Great experience
We just got back from an amazing stay at Unico. We were celebrating our twentieth wedding anniversary and we were so happy we chose this resort. We got married in Akumal at a different resort twenty years ago and it was so nice to be back in Akumal. We chose this resort after also having a great experience at the Hard Rock Los Cabos resort last year for spring break with our kids. Unico is quiet, romantic, very clean and beautiful. The service was exceptional and the food was great for an all inclusive. Mario was our host and he was great! Highly recommend!

Incredible service
We just came back from a very lovely and relaxing week at Unico. For my husband and myself it was the 4th time there. As before we were there with friends; this time our daughter and her husband were able to join us also. This adults only all inclusive resort on the Mayan Riviera is very well maintained. It is small enough that you can walk everywhere within a few minutes (to the beach, pools, restaurants, bars, spa, gym) which we like. The employees were very friendly and the food was excellent. Our butlers were Alexander and Alejandro. We have enjoyed their service before and like them very much. It felt like meeting old friends again! Our daughter and son-in-law celebrated their anniversary there and enjoyed very much the special treatment they received. A big thank you to Alejandro for arranging it!

Hotel Unico was amazing! Great quality drinks in the hotel lobby. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Erick, our personal concierge at Hotel Unico, truly elevated our entire stay. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Throughout the week, he was incredibly helpful with booking our hotel restaurants. If you’re staying at Hotel Unico, having Erick as your concierge makes all the difference. He helped turn a great trip into an unforgettable one.
