Beautiful and Relaxing
We visited this resort for a special anniversary trip, and our expectations were met! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. The room was very nice and large, and we really enjoyed the balcony and our plunge pool.

A second visit that lived up to my high expectations
The Beloved hotel has been my favourite since we visited 10 years ago. Nothing since has matched so I was a little apprehensive it wouldn’t live up to my expectations. But it didn’t disappoint. The service from the moment they opened the car door for us was exceptional. The food was really good to amazing between the different restaurants. We ate at every restaurant but our only visit to Le Bisou was on our last evening and it was my favourite meal all week. We commented how all the staff always seemed happy, most exchanged a greeting or smiled as we walked around. They were very polite and attentive in the restaurants. Cocktails in the lobby bar were good & Luis who brought our drinks around the pool was super friendly and never left us thirsty. We had a junior suite with an ocean view. The room was clean, spacious and had spirits, mini bar, snacks, toiletries, a beach bag & umbrella to use, a garment steamer, a decent hairdryer and of course a safe. Our stay was amazing and we won’t wait so long before we go back :)

Excellent
Everything was very well done; the spa is not to be missed, we went twice and were very happy. The magic show and the acrobatic show were very impressive. The staff was amazing, professional and friendly.

A great place to relax
We went for our anniversary. We like less populated place. Beloved was not packed while we were there. Our roof top plunge pool was great. The beach was very clean and had really soft sand. The spa was amazing. We loved our massages. The hydrotherapy was very invigorating. All the restaurants had good food. The sushi bar was good, but it didn’t settle well in our stomachs. I’m going to let others know that this place is great for couples.

Honeymoon
One of the best resorts in Cancun, it was our honeymoon and we definitely recommend it to everyone, very wonderful staff, the food was amazing, and it was very nice

Please do yourself a favor and go to this resort! I had the most beautiful time with my partner in January. The wait staff was incredibly nice and greeted us with a smile and a yes to every request. We had the opportunity to go to Tulum, and the Xel-Ha, parasailing and jet skiing, we ate the most fantastic meals on a beach bed right next to the water. It was the easiest and most pleasant vacation and gave true meaning to the word luxury. It was not pretentious and the guest coordinator (and every single one of the waitstaff!!) made sure we were having fun every step of the way.
