Finest Punta Cana

My family and I had an amazing stay at Finest Punta Cana! The staff was extremely friendly and kind, especially Soleda, July, Junior, and Javier! They made our stay even better than we could’ve imagined!

Bartender Fedor at the Golden bar on the lower level below the lobby was amazing. He was the only bartender that made my drinks amazing in quality and taste. He was always so helpful and full of joy each day I was there. He even made great mocktails for my daughter. Other bartenders did not make drinks good. I went to bartenders my the pool, at restaurants, and even at the Golden bar in the evening when Fedor wasn't there and I consistently have drinks back because they were not good at all. I ended up only drinking during Fedor's work hours because of this. He was amazing and when I visit again, I'll I will be looking for him.

We recently returned from our third summer vacation to The Finest Punta Cana. The hotel is beautiful and we love the family suite that offers a separate kids bedroom. We especially enjoyed jumping on the blue blob, kids water park, water aerobics, bingo and endless delicious drinks! Dinner every night offered various selections and our favorites were Brass, Gusto and Insemmiene. The kids loved fresh pancakes and made to order eggs for breakfast. We want to say thank you to Carlina for her outstanding attention and Filomena for always checking that we enjoyed our meals. A special shout out to Julie for fun bingo and Javier for water aerobics. Bryon's friendly greetings everyday always put a smile on the kids faces. Tanya, Glenis and Arcellius at the kids club are awesome. Thank you Guillermo and Lelana for great food service. The bartenders at Aqua Bar and lobby bar serve great drinks. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Freddy and Jimmy, too. And our daily visits to the Sweet Shop for coffee, ice cream and pastries were always special with Flor and Ambor. Thanks to all for a great vacation. Can't wait to come back!

We had a great experience. Everyone was nice. Orlando our bar tender on the adult side at the Premium Bar was Absolutely the Best! The sliding door to our swim-up needed a handle to get inside. Room service was timely. Our maid service was slow, but overall we felt like we were on our own private resort with plenty of beach & pool space to enjoy without being overcrowded.

The resort was beautiful and the staff + service was top notch but the food quality was so bad here that this resort isn’t worth the stay. Our entire party got sick and one person was hospitalized, not worth the risk for what the resort has to offer.
