Finest Punta Cana

Great spot for traveling with young kids. Our kids had a blast at the kids club and the resort was very kid friendly/accommodating for families. We enjoyed the beach and all the pools- especially the blobs for the kids. Service was very hit or miss- coffee shop and finest club lounge/bar/restaurant services were excellent. Service elsewhere tended to be slow and very unfriendly. Room cleanliness upon check in was disappointing- specifically the bathroom. Finest club room service was great- best way to do breakfast! Also enjoyed the spa and gym facilities very much. Would recommend for families of young children but hope that service standards and hospitality can improve!

My experience with the entertainment team was absolutely amazing. I traveled by myself, and from the moment I arrived, they made me feel so welcome and included. Soleda, Isidro, and Javier were incredible, they went out of their way to make sure I knew about the shows, got to them on time, and felt included in all of the activities. Their energy, kindness, and attention truly made my trip special. I would honestly come back just to enjoy the entertainment again. They are a huge part of what made this experience unforgettable.

Very little activites for a family fun resort. My bed killed my back. The food was marginal at best. One of the people in our party got food poisoning and threw up for days. Food in the kitchen market place was cold. I would not go back.

Gilberto the waiter at Brass steakhouse was excellent! Very attentive to every request, so very friendly and provided well above expectations! Ask for him and you will not be disappointed!

This is a 4.5 star hotel, just because of the food it's just missiing that 5 star quality. It's good not excellent, it was a hit and miss. Our favorite dinner soo far was at Shoji with chef Garvin and the excellent service of our new friends Orquedis & Carlos. It was certainly a night to remember. We also enjoyed our dinner at Dukes, the lobster was great and the service with Francis and Kevin also. At the other à la carte the portions were too small. Now the location is great, the excellent club is a great place to relax and rest. The beach is not the most beautiful if you like swim, it quite hectic. The rooms are big, and very clean....What makes this place special is the service and the people! We really enjoy our time with Rony at the excellence club, he is such a bright light and makes delicious drinks. Wilson and Antonio at the pool bar were also very attentive, and they took great care of us. Hands up for the whole entertainment team, they were soo fun and full of charisma thanks Soledad, Isidro and Mr. Javier! Finally, Jose and Argelis..they were always trying to find a way to proactively help and make us comfortable and welcome. I wish I could name everyone.
