Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa

Secrets Cap Cana is an awesome resort! This was our second time visiting and we had a great week! Our butler Phillippe was outstanding and took care of anything we needed. Jose, Raudi, Santa were amazing poolside servers and made the days fun! Rigo the pool attendant was a hoot and was also very helpful! Juliana with UVC was another wonderful person at the resort and great to work with. The resort is very clean and well taken care of it's a beautiful place to relax and enjoy a week in the sun! This will not be our last trip to Secrets Cap Cana! Thank you!

If you’re planning a trip to the Dominican Republic, I can’t recommend Secrets Cap Cana enough. My sister and I take a girls’ trip every year, and this was our third time returning — it truly never disappoints. The grounds are stunning, the food is consistently delicious, and the service is absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, our butler Carlos went above and beyond. He anticipated our needs, handled every request with ease, and made us feel genuinely pampered. No matter how big or small our requests were, he made sure everything was taken care of. The entertainment team was also outstanding. Elizabeth, in particular, completely won our hearts. She was warm, kind, and full of positive energy. Her supervisor, La Diva, was also wonderful. Elizabeth took us on an unforgettable bike tour, led a fantastic stretch class, and helped with everything from carrying items to guiding us through painting and jewelry-making activities. I truly feel like I’ve made a lifelong friend in her — I found myself always looking for her and couldn’t wait to see and hug her each day. The yoga classes were also excellent, taught by a skilled and attentive instructor.

Great Resort. Very clean and Beautiful. The swim out , beachfront bungalow was awesome. Our Butler, named Darling was insightful and attentive. He anticipated our needs and made suggestions we had not thought of. Everything he did for us was great and we are very thankful he was our butler. If you can you should request him!

1. Our personal butler was Alexis. He was very helpful, kind and followed through on everything. It was pleasant to work with him. 2. We worked with Manuela in the spa department. we had a couple of mishaps and she was so helpful in following through and helping us to the best of her capabilities. 3. We had a beach front view. The room was beautiful clean put together every day they prep your bed every night. The negatives 1. While we were in the states 2 days prior to flying out there, I was calling to confirm our room and spa. I did call at night time and I got hung up on 3 times. It was very frustrating to get through and have somebody help us. they kept telling us to call back tomorrow. 2. I had made the reservation online for a spa appointment. I had called in. They had no record of it, and when I came in person, they still didn’t have any record of it, even though I had made the appointment online and had already paid for it. Manuela who I mentioned in the positives was the one who helped us and kept that appointment for us. 3. The food is good. It’s not great. And it is the same choices every day. It’s not easily accessible to get food past 10 PM so if you’re having a late night, there’s not a lot of food options unless you order it to your room..
