Paradisus La Perla

Florencia at the coffee shop was wonderful! They were all so kind and accommodating! The coffee was also very very good!!! My daughter loved the pastries as well!!

We enjoyed every moment. We have never had a holiday where we have spent so much time on the resort before, however we didn’t want to leave. The experience was made so special because of all of the wonderful staff. Everyone was attentive without being pushy. We would especially like to thank Florencia and Adriana from the coffee shop, every morning was made a bit brighter with the warm welcome and huge smile.

We had a wonderful time. The rooms are amazing and the food options were much better than we imagined for an all inclusive. A very special shout out to Carlos and ESPECIALLY Ernesto who worked the breakfast and dinner shift while we were there. So utterly amazing!!!! They made us feel like we were at “home”. These gentlemen go above and beyond. Hadar is lucky to have them on staff.

After our beautiful fall Michigan wedding, the quick flight to Cancun, and shuttle to the Paradisus La Perla, we were instantly met with extremely gracious and kind staff members. We definitely recommend upgrading to Reserve, as Carlos (our concierge) was fantastic, and the private beach and pool run by Alfredo was perfect. Drinks, food, you name it he was on top of making sure it got to us quickly. It also included a reservation at the great Sal’s Steakhouse, a quick Cénote excursion, and hydrotherapy. Although we were there for 10 days, we thoroughly enjoyed the variety of meals with our favorite being the Asian Experience. We aren’t repeat travelers but this resort is one we would definitely consider.

The hotel itself was beautiful with plenty of activities each day and easy access to the beach plus multiple pools.The rooms were comfortable and well stocked with snacks and beverages, I especially loved the nice shower and bath tub. The service was fantastic everywhere, but I visited Flores at the Nescafé on the family side every morning. She was incredibly welcoming and answered all my questions about the resort and activities, and makes a delicious latte! There is a good variety of restaurants and bars, my favorites were Lemon Fish and the poolside grills (celsius and fahrenheit). I would recommend this resort to anyone, but especially families. However, there was still plenty to do for adults and my group never felt bored or unsatisfied.
