Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa

The atmosphere was great . The hotel was fantastic and especially our consierge Jeffrey. He was really helpful and very nice. That was our dream jointem.

My friend and I had a girl getaway and I chose Secrets Cap and no regrets at all! Our stay was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. Everything was truly top of the line- the beautiful resort, the stunning surroundings, the amenities, and most importantly the incredible staff....two 🌟 🌟 employees: our concierge Ericson and the young man that checked our mini bar Michael Rijo Cordero, thank you to both!!! The food and drinks were also exceptional, many restaurant options to choose from. We had an unforgettable stay and planning to return 🙌 Highly recommend this resort to anyone....for honeymoon, Anniversary, bday celebration, or like me ... some days of pampering and tranquility 🧘‍♀️ and recharge.

My wife and I just returned from a 7 day visit to this resort. Let’s start with the good. The room was incredible! We had a king bungalow on the beach with a plunge pool and outdoor shower. The room was clean and cool. The view was incredible and the service was amazing. Our favorite beach waiter by far was Javier. He anticipated what we may want, checked in frequently and made some terrific suggestions for food and drink. Our butler Anibal was also fantastic. He checked in with us multiple times per day and made our stay stress free. Almost all of the other staff we interacted with was very nice and did a good job. There were a few who were not as competent or as attentive which detracted from the overall experience. The food was above average for an all inclusive and provided a wide variety of cuisines. The skill level of the cooks and portion sizes and accompaniments varied greatly for the same dish between restaurants. We did opt for the preferred club option and we enjoyed the upgraded food and drink available. I would recommend this option if your budget allows. The entertainment was below average for the two shows that we did attend but we had others who told us how much they enjoyed it. The main drawback was the sargassum, which prevented us from really enjoying the beach and ocean. The resort made every effort to keep the beach clean but sometimes you can’t fight Mother Nature. The upside was the resort was not crowded which we greatly appreciated. We came for a relaxing beach vacation and this fulfilled all of our needs. I would highly recommend this resort at this time to anyone.

We just returned from a wonderful honeymoon at Secrets Cap Cana. We’ve stayed at other all inclusives before and this is definitely our favorite. From the food to the atmosphere to daily activities, there’s nothing you can’t do! I would highly recommend booking under the preferred club. We had an AMAZING butler, Jeison Calderon, who attended our every need (down to needing bandaids for my blisters and he came to find me with them!) and even gave us special small surprises throughout the trip that made us feel extra taken care of. All the restaurants were great, can’t decide which food was the best! 10/10

I stayed at secret caps in Cana for my honeymoon and it was amazing. I highly recommend it. Jenfry our personal concierge was wonderful and met all our needs during our stay
