Casa Velas Hotel Boutique & Spa

Vista Vallarta golfing was worth the uber ride and we played the courses everyday. The pool service was great. Ulises, Augios and Antonio were friendly and fun around the pool and the restaurant and lobby employees were also awesome. Also we enjoyed the beach club for a change of scenery and amazing sunsets. The room service was just ok. Mixed up our breakfast orders with another room and our hot breakfast was cold. Rooms were often not cleaned or made up until late afternoon.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Velas in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and overall it was an amazing experience. From the very beginning, the concierge team was outstanding, helping us book all of our dinner reservations and arranging taxis when we traveled to Grand Velas, where the food was absolutely amazing. We had the opportunity to dine at Sen Lin and Lucca, and both restaurants exceeded our expectations — the food was incredible. We ate at TAU for both lunch and dinner, and the service was outstanding every time. A special shoutout to Leslie, the hostess, who was amazing, along with the rest of the staff who made every visit enjoyable. The pool service was one of the highlights of our stay. Ávalos and Ulises were fantastic — they consistently brought our drinks and kept them coming as long as we needed. Their attentiveness truly elevated our poolside experience. One area that fell short for us was Emiliano’s. We had breakfast there three times, and unfortunately the food was not good, and the service was lacking. Our server repeatedly neglected our table, and we often had to track him down for simple things like milk for our coffee or refills. Because of this, we decided not to return for the remainder of our stay. Despite this one disappointment, we had a great overall experience, loved the service throughout most of the resort, and truly enjoyed our time at Casa Velas. We can’t wait to come back!

One of my favorite places to visit ANYWHERE! From the minute you arrive at Casa Velas, you feel at home and surrounded by a staff that sees to your every need! This was our second stay and won’t be our last. The property is so well taken care of, the rooms are very comfortable and well stocked with great amenities! The service across the whole property is amazing! There is a real sense of pride in the staff and it shows! A huge shout out to the team at the pool, Avalos, Ulises and Antonio, the amazing team at Emiliano who made breakfast amazing every day, the team at Tau Beach Club and every person on the staff that keep the property beautiful and comfortable. If you are looking for a great, relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta, Casa Velas is the place to stay!

Avalos and Ulises were very friendly, fun and professional at the pool area. They always knew when to check in and when to let guests have their quiet/private time. All the staff at Casa Velas were very good. Great place for couples who are looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway. The grounds are beautifully manicured and there was always someone making sure the paths and pool area were tidy and clean.

This was our sixth visit to Casa Velas, need I say more? From the moment you walk in you are embraced by the warmth of the staff at this intimate hotel. The rooms are lovely with great amenities. The food is outstanding; all a la cart, no big buffet line ups here. Serenaded at breakfast and dinner with lovely entertainment made it even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for an adult’s only in PV we highly recommend Casa Velas.
