Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa

We stayed at Secrets Cap Cana last year over New Year's. We loved it so much we decided to go back again this year. The beach is beautiful and really swimmable, which is something that we look for in a resort. The grounds are stunning and well maintained and the resort provides so many amenities. The entire staff is amazing, they all go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, pampered and genuinely cared for. Ricardo made our group of 11 feel right at home from the moment we stepped off the bus. He set up reservations for dinner each night, got us a deal on services in the spa and answered all of our questions. It was like he was part of our group, we left feeling like we had made a life long friend. Marcelina made sure our rooms were always tidy and fresh, she even left a rose petal surprise on the bed one evening. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with many options for activities and entertainment I would recommend you book a stay at Secrets Cap Cana.

The resort is situated on a beautiful section of beach that is kept clean and was maintained on a daily basis. The pools are also well maintained and clean. There’s a sufficient number of staff that are always willing and happy to provide refreshments. This all inclusive resort had many wonderful options for food and drinks. Being here during New Year’s Eve was especially fun. This was my first visit to Punta Cana, Cap Cana and the DR and I hope it’s not my last. Our Butler helped make our vacation stress free. Aníbal, was excellent and always responded with a smile, and was happy to grant all of our requests.

This was our fourth visit to Secrets Cap Cana and it continues to remain our gold standard for a 5 star all inclusive. We have been to Secrets Maroma, Secrets Tides, Excellence El Carmen, and Royalton Cancun. Any time we visit a different property we always end the trip saying that it doesn’t beat Cap Cana. It truly is an amazing property. Seeing as I have reviewed Cap Cana in the past, I want to focus this review on the incredible service that continues to be top notch. Each person we interacted with was friendly and eager to ensure our stay was memorable and without any need. Preferred Pool: * Esperanza and Yuleisy were the best! Esperanza remembered us from our last stay and continued to provide top notch service. Both are incredibly friendly, attentive, and ensured we were spoiled rotten. From drink refills, cooling towels, and afternoon happy hours - the preferred pool is the place to be for pampering and relaxing vibes in the sun. * Francisco was manning the bar at Rosewater and made the best cocktails and brought a ton of fun and charm to the crew. Preferred Beach: * Javier always had a smile and a joke to bring laughter to the group. He makes a great cocktail and was a pleasure to see everyday. He also worked the NYE party and made sure we rang in the new year in the best way possible. * Marisol also worked the beach area and was extremely attentive and friendly, offering to bring us drinks to our ocean front swim out. * Guido was the chef on the beach preparing lunch each day. He is so joyful and made deliciously fresh seafood paella. Preferred Butlers * Darling was the best Butler we’ve had yet. From the very moment we arrived he was determined to provide everything we needed, even if we didn’t know we needed it! Reservations, refilling the mini bar, spa services. He truly went above and beyond. He checked in throughout the day just to say hi or ask what we needed. * Our previous butlers Carlos and Miguel recognized us from past stays and also were very friendly and available if we needed anything. It was so nice to see folks we knew wherever we went that greeted us with a smile and made the trip enjoyable. If you are on the fence about booking Secrets Cap Cana, just do it! You will not regret it. The beach, pools, and amenities are all spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our trip. After four visits we continue to love this resort and will surely return in the future.

Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa is a great adults only resort with a calm relaxed vibe and very good food. The breakfast buffet was great and dinners were enjoyable with Seaside Grill standing out. Carlos provided outstanding service and truly went above and beyond throughout the stay. He made a big difference in the overall experience. The spa was excellent as well and Yeffri delivered great service poolside that was appreciated. No kids was a major plus and added to the relaxing atmosphere.

Our whole family visited the Cap Cana secrets resort just after Christmas and over the New Year’s eve. The resort was beautiful well maintained and Darling or Butler did a fantastic job of getting reservations for our entire group of 12, As well as taking care of each room individually, and our families needs to have a great family vacation
