Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa

If you are thinking about staying at Secrets Cap Cana, just do it! You will not be disappointed. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly but our concierge, Carlito was absolutely amazing. He was just a quick message away for any needs that we had and went out of his way to acknowledge my wife's birthday and make it special. The resort grounds are beautiful, our room was clean and very nice and most importantly the bed was very comfortable. The only negative that I can think of during my stay was that I booked a swim out junior suite. Having the swim out is probably fine in the summer months but during January we found our unheated swim out pool area to be too cold to enjoy, at least for our taste. We were in building 3 and perhaps this would not be an issue if you are staying in building 4 which gets direct sun. Aside from that small complaint, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again when visiting the Dominican Republic.

Our stay at Secrets Cap Cana was perfect in every way. We had a swim out bungalow on the beach. Amazing room! Jeison, our butler was superb. He made every request happen and communicated easily every day. Xiomara and Stephanie who waited on us from the beach made our days perfect! They brought us food and drinks without ever leaving our pool and were so much fun! The resort was very well kept and staff was attentive. Food was above average and consistent. Room service was timely. Very good experience overall. I would definitely return.

ATTN: Concierge Luis-the staff and Luis were awesome! High energy and very helpful. Luis was proactive with reservations for dinner and spa, as well as complimentary treats for our celebrations!! Our room was nice and clean and stayed cool which is priceless! I gave it 4/5 stars because the food wasn't anything great. This resort was significantly more expensive than others we've been to, but didn't offer many options for breakfast and lunch. They also ran out of towels most days at the pool and beach. We were bummed they cancelled karaoke the day of due to a company hosting an event in that space. Everything else was great and we really appreciated Luis!

Secrets Resort n Spa is a beautiful resort with incredible staff. Our king bed room was spacious with a large double sink bathroom. The walk in shower had 2 overhead shower heads plus a hand held shower. Maid service was terrific with turn-down in the evening. The young Ladies at the pool were all very attentive n friendly. Alexander our amazing concierge greeted us every morning with a text outlining the activities for the day n evening. He sought us out daily at the pool to discuss any issues we may have n schedule dinner reservations. Alexander is very knowledgeable about the resort amenities n was extremely helpful. There are not enough incredible superlatives to express how kind, easy going n always with a warm smile on his face. We celebrated my Husband’s Birthday n Alex arranged to have a Birthday Banner on our Room door, a bottle of champagne n Birthday cake at the Hibachi Restaurant. The entire restaurant staff sang Happy Birthday!! Alex even arranged our luggage pick up for our departure day, met us in the lobby to make sure our check out went smoothly. Alexander you made our vacation time at Secrets stress free!! You’re The BEST!! Special thank you to the staff at the Market Cafe, Coco Cafe, the pool crepe maker n staff at every restaurant. All were so very friendly and accommodating. We look forward to returning n seeing our Secrets Family!!
