The property is very beautiful and so are the people. EVERYONE was kind and accommodating. Every massage was outstanding. The pool activity leaders were really fun. The workout instructors were really good. The asian restaurant was our favorite! A special thanks to Claudia who served us with excellence. And of course our chef for the incredible Yakatori grill experience. I LOVED IT! I would especially like to thank Mendoza who was our personal concierge. The texting option for our communication was perfect & convenient. Mendoza would respond right away. Not only was he attentive and responsive but he also coordinated all of our reservations, transportation and personal requests. Thank you again Mendoza. On a separate note: please consider cooler uniforms for the staff that are in the intense Mexico heat.

This is absolutely one of the best all-inclusive resorts in Mexico. If you are looking for a more secluded resort away from Cancun, this is it. There is no reason to leave the resort and the food is absolutely delicious with amazing selections. Our local host Manuel made the experience feel like I was some type of celebrity by checking in with us multiple times throughout the day to see if there was anything we needed to make our trip better. That level of attention is unheard of and I can definitely say we are going back and I wlll ask for Manuel again!!!

Eduardo the local host did a fantastic job in organizing everything and making sure I was well taken care of! He needs a pay raise! Great job! All the staff was extremely friendly and truly cared. They adopted the chick fil a philosophy with saying my pleasure! :)

We just returned from a week-long stay at Unico, and to say it was incredible would be an understatement. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was absolutely perfect. Their genuine care and high-quality service throughout the entire week made us feel completely spoiled. They are absolute assets to the resort! The Suite: Our room was pure luxury. The design, comfort, and attention to detail were strictly 5-star level. It was the perfect, serene sanctuary to return to each day. The Food: Every meal was a culinary highlight—exquisitely prepared, diverse, and consistently delicious.
