Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa

The hotel was brilliant. The staff were excellent and we received first class service in every restaurant and bar. Alexander and Judit at the infinity pool ensured we always had cold water and a cocktail of the day- and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The beach was very clean and baby powder soft. The service was fantastic. They went above and beyond. The food continues to improve at all inclusive resorts. I felt like the food was excellent seafood was fresh, including scallops and amazing fish. The rooms are very clean and updated. The shower is roomy. The ocean view swim out room is worth the extra money for the view every morning.

Secrets Cap Cana was amazing. Our 7 day stay was exactly what we needed to celebrate our anniversary. From the moment you step out of the vehicle, until you depart, every need or wish you may have is accommodated with efficiency and grace. The service was impeccable, the rooms were spacious and inviting, and the amenities were top notch.

After staying at Secrets Royal Beach three times, we decided it was time to try Secrets Cap Cana, and all I can say is WOW! It completely exceeded our expectations and gave us one of the most unforgettable holidays we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was outstanding. The hotel is absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, modern, and maintained to an incredibly high standard. Every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome, and the service throughout our stay was first class. A special thank you has to go to Marisol, who went above and beyond every single day to make sure our holiday was perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her kindness and attention to detail (Especially when we booked the Beach Cabana) made our stay even more special, she genuinely made us smile every time we seen her! We also have to mention our butler Darling, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. He was so attentive, friendly, and genuinely wanted us to have a great time. Even when I took not well, he was amazing at trying to get something to help me recover which I did after a tough few days. His warm personality and excellent service really stood out and made us feel so well looked after. We stayed in the Preferred Club and had breakfast every morning at Rosewater because the service there was so exceptional. Honestly, every one of those guys were such a good advert for ‘what good looks like’ for service. It became one of our favourite parts of the day, the breakfast burrito and the pancakes were superb (Mimosas were pretty special too!) The restaurants throughout the resort were fantastic, with excellent food, great variety, and impeccable service every time. Extra mention to the SPA Team, we travel to hotels all around the world and this is honestly one of the best SPA’s we have been to…when we have a tough day at work, we think and look forward to our next visit! Well worth a visit! We honestly loved everything about Secrets Cap Cana. It’s a truly luxurious resort with an incredible atmosphere, amazing staff, and outstanding facilities. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that before we even left, we booked to come back this September for our anniversary—and we can’t wait!

We had the best time there . Good room over looking the beautiful pool and landscaping, nice restaurants, and activities. Nightly concerts were awesome! The woman who took care of us everyday at the pool was fantastic! Her name is Lady . You should ask for her. She treated us absolutely great!
