The hotel ist renovated and appealing, the staff ist friendly and supportive. We had some health issues during our stay, and the staff was always eager to help us. Our guest relations manager Alexis organized the delivery of the hot ginger tea every evening to our room because my wife had a sore throat. Violetta made an appointment at the doctor as I got a backache. Frank and Violetta were always in contact with us if we had questions or needed help.

Our stay at Zel Hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Jose at the front desk went above and beyond—so attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind. The hat painting experience with Jobani was such an organic, wholesome, and memorable activity that my whole family loved. The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully designed, and immaculately maintained. The gym is fully equipped, perfect for a great workout. The dining experience was superb—every meal was a delight. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and made us feel truly welcome. The quality and attention to detail at Zel Hotel are second to none, and I’ve stayed at some of the best places around the world. We’re already planning our return—thank you, Zel Hotel, for such a wonderful experience!

Zel was a very nice hotel and experience. The food was great for the most part; the beach club was our favorite part. The staff Yahaira, Yohanna, Justin and Andres were amazing and very helpful during our stay.

Had the best time at Zel Punta Cana! Still here enjoying with my family of 6! Ricardo is the absolute best for service anywhere onsite, main pool, your pool, he’s takes care of all your needs with a smile. For butlers, request Raphy, both have made this trip the most memorable. 5 stars all the way
