Finest Punta Cana

Amazing place for family vacation. We stayed 7 nights with two young kids. Everything was wonderful! You should note dinner with shows need reservations (as every All inclusive), we had no problem getting everywhere we wanted. Plenty of food options and entertainment. Highly recommend the Finest Club. Totally worth it. The best: Aracely, Christian and Soleda at entertainment, yudelkis and Alexa at the big pool, Juan Carlos and Wellington at Finest Pool, Yvon at Finest beach, Andrys at Legends, And the only and only Lelena at Market. This is now our go-to vacation spot for family. See you in a year!!

Staff is excellent, incredibly responsive and kid friendly at every step of the way. Our concierge Cesar went way out of his way to accommodate a dinner arrangement for 18 people somewhat last minute, and even came to find me in the pool to confirm the details. Way above and beyond service! We will return!!

The resort along with the staff is wonderful. We stayed 5 nights celebrating our anniversary. The only thing that needs improvement is "some" of the restaurant's food quality (mainly the beef) needs to get better. We're from Texas and so yes we know good beef.

The resort did not meet the expectations of a five-star property. It appeared understaffed, and the overall service lacked a welcoming standard. Having stayed at other resorts in Punta Cana, I would not recommend this one. Overall, it was disappointing given the price paid.

This was my first time in the DR, and I’m so glad I chose the finest Punta Cana resort for my stay. I was assisted by Miguel, who provided outstanding customer service. He did everything—and more—for my birthday trip, and I couldn’t help but cry happy tears. Thank you so much to him and the whole staff. This was amazing. The resort is also a secure, safe place, especially for solo travelers. It’s calm, peaceful, chill—and everything I needed. Every day, a staff member came in and made up the bed to clean the room. I didn’t have to ask; they just automatically did it. You can even put 'do not disturb' on the door so they don’t come in, but I really appreciated everything they did. The room was so beautiful—two stories, a big bathroom, a large bed. Everything was so luxurious and classy. The resort itself was stunning, with beautiful gardens, pools, welcoming people, and excellent restaurants and bars. They have many different options, and the beach was gorgeous. Thank you Finest Staff for making this a memorable trip for me & thank you Miguel for being kind and patient with me. And for making me feel special on my special trip.
