Wonderful staff
UNICO 20-87 was wonderful. This was our 2nd trip there and the staff treat you so well. Mendoza was our local host and was friendly and quickly responded to our requests and set up reservations on the first day which was very helpful. His customer service skills are great. The newest restaurant Avec was very good. Fernando was a great waiter with good recommendations. Jovan was a great host. We will be back.

Great experience and concierge
Zuleima was amazing as my concierge. She contacted me every morning to let me know of the days events and was consistently asking me how my stay was. She shared a map with me when I asked where the spa was and made sure I had arrangements to the airport. She’s the best!
