Casa Velas Hotel Boutique & Spa

I'm not really sure where to start but all I can say is fantastic! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the hospitality, ambience and service were spectacular! Omar was our server for breakfast in the morning and for lunch. He was great with the service and paid attention to my wife's allergies. This may sound small but many resorts take notes on allergies but don't really follow through with them and this one did for each and every meal. Avalos and Antonio took care of us at the pool and we're outstanding and attentive. Daniel, Rodolfo and Rocio were our service staff for the three nights we had dinner at Emiliano. I think many can agree that food at an all-inclusive can be hit or miss. But the staff here and the food here was at another level. All inclusive or not, they consistently raised the bar and impressed us night in and night out. We can't say enough good things about all of them. If you want to end the night on a sweet treat note, ask Rodolfo to do his fire show with coffee, tequila, anise and cinnamon, it will not disappoint! The grounds were lovely with an organic garden area that you can walk through and see where they are getting some of their ingredients from. The spa was very nice as well. A bit on the small side but that made it feel more personal. We greatly enjoyed our massage and facial. We will definitely be back to Casavelas PV. It has also opened us up to trying some of their other resorts in the future as well

Great and relaxing experience. The staff and the food really made it the perfect vacation. Avalos knew our drink orders before we even made them. Ramon, Gerardo, and Daniel were very friendly and gave a great tequila tasting. Ramon made the best tequila/mezcal drinks I've ever had. Omar and Leonardo were very attentive during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. Lastly, Esmeralda took care of every detail of our itinerary and was extremely responsive and kind.

We had a fantastic time celebrating our babymoon at Casa Velas! We wanted relaxation, and that’s exactly what we got. It often felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves. The grounds were beautiful, our room was great, and we were really happy with the food. We spent the majority of our time at the pool and need to give Avalos huge praises. He was fantastic! He made sure our drinks were never empty and we were never hungry. Camilla was a bright spot every morning at breakfast and Jesus was a joy at dinner as well.

Awesome staff! Very attentive. Geo and Armando are the best drivers and Eddie, Carlos, Enrique and Rego at the beach club are amazing!!
