Nice looking resort with terrible food
Too noisy rooms at nights. Rooms were cold with no heaters Could not eat the food. Just junk food. Chare on room service. I will not go back there again.

Youtube didnt lie
From the minute we entered the lobby it nit only looked beautiful but smelled like a spa. We were greeted by Rodrigo who took the time to help us with every detail to start our trip off on the right foot. First impressions are everything. The room we were given is gorgeous. We cant wait to spend our time doing all the activities recommended to us.

The hotel is a 10 out of 10. This you to Monica in reception for her kindness and being so professional. To Jairo at the Reserve breakfast, to Jaime on Lemon Fish, to Alberto in the spa he gave me the best treatment and to everyone. It has been my best Holliday ever I came to celebrate my 50th birthday. The reserve area is unreal. The food is amazing, the hotel spotless sbd the staff the best. Thank you so much. We will be back
