Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa

We had been to Secrets Cap Cana once before in 2023. It has always been one of our favorite Secrets. Our kids are both adults (26 & 29 yrs) now and we wanted to take them to a Secrets with us finally. They have heard us talking up Cap Cana over the years and this is were we wanted to take them so they could experience all inclusive vacation at its best. Secrets Cap Cana was better than we remembered it and our kids loved it! The service is still top notch and in my opinion, one of the best you'll find among all the Secrets. When they greet you with 'welcome home', they truly want you to feel like this is your second home. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The entire staff is well trained, excel in their positions, and truly care. Food was outstanding and plenty of evening activities without it being a "party atmosphere". I want to recognize some of Cap Cana's staff that made our experience extra special. El Patio - Gibel was an awesome waiter! Bordeaux - Fernando rocked! Market Cafe - Domingo was great, Sonia never let us run out of Mimosas, and Narquel was a sweetheart of a greater. Pool Staff - Raphael, Ramon, Santa, and Zuny all took amazing care of us out at the pool. Sugar Reef bar - Benito and Ruth kept us "hydrated" Entertainment Team - Jon Cena, Ice Cube, Scooby Doo, Maridalis, and Mini Me all were the best resort entertainment team we've ever experienced. Standout among them was Diamond, whom we loved and she really made our experience exceptional. She is such a sweetheart and made our trip so fun! Finally the greatest butler to ever exist - Carlos Javier. He single handedly made my wife, my kids, and me feel like the most special people on earth. There wasn't a thing that we needed that Carlos didn't get for us. We joked about him being a Ninja and showing up out of no where to check on us and remind us to "Relax, Carlos has everything". Cap Cana management, you probably aren't paying him enough and don't ever lose him. You have a butler with super powers in Carlos. And last but far from least, our friend, Liz Baez, as always, you far exceeded all our expectations! We can't wait to get back to our now home base resort. Aaron and Jeni Baugher

Great vacation and loved the service, food and amenities

This is one of the best resorts we have been to and are already scheduling another trip within the next 8 months. Staff is extremely friendly and approachable and makes the trip 10/10. The resort is clean, calm, laid back, and there is always something going on for entertainment. Our butler Jeison was informative and knowledgeable. If we needed something, he was quick to respond and make it happen. Javier at the bar on the beach is amazing.

The resort was beautiful, clean and promoted relaxation. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our first time for an all inclusive and we will be going back.

We went on our honeymoon- such a good time! Great food, drinks, and service. Our butler (Jeison Calderon) did such a good job and made us feel right at home.
