OUR FAVOURITE ALL INCLUSIVE
This was our 3rd trip to Beloved and our best yet. The property and grounds are very well maintained,the new menu was great,we like the boutique chill vibe and the beach is perfect for long walks. It is the exceptional staff that keep us coming back led by the general manager Andrea and guest services manager,Alexander. They are truly hands on and very professional and the staff are genuinely friendly. We have been to several other all inclusives in the general area and this is by far our favourite. We have already booked a return trip later this year.

Perfect 3 night getaway
This was the perfect resort for rest and relaxation. Everything was extremely clean and the service was great. The restaurants were good. Overall, the resort was very quiet and definitely catered to couples. If you are looking for excitement and fun, this is probably not the place. The tacos at the truck were excellent. We also loved the little coffee shop..it was perfect for coffee, ice cream or a sweet snack. There were plenty places to layout..wasn’t much competition for poolside lounge chairs

Name says it All
Exclusive feel, pampering and luxurious. Quiet atmosphere ideal for couples. The rooms were getting tired and the recent renovations were much needed and turned out great! Seeing the same repeat clients on each of our yearly extended visits speaks for itself. The staff are what make this resort extra special. Standout personnel are as follows: Pool/Beach waiters - Luis, Antonio, Fernando, Alex, Benito Bartenders - Hugo, Norberto Bell - Christian, Mex Hostess - Sophia, Abigail Restaurant - Elias, Jibhren, Alberto, Russell, Manuele And finally the GM Andrea Ruiz who always makes our annual 15 night stays extra special. Thank-you and look forward to next years visit.

Please do yourself a favor and go to this resort! I had the most beautiful time with my partner in January. The wait staff was incredibly nice and greeted us with a smile and a yes to every request. We had the opportunity to go to Tulum, and the Xel-Ha, parasailing and jet skiing, we ate the most fantastic meals on a beach bed right next to the water. It was the easiest and most pleasant vacation and gave true meaning to the word luxury. It was not pretentious and the guest coordinator (and every single one of the waitstaff!!) made sure we were having fun every step of the way.
