Amazing vacation! We loved all of it and are already talking about going back. We are vegan and the food was the best we have ever experienced. The service was phenomenal. Some people that stood out to us were Sergio at Charly's vegan Taco truck, Fernando at Su Casa, Elizabeth at Plantissa, and Raul at Mar de Olivo. Everyone was top notch and very friendly. Can't wait to go back!

My fiancée and I spent a week at Palmaïa (January 9–15) and left completely transformed. The staff is what makes this place truly special. Sergio, Samuel, Carlos, Enrique, and Oscar were all wonderful, but our nomadic guide Esteban deserves his own paragraph. He is one of the most genuinely caring hospitality professionals we've ever met! Anticipating our needs, remembering every detail, and making us feel like his only guests. He alone is reason enough to return (this was our 3rd visit). The drinks program is exceptional! Cocktails are beautifully crafted, but in all honesty, the mocktails are somehow even better, which is a rare and impressive feat. The food is outstanding across the board, with the Indian restaurant being the one slight weak point in an otherwise flawless culinary experience. Palmaïa is special. Go, and ask for Esteban. We’ll be back!

Palmaia was more than I anticipated. It was welcoming, impeccably clean, cheerful and friendly staff, wonderful foods, delightful activities, serene, and totally comfortable and relaxing. The most stress free vacation I’ve ever had.

Palmaia is an extraordinary, unique resort that was perfect for us. It is absolutely beautiful, built with care in the Yucatan jungle but on the beach. It is so quiet and serene that you feel like you're in the forest. The rooms all have beautiful views including the ocean and are tasteful, spaceous, and meticulously cleaned and maintained. It's advertised as a luxury resort which is avsolutely true. But even though slightly more expensive than the typical resort, the quality and value of Palmaia make it a bargain. You get more than you pay for. They assign every guest Nomadic Guides. They take care of your every need from dinner reservations, to arranging transportation, to instructions on using the in-room kettle, to providing extra closet hangers, to advising on program participation, to just being a friendly point of contact. The two assigned to us, Diego and Kass were wonderful ambasadors for the kindness, responsiveness, and friendliness of the resort. We've never seen this before at any of the many resorts we've gone to and it really helped and amplified the Palmaia expreience. The food is vegan/vegetarian but simply some of the best we have ever eaten of any genre. The creativity of the dishes was only topped by their deliciousness. My wife has an exremely restrictive diet. At every restaurant they were aware of her needs and were on top of them even before we arrived. The chefs worked with her to modify dishes to meet her needs and produced amazing meals. We picked Palmaia in the first place because they were the only resort we could find that could provide her with a varied, tasty, and grain free experience. They even baked a special almond bread just for her. The eating experience far exceeded even our highest expectations. We also chose Palmaia for the emphasis on spirituality and personal growth. Once again they exceeded expectations. They provided numerous programs, including pranayama, meditation, mindfulness, yoga, art, music and even mixacology and fermentation classes. We were never bored. But they tailored them in real time to the needs of the participants. I'm not flexible in the least but the yoga instructors adapted such that I was able to participate and even complete a Master Class. We hadn't been there a day when we knew that we would be coming back. We intend to return as frequently as we can and are already looking to schedule it.

The whole experience was amazing. There was always plenty to do with scheduled activities all day every day. All the workers were extremely pleasant and treated everyone with care and focus. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had and will look forward to returning!
