10/10 recommend for anyone - from a young family
I cannot recommend this resort enough - it's perfect for people of all ages. The staff (shoutout to Anayendy, Randy, Juan, and many many more) went over and above for me and my young family and our friends. My son turned one while we were there and they celebrated him every chance they got. Everything was so clean and well kept. The food was decent, as well. The gym was clean and had everything we needed.

First family vacation outside the USA
Club pool was closed. Only certain restaurants were open at certain times and would close early without warning. Pool waiters were few and far between.

Excellent staff, beautiful, clean resort
My friend and I attended a wedding at this resort. Domingo, Kevin, and Javier (in entertainment) were amazing. They truly made the trip memorable with laughs. Please keep a look out for them, they are great back up dancers for Karaoke!!! Francis (bar tender at the circle bar) and Daniella (at juice bar) were also amazing and attentive. We enjoyed the food at lizo was flavorful and well made. However some of the food quality at the other restaurants was not great or items were missing that were displayed on the menu. Room service was great and the rooms were clean. Our personal swim out pool was clean. The only issues we had was construction taking place in the morning towards the end of our trip, waking us up. Overall this was a beautiful resort with amazing staff!

Incredible Staff, nice tropical atmosphere
The staff here was incredible and very welcoming! Javier, Domingo, and Kevin from entertainment made our trip so much fun and very memorable. Francis and Daniela at the bar services were very tentative and friendly. Our swim up sweet was very clean and housekeeping was 10/10. Complaints we have were construction starting above our room at 9am, and some of the food quality. Lizo was our favorite restaurant and did not disappoint.

Disappointed
We traveled here with our family after having had wonderful experiences at the Finest resort in Cancún. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed by the significantly lower level of service, a food selection that simply cannot compare, and several facilities being closed for renovation. The Finest Club pool and bar were closed, and there was extremely noisy construction work taking place right outside our beachfront suite throughout our entire stay.
