Excellence Punta Cana

We celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary! We had a wonderful time. Resort is beautiful and well maintained! Kendry at Sol Bar is the best bartender on the resort and was our favorite! So attentive and a warm welcome! Definitely our favorite spot for drinks! Kelvin the waiter at Sol Bar was also wonderful and attentive! He was our favorite waiter!

Maria was the best entertainment host we could ask for! Our stay was the most perfect honeymoon. Thank you, Excellence Punta Cana!

Wonderful experience all around, 10/10. Thank you to everyone who made mine as well as my wife’s stay memorable: Jose Blade, Shaggy, Maria, Damarys, Marcial, Wander, Luis, and Diaz. This resort has an awesome team who will tend to your every need. You won’t regret booking a stay with them! We’ll definitely be back soon.

This resort is absolute perfection. From start to finish, my family and I had the best time. I myself am not a fan of vacation, and always find myself wanting to go home. This was not the case during this stay. I really didn’t want to leave! I love this resort so so much. Everyone is so attentive, so genuine and caring. It is clear that the workers actually love what they do. These are the hardest workers I have ever seen in my life. My family and I had to wait for a table, and while we sat outside we were asked if we wanted drinks and were served while we waited. This is a perfect example of hard work, and making sure visitors are taken care of. Jose is absolutely amazing. He is so sweet, and made my family and I laugh and just have such a good time. For me, he brought out my dancing skills and encouraged me to sing with the amazing band with the girl lead singer. He is definitely an amazing, hard worker. I sang with the band two nights in a row, and was met with love and a huge amount of support. When we checked in, we were given champagne and hot towels. Miguel was so sweet during the check in and check out. Making my family laugh and making sure we didn’t have any questions! He was so helpful and sweet. Miguel is a genuine and caring person.He is really a great worker. Hippolito was so sweet when he gathered my brother and I’s luggage. He made small talk with us, and made us feel so comfortable like family. He is such a genuine person. Great worker! Adan was one of our servers and he was so so sweet. He went above and beyond for us. He made sure that we were well fed and had enough to drink!! He also made small talk with us, making it feel even more like family. Such an amazing worker. Jesus so sweet on the beach. He ran over when my mom and I sat on the chairs, just to make sure we had towels to lay on. He even set them up for us. Everyone on the beach was such a hard worker. From cleaning the beach and the sassafras to ensuring that those in the water are safe and taking caution. The lady who gives massages on the beach was so amazing. She genuinely fixed my shoulder that had been dislocated badly. She was so sweet and did it for free. (Of course I tipped because it was so good!!) Maria was amazing with the pool games and the BINGO! She was so sweet to talk to, and I had a great time dancing with her. The entertainment shows were absolutely amazing. Everyone is so talented and so sweet. You walk by a worker and they always say hola! Even if they are in the middle of working! Everyone treats you like family and is just so so sweet. Damaris was super sweet when serving us drinks during the show. She went out of her way to make a non-alcoholic drink that had the ingredients he wanted. He asked for a mudslide with alcohol, but that’s not possible. So, instead of just saying no, she went out of her way to go to the ice cream shop and make my dad a drink that he would love!! Now that is dedication. The rooms were very clean, and when our air didn’t seem to work, the workers came to check it out 20 minutes later and were super helpful. They did the same when our water wasn’t working. Issues are fixed instantly here. People are constantly painting, cleaning, fixing the lines on the sports courts, etc. Everyone is always making sure that you are okay. These workers are the best workers I have ever seen in my life. 1000000/10 recommend.
