Finest Punta Cana

The family activities were great. The staff was very helpful and my 4yo had a great time. We liked Tania, Glenis, Mariannys, and Winnys were very helpful.

No lobster except the weekend and food could be better !! Service doesn’t listen waiters don’t know menu and some rush and get everything wrong

We had the most fantastic time at the resort. We were fortunate enough to stay in an imperial suite and very much enjoyed the perks that came with it like access to the hydrotherapy spa. First and foremost the resort was very clean and well maintained. Our room was very well appointed with all the luxury you needed to help you enjoy a relaxing time. From a food perspective there was plenty to choose from and we really liked the food in the restaurants. The buffet we could happily live without (although shout out to Randy who was super nice). There were lots of bars to choose from dotted around the resort so it was always easy to stay hydrated during the day. The hydrotherapy was an unexpected revelation for us. Our room perks afforded us a free session each day with optional paid for add-ons like chair messages, which we also enjoyed. The team in the spa were tremendous. In particular Diana, Neyfary, Araceles, Norma, Marie and Jitsel. Our concierge, Hector, was very attentive, always checking in on us and helping us with dinner reservations. But the true highlight of the trip for us was the time we enjoyed at the beach. We were fortunate to be looked after by the wonderful human called Algenis (see pic). He made our time at the beach a truly memorable experience, kindly creating a great space at the beach for us to relax and have a few drinks (big thank you to German for the drinks service at the beach). On my wife's birthday, Alegnis created a special arrangement for her by the beach and brought us some wine. This summed up his service, he genuinely made us feel very special. He is a credit to this resort. We are highly likely to return next year!

We had an amazing trip from 10/28/2025 to 11/04/2025. We stayed in the Excellence Club Beachfront Honeymoon Suite with Private Pool on the adult side. Room service was pretty consistent and the spa was amazing. We'd like to thank Richard and Domingo for the amazing service for our beach dinner. We'd also like to thank all the employees in Dommo and Gusto for the amazing service and food.

I stayed in the Finest for 6 days & 5 nights while celebrating my mother’s birthday. Beautiful hotel & beach. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool & the night entertainment. Soledad was great with the aerobics class in the pool & entertainment at night, lovely young lady that helped make the day & night extra fun.
