Finest Punta Cana

This being our 5th year returning to an Excellence/Finest Resort, it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, Wilson, the Finest Concierge, helped us get checked into our Imperial Family Suite, and it was amazing. As we have 2 pre-teenage daughters the extra bathroom was definitely worth it. Our Concierge, Hannah, went above and beyond adding little touches here and there that added to our experience and memories! Thank you to Filamina for the added effort to make our dining experiences a huge hit with my girls! Oxjuan and Christopher, at the Finest Pool Bar, were phenomenal! Oxjuan created specialty non-alcoholic drinks for my daughters that made them feel special and Christopher laughed & joked with them each day to make their experience extra fun. My wife enjoyed the poolside fitness activities, and I even joined in few times. Frandy and Javier were absolutely awesome with the daily activities and the shows at night were really enjoyable. We've been to 4 different Excellence/Finest resorts (Excellence Playa Majeures, Finest Playa Majeures, Excellence Oyster Bay, and Finest Punta Cana) and this one was definitely one of, if not our favorite! Thank you, My Family and I, had a truly memorable time and we could not be happier with our stay, the staff, or the resort!

Everything needed or required was on the website! I very much enjoyed my stay, walking on the beach in the morning after my 7 am breakfast, and my daughter-in-law advising on tips, and I handed out many during my lovely stay. Thank you! Phil Florida, USA

We just stayed 3 nights over the long Memorial day weekend in a swim up suite in the Adults Only Excellence section. The wait staff / bartenders are great. Humberto and Edwin took care of us on the beach. Wilson was a pro at the pool bar. Lastly, the restaurant staff was top notch. Thank you Frondor, Alexander and Manuel! Pros: Beautiful Grounds Modern and Luxurious Esthetic Really Good Food Lots of Restaurants Lots of Towels and Loungers Spacious suites with normal wear and tear Plush towels and bathrobes Fantastic Turn Down Service Cons: Chaotic Checkin House keeping is hit or miss With that being said we can't wait to come back.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I felt very pampered and cared for during our stay. Veronika did my hair for a special occasion and did a fantastic job! Plentiful seating on the beach and at the pools. There are activities and restaurants to satisfy anyone. We opted to schedule an off resort excursion to parasail and that was super easy & such a great time! All non-motorized water activities are included with your stay and available on-site. My only regret was that I had to come home. Thank you for a very memorable stay!

I want to thank you for the good service they gave us during our stay, everyone always with a big smile and willing to help, but also a lot of activities, such as the painting class for both children and adults, slime workshop, painted T-shirts where you saw help from some of the girls of the kids club, who are super friendly and affectionate, my children liked being with Ozaidy they said it was very fun, if you want to have a family vacation and that it is entertaining I recommend going to this hotel, without a doubt we will return
