Finest Punta Cana

Our family which included 2 grandchildren who were under 18 months old and their parents had a wonderful time! We stayed 6 nights which was the right amount to time to stay. There were sand toys on the beach for the little children to use. The grandchildren were made to feel special and the employees went above our expectations to make us feel welcome. They did not seem to mind the mess the little children made at mealtime. The pools were so much fun for all ages. There were a nice variety of activities to attract all ages. The variety of meal options was great as well. We had a Plunge Pool in two of our rooms and a Swim Up pool in another of the rooms. The little children loved the Plunge pool

I was excited to visit the Dominican Republic for the first time. The customer service at this resort was very good, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. However, the food, drinks and entertainment were disappointing and did not meet my expectations.

Enjoyed our relaxing vacation in the Excellence Club. Food overall was very good. Drinks at the bars were soooo good (thanks Ronny). Adults only pool and beach were excellent although I had to walk up and get my own drinks occasionally. Very impressed with the midday room cleaning and evening turn down service. I would definitely recommend this resort.

Just wrapped up our third stay at Finest Punta Cana, and it honestly just keeps getting better. The property is gorgeous, the food is top-tier, but what really sets this place apart is the incredible staff. A massive shoutout to Albert at the bar—he makes the absolute best drinks and always greets you with the warmest, most contagious positive energy. Over at Gusto, Yendry took such amazing care of us; her service was completely flawless and made our dinners a major highlight of the trip. And breakfasts or lunches at Marketplace wouldn't have been the same without Lelena, who is just incredibly sweet and always made us feel so welcome. The team here truly goes out of their way to make you feel like family. We had a flawless vacation.

Our stay at Finest Punta Cana is always absolutely amazing from start to finish! The resort is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the service truly made the experience unforgettable. (Our third time staying here) A special thank you to Albert, the bartender, who was always friendly, welcoming, and made the best drinks with a smile. His positive energy made every visit to the bar enjoyable. We also want to recognize Yendry, our server at Gusto, for providing exceptional service. She was attentive, professional, and made our dining experience one of the highlights of our trip. Another heartfelt thank you to Lelena at Marketplace. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always greeted us warmly, making every meal feel special. The staff at Finest Punta Cana goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued and cared for. We had a wonderful vacation and cannot wait to return. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway!
