Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana

Overall, a good experience at the hotel as expected. The beach was cleaned, rooms and common areas were always clean. Food variety and quality could definitely be better, buffet is very repetitive and à la cart restaurants quality of food and selection is lacking

My experience was good at this location. The atomsphere was very good along with the cleanliness of my room. Heard no noise and the sevice was excellent.

We went to Dreams Royal Resort for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! We had an amazing concierge, Roberto, who helped us out with any reservations, questions we had, or just checking in to see how things are going each day. He was the best! The bar service throughout the resort was great! Jorge was our favorite and made us feel like family. We stopped by the bar many nights just to say hi to him. Everyone we encountered during our time in the Dominican Republic was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!

We’ve just returned from our second stay at Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana, and once again, it was absolutely amazing. It’s a beautiful resort with well-kept gardens, fantastic pools, a lovely beach and, most importantly, incredible staff. What made this visit extra special was how many staff members remembered us from our first trip and welcomed us back with open arms. It genuinely felt like coming home. ❤️ A huge thank you to our concierge Martin E — always smiling, attentive and looking after us every day. The pool bar team — Albert, Kelvin, Noel, George and David — were fantastic, keeping everyone’s drinks topped up! 😂 And thank you to Wilkins, Jefry and Martinise for constantly checking on us. It was lovely that so many of you remembered us from our last visit. A special mention to Juan J at the Preferred Pool Bar — you are a cocktail wizard! 🍹 Thank you for the amazing drinks and service. It was also wonderful seeing Ana at the Mexican restaurant and Glenys at Fusion, who remembered us and gave us such a warm welcome. And thank you to Jose at Coco Café for always greeting us with a smile. The beach was beautiful. There was some seaweed, but it was well maintained and, of course, this is a natural issue and not the hotel’s fault. We had an amazing time and genuinely didn’t want to leave. Dreams Royal Beach has once again shown us why we love the Dreams brand. Thank you to the whole team — we’ll definitely be back! ❤️🇩🇴🌴🍹

We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana. Beautiful location, with a stunning beach, clear water (aside from some sargassum which it is the season for), and plenty of places to relax and enjoy our time away from home. Our room though a little old, was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better, shout-out to our beach bartender Ambiorix who was always coming making sure we had a cold drink in our hands. We also enjoyed the food (portofino, mercure, and seaside grill were very good) and the variety of activities (games, dancing and singing) and amenities available. Shout out to the entertainment team Yumi, Rissa, London, Tupac, Pikachu, Rosa, Geoffrey, and Baby face for running energetic dancing lessons and entertainment at the shows every night. We loved the circus and rock show. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a getaway. There was some construction during our stay but it was handled very well and didnt interrupt guests. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely consider coming back!
