Finest Punta Cana

My stay was very welcomed. I love the food and never ending drinks. I am very blessed for all the help the staff has given me. A special shoutout goes to Yanisa and Flor, they are baristas at the sweet corner. They are my absolute favorite here, they both work very hard to make you smile every chance they get!! They deserve all the tips you can give. I recommend going to the sweet corner especially for some delicious morning coffee. My favorite barista was yanisa she has excellent customer service and is one of the sweetest people I know at this resort.

The staff at the resort truly made my vacation magical. Im leaving my vacation here with so many core memories and new friends. First and foremost Javier who directs the events was hands down my favorite person!! Our group was so grateful to meet him on day one. He is truly a shining example of someone who is operating in his passion. He brings so much joy, energy and fun to everything he does and everyone he encounters. The entire vibe of the resort was set by him, and he was so on top of making sure people had a great time and you could tell he was so proud of each event he put on. Every activity was well organized and so engaging and I truly enjoyed getting to know him and attending all the activities. Karaoke, paddle boarding, star show, coco loco making class were all super fun. Second, Yanisa at the sweet corner was the sunshine of the resort. Her warm energy and bubbly personality was something I looked forward to. We would go visit her every day just because we loved her so much. Additionally we had many other wonderful encounters with the staff. As soon as we arrived we met Franklin, he was so much fun and really set the tone for the stay. Fedor at the lobby bar got us started off right as soon as we got settled there introducing us to mamajuana. Also Antonio and Victor the other bartenders were amazing. When it came to the food, Jose from room service was so much fun and made sure we were taken care of anytime we got hungry! We also had the best time at hibachi with Gravel and our waiter. Highly recommend making reservations for that. Jean Carlos and Jorge from the omelette bar were also spectacular to interact with. Shout out to all the amazing staff. I can’t wait to go back and see them and experience the beauty of this resort again.

Finest Punta Cana delivers on the basics — beautiful grounds, solid amenities, and genuinely warm service. However, several issues undermine the premium price point. Food was mediocre, the room shower never reached hot, and a persistent odour required the fan running constantly. Hot tubs were cold, and an evening show was cancelled last minute with no alternative offered. The beach seaweed was also disappointing — while somewhat expected in the Caribbean, a resort at this tier should be actively clearing it, as many comparable properties do. Good bones, but too many operational gaps to justify the cost without improvements.

Finest Punta Cana is Excellent! I highly recommend this resort! It was my first international solo trip and i loved it! The excellence club is also so worth it!
