Fun to play in Playacar at The Royal Hideaway
A fun and relaxing time was had. Definitely an older crowd. Geat food, top Shelf drinks and wonderful service.

Frustrating
Overall marvellous day. Except for I had an article of clothing that was stolen. The management acknowledged the misplacement we filled out forms, signed paperstalked to six people, and they were adamant and confident that yes indeed the article of clothing was misplaced, and many apologies later they said they send the money. It is now March 2026. Nothing has been done yet. They insist on having more paperwork more than my credit card number more than my name addressbanking information, etc. We have stayed here before and probably won’t stay again. Absolutely unacceptable

Excellent if you Value Low-Key Relax Vibe
Beautiful location, very clean property with great staff. Overall very good experience here, the rooms are a little dated, and the vibe is very "low-key". Food is Great, especially at the dinners, my favorite was Palazzo but others in our our group of 4 each had different restaurant favorites, so overall they are all great. Breakfast was a little basic, buffet is limited and the a-la-carte is very slow. Otherwise drinks a good and beach is beautiful (they try to keep it clean of sargassum as best they can). Recommended for someone looking for a calm and relaxing retreat, definitely not for party seekers!

Second to none. My husband and I stayed here and were so spoiled, it was very very hard to return home. Your every wish is granted and some you didn't even know you wished for. It is sophisticated and elegant with out being stuffy. The food is wonderful. Drinks are all prepared with top-shelf liquors, wines are good to very good, and champagne is always flowing. I could not imagine anyone having any complaints.
