My experience at Restaurant Hadar with Nelvia and Alex was truly wonderful. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home, and their warm hospitality and dedication made my time there exceptional. It was clear they put their full effort into ensuring I had the best possible experience, and I genuinely appreciated their kindness and attentiveness.

Food and variety of restaurants, room space and bathroom were modern, the staff was friendly and always available. Guest room provided snacks and alcohol drinks which lacked quantity and variety.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff were all wonderful, friendly and attentive. We stayed in the adults only and it had a relaxing atmosphere but it was definitely very fun and entertaining. The Hotel is massive so make sure you get acquainted with the restaurants as some are in the family side. You must make reservations for them all. The Buffett was not as great, the top restaurants for us was the Hibachi as #1, Italian as #2, the Mexican restaurant did not meet expectations. The Beach was unavailable due to the excessive algae. There are wild cats on premise, they do not bother you but will approach you at times for feeding. Keep an eye out on your swim up bar bartender, we asked for a double shot of Malibu and he poured 1 shot of Malibu and the other he sneaked in a shot of Bacardi rum making believe he wasn't caught, we had to correct him. Ask for Isabel or Oscar as your pool side attendants- BOTH were AWESOME. Rigoberto will sell your Coco Bongo tickets and wiggle a discount but keep in mind if you buy a regular" ticket as the lowest discounted ticket, you will stand all night. No table, no busboy to attend you and no seating. You will have to walk yourself up to the bar and it's massively crowded. Upgrade with Rigoberto, if not you can upgrade when you get dropped off but it's still a hassle as you have no choice but to wait in line for a very long hour. The Room service is available 24 hours. We ordered just about everything and the food was amazing! They defaulted to a 45 min wait but it was never that long. The burgers, fries, chips and queso would always come thru nice and warm. Definitely would go back again!

I can’t praise this place enough! The whole trip was an amazing experience from the moment we arrived!

We absolutely loved our 10 night stay at La Perla! We stayed in a Reserve junior suite and as Circle members we got lots of extra treats, such as gifts in the room on arrival, access to a wide range of wines, wine tasting, a massage, and best of all we were invited to the Cinco de Mayo dinner which we LOVED! Pros We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere at the Reserve pool as the main pool got quite loud in the afternoons (expect to hear a lot of Pitbull!) and the swim-up bar was great. The food. It was excellent! We ate at all the a la cartes and particularly enjoyed Sal, Cielo, the teppanyaki and Lemon Fish. Enjoyed the food at Flora also, however it’s quite open and so I felt insect bites and there was a very pesky raccoon! Drinks were also excellent, although most bars have no menu. The spa was beautiful and we enjoyed our massage and access to the hot tubs. Our room was huge and really well appointed. We loved the hot tub on the balcony and the 2 person shower! The offsite trip to the cenote was one of the highlights- loved this. Cons The pools looked pretty grubby towards the end of the holiday. The seaweed was bad enough that we didn’t get in the water once. Obviously not the fault of the hotel and they do a great job trying to clear it but one to be aware of if you’re a fan of the beach.
