incredible experience—but what truly set this property apart was the level of personalized service. Our butlers, Zulda and Maili, were nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was coordinating reservations, organizing special touches in our room, or simply checking in at the perfect moment, they struck that rare balance of being attentive without ever feeling intrusive. They elevated our entire stay and made us feel genuinely cared for. A huge shoutout as well to Jose and Jazmin from the activities and entertainment team. They brought such a fun, vibrant energy to the resort and made every day feel like there was something exciting to look forward to. Their warmth, enthusiasm, and ability to connect with guests really stood out—they’re the kind of people who turn a great resort into a memorable experience. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful design, great dining options, and a relaxing atmosphere, but it’s truly the staff that makes it special. We left feeling refreshed, looked after, and already talking about when we can return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxury, service-driven getaway in Mexico.

We can share and start by saying we never left the resort. This place is so beautiful, the staff so incredible - we decided to remain on property for the entire week. So much to enjoy, experience, dining options. Loved Bisou even tho we are not people who eat French food. Teodoro was so awesome and a true culinary journey. The pools, lagoon, private senote areas, food options, entrance lobby, all were amazing! Cannot say enough great things about this property. We stayed for almost a week and never left. Completely fine with that. My husband and I truly relaxed and had the best time ever.

A lovely resort with excellent food and excellent service. However, if you want to go into the ocean at this oceanside resort, forget it. If you want to take long or even medium walks on the beach forget it. Oceanfront is not suitable for swimming. No one is in the water. You cannot walk the beach. There are plenty of beautiful pools. Tons of variety in restaurants. A few activities offered throughout the day -- like anything, you have to try several activities and see what you like. Rooms are really lovely. Service across the board is great. What a nice and accommodating staff! Clientele varies -- even at the nice restaurants people are wearing t-shirts and shorts while others are more appropriately dressed. Not everything advertised on the website is true: you must have dinner reservations; check out time is noon.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at Impreasion’s Moxche. The food was all really good and the service was top notch. We have no complaints. We really appreciated Jose and Jazmin with the activities team they were a lot of fun and had great conversations with. Zulda and Maili were our butlers and made sure our trip was perfect the entire time. Daniel the pool attendant was our favorite person we met. He went above and beyond for us every single day and I would come back based on meeting Daniel on how well he treated us and a created a friendship with him.

We’re back from a week-long stay at Impressions Moxche. Our vacation was top notch: excellent food, friendly and consistent service and a stunning resort. Resort The resort grounds are so beautifully well kept! Foliage was lush and manicured and all the pools and bathrooms were clean! The first two nights we were there, there were two power outages during dinner time. It never lasted too long and didn’t concern us too much, so don’t panic if it happens. Room We stayed at Impressions (building 1) in room 1629, a Signature Suite Oceanview. This was the last room on the 6th floor, furthest from the beach. However, the view did not disappoint at all; I can’t imagine there’s a bad room at Impressions. Because 1629 was the last room, it had a balcony that wrapped around the back of the building, so a little bonus space. It’s also the room closest to the main elevator, very convenient and never heard any loud people or noise. The room was spacious, clean and I loved that it had a tub on the patio and also one in the bathroom. Food/Drinks The food at the resort is absolutely amazing. Best we’ve experienced at any all inclusive! Cielo and Seaside were our favorite restaurants of the trip. We did experience Teodoro for dinner as well. It was a bit different from anything that we had tried with the set coursed menu but was really fun and unique. Our palettes may not be sophisticated enough to appreciate the food, but we ate each course and left full. If you’re a picky eater, this may not be ideal for you. But we enjoyed the experience! Also throwing in an honorable mention for the breakfast taco setup in Market Cafe (buffet). I’m still dreaming about the barbacoa tacos. The mixed drinks across the resort were alright. We found to just ask for a double anything when ordering. The Impressions lobby bar made some of our favorite (strongest) drinks. We also loved that there was a variety of beer (Dos Equis, Coors Light, Amstel Ultra and a few more) and all the house wines we tried were good. Pools There are so many pools here with different vibes, all beautiful and clean. We loved the variety each day. We would make our way to the pools around 9:30am and could find pool chairs. It may not have been in our ideal spot, but there were spaces somewhere available. There were plenty of umbrellas as well, so ample shade. There’s a very helpful pool concierge to help if you’re looking for an umbrella, towels, etc. All the pools were warm enough for early April, in fact, the main pool was a bit too warm in the afternoons (for me), not enough to stop me from enjoying though. We encountered some bugs at the preferred Observatory pool. Very small black bugs that I believe were coming from the palm trees. They didn’t bite at all, but just from sitting under the palms for a handful of seconds, I had quite a few on me. Drop your stuff quick and hop in the pool! No bug issues anywhere else on the resort. I do want to caution about the pools with wooden decking. Two of the people in our group got splinters from the deck in their feet. Be mindful when walking around, some of the boards are starting to warp a little. We also saw a screw that was poking out of a board. We alerted the staff and someone came to fix it within the hour! Beach We spent one day at the beach and felt like it was enough. The sargassum did take over the water for most of the beach, but there was a patch of clear water that we could wade out in. The staff works hard to clear the seaweed from the sand for the most part. There are some vendors down on the beach as well offering massages, items, etc but all are respectful if you tell them “no thanks.” Entertainment The nightly shows are fabulous and some of the best we’ve seen of all our travels! Note that the shows start at 9:45pm, which felt late for us on days when we were tired. I did feel like the daytime entertainment was lacking a little. Each day there might be one round of bingo, cards or trivia in one location, so if you’re not at that spot, or if you have plans at that time, you miss out. I would love to see some more options throughout the day. Also, shout out to Jose on the entertainment team! Always a delight when he was hosting an activity, very professional and friendly. Service/Staff The service from all staff members was pretty outstanding. Every interaction was friendly, warm and helpful. Housekeeping never missed us and our butlers made our experience extra special. Mariana was just fabulous. Our dinner at Bisou was the only service experience that could have been improved. Server was friendly, but service was very slow (an hour between appetizer and entree) and slow to get refills. No huge deal since we weren’t in a hurry, but would have preferred a little quicker since we were hungry. Overall, this resort is AMAZING. We would definitely return (again!) We’ve stayed at both Secrets (preferred) and now Impressions and would recommend to splurge for Impressions if you’re able.
