Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa

Excellent hotel! Our butler Ricardo was exceptional!!

We have loved all three visits we have made to Secrets Cap Cana! The beach is beautiful, the rooms are large with comfortable beds and a soaking tub on the balcony, the food was great at every restaurant we ate in there and the service was great. We love sitting by the pool with live music and servers bringing around fun festive food and drinks. Santa is a server that we love and she has been there every year so their staff must like their jobs. Alexander Reyes has been our consierge each year because we request him. He has been fun, helpful, welcoming, efficient, and pleasant every day. He advised us about resort activities and is easy to text if we had questions. We have never had a bad experience there. We just like being outside there so I can not speak for the Spa services or the shops. We did not take advantage of those. But my husband really appreciated using the work out room every day.

We had a wonderful time at Secrets Cap Cana. They exceeded our expectations. The food was great, the drinks were plentiful, and the entertainment was continuous. Our concierge, Alexander Reyes, was attentive and was quick to address any concern we had. He made dinner reservations for us and even insured my dietary issues were addressed. He could not have been more helpful! The server at the pool, Santa, made sure our glasses were never empty and was very pleasant to talk with. Those two employees made our stay most enjoyable.

Secrets Cap Cana was exceptional! Overall beautiful location, clean rooms and great food. Carlos our butler was amazing and made our stay even better. Angela V. was our beach waitress and she did not disappoint! Angela V. was attentive, full of love and laughs. Anna and Juan were our servers at the Oceana, Seaside Grill and Bordeaux, they too gave exceptional service and were so kind. We can’t wait to come back to Secrets Cap Cana!

This is the second time in two years that we have gone back to Cap Cana Secrets. We enjoyed it so much the first time that we joined UVC. The staff is incredible. So friendly, accommodating, kind, competent, very well trained and very happy to see us. It’s very warm here and I don’t just mean the weather. And every day Carlos, our o er achieving butler ;) would send us a text greeting us, and The itinerary for the day and evening. he made all of our in Reservations that we needed and he even got us beach chairs when we couldn’t get there in time. Carlos was wonderful. As we were so many of the staff. We love Secrets Cap Cana and look forward to returning soon.
