Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

We went to Secrets Maroma for our wedding and had the most amazing experience! Karla was our wedding coordinator and was incredible. Her team executed everything seamlessly, and we were able to be stress free and have the greatest day and trip. I would highly recommend working with her and the resort for a destination wedding. The resort itself was incredible as well. Roberto was our building’s concierge and was so friendly, communicative and went above and beyond. Bartenders and servers like Hugo, Ivan and Carlos made it such a memorable trip, remembering us and always bringing cheerful energy to each day. The resort was beautiful, food and drinks delicious, and there were tons of activities and entertainment. We loved the tuna snoring show! We had about 30 guests with us and everyone had a fantastic trip. Two of our guests have celiac and had no problems at all with eating gluten free. Everyone works so hard and is so thoughtful with accommodating allergies. we can’t wait to return!

My wife and I went for our 10 year anniversary and between the resort and our concierge, Roberto, it all exceeded our expectations! The resort and beach was beautiful, well maintained, and prestigious! The food was amazing everywhere and the portions were good sized so did not have to order a bunch. Drinks were top notch. We stayed in the preferred club in building 25 with Roberto. He was exceptional and assisted us with coordinating activities, reservations, and making sure we were always taken care of! For instance, he went above and beyond to get us a fan for our room to make us feel more comfortable. He reached out everyday and even came out to the beach to chat with us to make sure everything was going as we expected. Will definitely request him when we get to go back!

10/10 experience, loved the vibes, food was decent service was exceptional, beach was nice despite the seaweed season, room was spacious and clean. my concierge Marcelo was super attentive went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Personally enjoyed the most out of this secret over Moxche and Blanca for the price paid.

An incredible resort that was well worth the cost. It was beautiful, relaxing, rejuvenating, clean, and had phenomenal customer service and excellent food (even great celiac safe gluten-free options!!) The beach was lovely, the swim out suite was lovely, the nightlife activities were fun. My only recommendation is to be mindful of the restaurant dress codes! My husband and I went for our honeymoon and we're already discussing going again for our anniversary. 11/10 🥳

Our fist time to an all inclusive, Secrets Maroma did not disappoint. They made us feel very special everyday. The staff and services were excellent. We never felt the need to explore beyond the resort. Highly recommended.
