Paradisus La Perla

We frequent this beautiful all-inclusive resort for consistent relaxation, a beautiful property, and staff who are most attentive, always anticipating our needs and exceeding our expectations. We have stayed here since 2015 and continue to be most impressed. The resort receives meticulous care with beautiful appointments and renovations. We always enjoy spending our time in the reserve area. The staff are phenomenal, including Roberto, our concierge who consistently provides most excellent service. Renau at the Reserve’s restaurant is an exceptional waiter who always remembers our favorite menu items from trip to trip without asking. He is truly phenomenal. We can’t say enough about Alfredo, who always treats us like royalty as we relax in our favorite cabana near the pool. He always provides exceptional service and goes above and beyond to make our trips most special. The spa is excellent. I enjoy using the day services, including sauna, steam room, and pools. Staff there are also extremely friendly and the attendants in the men’s locker room (Enrique and Francisco) always make my visits, relaxing. Roxana and Yamily always reach out to us before our arrival to assist us in making reservations and assuring that our arrival is seamless. Overall, this resort is consistently outstanding. They make it very difficult for us to want to travel to other resorts as we always feel that we are coming to our second home. Jeff and Maria

The Lemon fish restaurant is our favourite restaurant at the resort. The service and food are 5 stars. The hostess Viridiana is very polite and friendly.. the octopus and seafood and rice were absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.

Would recommend especially for large groups with both young kids and adults. The two sides are great; easy to walk and fantastic to split your day between the rowdy and energetic kid side and the quieter, but fun adult side. There is plenty to do, the space is beautiful and clean. My mom fell during the trip and the staff was so attentive checking in. Would say some do the requests from concierge ahead of our visit were not organized and required a few reminders day of but otherwise has been quite pleasant. Best restaurant is Cielo, by far. Was disappointed by Flora and Cappello. Rooms are spacious. Would return for another trip to Cancun. Special shout out to Armando over at M bar. By far makes the best cocktail in the entire resort and was so attentive to our group on multiple nights. Also would shout out Eduardo and Roberto bartenders as well.

Elvis, the pool waiter in the adult section pool, was always attentive and helpful. Wonderful experience!

Amazing experience. Elvis at the pool was an amazing host. I recommend coming to this location; you will not be disappointed.
