The service was excellent and the food and drinks were great. Rodrigo and Javier were incredible and attended promptly to all of our needs and requests. Golf was a great experience. The only request would be to have more evening entertainment opportunities that appeal to all adult ages. We will definitely be back!

20°87 Review – 4/5 Stars My spouse and I recently vacationed at 20°87, and overall we had a very enjoyable stay. I would give the resort 4 out of 5 stars. While we were very satisfied with the experience and would return, there were a few areas that could be improved. The atmosphere is extremely quiet, which can be either a positive or a negative depending on what you're looking for. We appreciated the peaceful environment at times, but there were moments when we wished there had been a little more entertainment and nightlife. From the moment we arrived, Martha made us feel welcome. She greeted us warmly, explained the different experiences available throughout the property, and made the check-in process feel very personal. She was friendly, personable, and set the tone for a great vacation. Our personal concierge, Mendoza, was truly exceptional. He stayed in contact with us throughout the week, arranged all of our dinner reservations, excursions, and airport transportation, and checked in every morning to make sure everything was going well. His attention to detail and commitment to excellent service made our vacation stress-free and enjoyable. The entire staff deserves recognition. Everyone we encountered was friendly, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. Here is how I would rate the different aspects of our stay: * • Facilities – 4/5: The property is beautiful, but ongoing construction in certain areas was visible to guests and took away from the overall experience. * • Cleanliness – 5/5: Outstanding. Our room, restaurants, lounges, bathrooms, and the grounds were all exceptionally clean. * • Restaurants – 3/5: Food options were somewhat limited. The specialty restaurant, Superbia, was excellent and a highlight of our dining experience. The other restaurants were average, and some meals were served colder than expected. * • Excursions – 2/5: The sunset sailing excursion was disappointing. It was advertised as something to dress nicely for, but it turned out to be a rough catamaran ride where swimwear would have been much more appropriate. The description did not match the actual experience. * • Pools & Swim-Up Room – 5/5: Excellent. We loved having multiple pool options, and the swim-up room was definitely worth it. * • Check-In – 5/5: Quick, smooth, efficient, and very welcoming. * • Transportation – 4/5: Our transportation to the resort was delayed, but our return trip to the airport was on time and well organized. * • Activities – 4/5: There were activities available, including a pool table, checkers, chess, fitness center, massages, and spa treatments. However, entertainment options were limited. There is no official dance venue because the property does not have a disco license, and there is no cigar lounge. * • Sales Presentation – 4/5: The sales representatives were knowledgeable and persistent but always respectful and never pushy. * • Drinks – 4/5: The bars offered a good variety, although top-shelf liquor selections were somewhat limited. The in-room refrigerator was well stocked with beer, soda, water, and snacks. * • Ambience – 5/5: Beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway. * • Beach – 1/5: Unfortunately, this was the biggest disappointment. The beach was dirty, seaweed was abundant, and rough water significantly limited beach access. * • Management – 5/5: The management team was attentive, approachable, and genuinely interested in guest feedback. * • Value – 5/5: We felt the resort offered excellent value for everything included in the stay. * • Weather – 4/5: We visited in July, and it was very hot. Be prepared to spend plenty of time in the pool or indoors if you're not a fan of high temperatures. Overall, we left satisfied with our vacation and would absolutely consider returning now that we know what to expect. We are especially interested in visiting the 20°87 properties in Jamaica and possibly Puerto Vallarta in the future. If you're looking for a relaxing, quiet vacation with outstanding service, this resort is definitely worth considering.

My husband and I spend the most amazing week at ÚNICO Riviera Maya. Since this is an adults only resort, the atmosphere and vibe is more quiet and relaxing. Our room was front ocean view and we got to experience the most amazing full moon reflection on the ocean ever. The workers keeps the place clean and you can tell they put effort into it. We had the privilege of having butlers and Roger & Flores delivered. They reserved amazing spots by the pools for us and not having to worry about making dinner reservations every day was awesome. The food quality was great too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I took our belated honeymoon here at Unico and we loved every moment. Manuel attended to our EVERY NEED from steaming clothes, booking dinners, booking excursions and on site adventures and he even surprised us with champagne and roses! He made our trip more memorable than we could imagine. The resort was clean, beautiful, and accessible. All staff were so kind and friendly. The lattes from the coffee shop were delicious and all the food was delish. I loved the pizza by the pool and I loved the espresso martinis. The room was so nice, and we loved the essential oil scents. It was the best trip of our life and we can’t wait to return!
