Finest Punta Cana

Rony at the excellence club lounge bar is the best in the business. He makes great espresso martini. We definitely will come back for him.

Had an incredible week at Finest Punta Cana. We travelled with our three kids aged 6 months to 5 years old, and were 15 people with the rest of the family. We have been to many many resorts and this one easily takes first place as a family destination. The other number 1 was the excellence Jamaica we went to without the kids. These guys just know what they’re doing. At this Finest, they have nailed the balance between creating a beautiful / lux experience for the adults but with kids always in mind in subtle ways. The grounds are kept in near immaculate condition. And one of the things we look for these days is a small resort. You can walk this entire place in a few minutes. The layout is well done. It never feels too busy. The staff and grounds are perfect for kids of all ages. Everything is about the kids without it being too much. All the restaurants have a playroom. The kids club is fantastic. The people here really go above and beyond. We felt like everyone knew us and that there was such coordination between staff. Very well organized. We also have a bunch of food allergies and restrictions. It was the first time we went a full vacation without issue at a resort. The food was very very solid - yes still a resort but we ate really well. Filomena and Confesora - thanks for making sure our whole group was well taken care of with all our allergies. It made our stay with you amazing. The resort area is very nice, spacious, and well maintained. The kids’ pool is big and very good for 6-year-old children. Our kids enjoyed spending time there, and the overall family atmosphere was pleasant. However, the food quality could be improved. Some meals were good, but overall we expected better consistency and more impressive dishes for a resort of this level. With better food, the experience would be much stronger. Overall, it is a good family-friendly resort with a beautiful and large area, but the dining experience needs improvement.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Finest Punta Cana was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every detail made us feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. We would especially like to recognize Manuel Soler, whose professionalism, kindness, and dedication made our vacation truly unforgettable. Manuel went above and beyond every single day. He thoughtfully organized special dining experiences for our family, checked in on us regularly, and always made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. One evening, he arranged a wonderful Mexican dinner where we had some of the best fajitas we have ever tasted. He also reserved a beautiful dinner at Gusto, and our final evening was simply magical: a private dinner on the beach with outstanding food, a beautifully decorated table, and a live violin performance. It was the perfect ending to an incredible vacation. Throughout our stay, Manuel genuinely cared about our experience. His empathy and commitment to making sure we enjoyed every moment spoke volumes about his passion for hospitality. We would also like to thank Keury Herrera, the tennis instructor. Our children absolutely loved their tennis lessons with him. He is an outstanding instructor—patient, professional, and wonderful with kids. The entire staff at Finest Punta Cana was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We left with beautiful memories that our family will cherish for years to come. Thank you, Manuel, Keury, and the entire Finest Punta Cana team for making our vacation so special. We cannot wait to return. Desde el momento en que llegamos hasta el día de nuestra salida, nos sentimos bienvenidos y atendidos con un nivel de servicio extraordinario. También organizó nuestra cena en Gusto, que fue excelente, y el último día nos sorprendió con una cena privada en la playa. La decoración, el ambiente, la comida y el violinista hicieron de esa noche un recuerdo inolvidable y el broche de oro perfecto para nuestras vacaciones. También queremos reconocer a Keury Herrera, el instructor de tenis. Nuestros hijos disfrutaron muchísimo sus clases con él. Es un excelente profesional: paciente, amable y con una gran habilidad para enseñar a los niños. Todo el equipo de Finest Punta Cana fue amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Nos llevamos recuerdos maravillosos que nuestra familia conservará para siempre. Went to Finest Punta Cana with the whole family for our parents’ 40th anniversary. A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. So much to do for the kids. Caroline the GM ensured that we were happy with our stay. lelena at the market kitchen was extra sweet and made our boys feel adored. Will definitely recommend and return.
