Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana

This was our second visit to New Preferred Club area which was not affected by renovation. We enjoy staying at this new area even though it is little bit far from the beach. Walk through mangrove is very pleasant, every day you may discover something new there. The resort grounds are very well designed and maintained. There are enough chairs by the pools and on the beach. There is no need to get up early in the morning to reserve the spot, unlike some other resorts we’ve been to. There is also new addition to the beach area with few cabanas which we found quite enjoyable. This being our second visit it was really nice to be recognized by the staff from last year. It really felt like we came back home. Our butler Billy made us feel like part of the family. Overall resort staff, especially at Preferred Club area, is one of the main reasons we came back and will probably return again. Renovation at main lobby presented some small inconvenience but was not a deal breaker and it will be great to see what improvements have been made if we come back next year.

The beach was beautiful and well maintained. The resort rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurants were never overcrowded and the pools were super nice. The water slide was very enjoyable and run with expertise.

Another great vacation at Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana. As usual, the best service in the Caribbean. Thanks Junior, our most excellent butler and thanks J.J. our most excellent bartender. Both of these guys and the entire staff work hard to make everything perfect. The food was excellent at all of the restaurants and even with ongoing construction, the entire resort was immaculate. Shuttle service made everything convenient and, best of all, the beach and pools are beautiful. Thanks Dreams. We’ll be back soon.

“Superman with a Smile” – Thank You, Roberto at Dreams Resort Dominican Republic! Our family of 22 recently stayed at Dreams Resort in the Dominican Republic, and our trip was absolutely unforgettable — all thanks to our amazing personal butler and concierge, Roberto. One of our family members requires regular dialysis, and none of us speak Spanish. Thankfully, Roberto speaks five languages and personally coordinated everything with the local clinic, including transportation for her treatments. Because of his help, what could have been stressful turned into a smooth, worry-free experience. Roberto didn’t stop there — he managed the needs of 22 “extremely needy” guests with patience, professionalism, and an ever-present smile. He checked on us day and night, always making sure we were comfortable and cared for. I even had an unexpected fall during our stay, but Roberto quickly arranged medical attention at the onsite clinic. Thanks to his attentiveness, I was able to recover and still enjoy my brother’s beautiful vow renewal. Roberto truly embodies what hospitality is all about. Dreams Resort is lucky to have him — a real Superman with a smile! 🦸‍♂️ Thank you, Roberto, for turning our vacation into an extraordinary experience. We are forever grateful! ❤️

Went as a big family trip of 10 of us. We had our own butler that would arrange whatever we wanted during the trip. Natz was a great person to have along side us to arrange a special birthday treats for on of our family members. The cocktails were good but sometimes it was dependant on who you got to make it. The facilities overall were really good. Beach was great. We all loved the seaside grill. Good was never an issue for a multigenerational family. Would recommend
