Imagine Kids Club
We took our almost 4 year old to the kids club and he had an amazing time. We were so nervous about leaving him somewhere new but Flor and her team made us feel at ease. Our son asked to go back multiple times and always had a great time. Flor, Tania, Ana, Esdras, and Gelnis were absolutely wonderful.

Wonderful for families, excellent gym, some challenges for vegans
Our child had a blast. The rooms were clean and cool, there were always available places to sit and read. The kids-areas in the restauraunts are an AMAZING idea. Staff were friendly, though sometimes the language barrier was a challenge, they always tried to be helpful. The gym is amazing - they have every single thing, and it all feels new. I was really impressed. We came in with high expectations for the food, and sometimes the quality didn't measure up - but it can be difficult to get non-frozen food on an island, so a lot of that can be understood. One thing they can absolutely improve is the labelling of the dishes (lots of things without dietary labels, or even just wrong labels, at the buffet). The restaurants have a "plant based" menu, but very few things are actually vegan, and even fewer things were actually available. I was only able to find one vegan desert (aside from fruit and sorbet), and that was at the Melting Pot. That was fairly dissapointing. Also, having some more options with tofu would be good - the vegan options were not protein-rich. I had to accept being a vegetarian-trying-her-best for the trip, which is not my ideal. Overall, we'd go again, but I would be emailing in advance to ENSURE that the vegan items are available.

The resort was amazing ! The workers are very friendly and sweet ! They made sure I enjoyed my 22nd birthday to the fullest ! Soleda and aracelis were amazing !

Nice stay
Well maintained facility! In general, the staff was nice and willing to serve. Special kudos to Lelena who serves us each morning in market buffet. She was always so pleasant and made us smile
