Overrated
Overrated. If you want sub standard food then you will be happy. Better hotels than this one at a fraction of the price. We are well travelled and would not return to a secrets hotel. Full of over tipping, loud Americans deffo would not recommend.

Best family vacation
The views, service, and attention to details were above all of our expectations. Carlos Javier was the best butler and we didn’t want for a thing. We relaxed at our swim out and Carlos took care of everything else. Highly recommend Secrets Cap Cana. We were all on the Preferred side. The food is amazing. Hibachi and Italian were 2 of our favorites. We chose to do photos and it was an easy experience. I am already planning our next trip back.

We had a wonderful holiday at Secrets Cap Cana. The resort property is immaculate, the pools and beach are beautiful, and the staff provides top-notch service. There was nothing to complain about— and everything was perfect. We will definitely be back! Most certainly the best holiday. Special thank you to Carlos, our Butler for the duration. We are not a demanding couple, and only really requested a few things, and every time, Carlos sorted it extremely quickly, thank you

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I want to express how happy I was on my first vacation in the Dominican Republic. It seems we weren't wrong to choose this hotel. Secrets was a truly beautiful experience. They have a wide variety of drinks and food, a beautiful beach, but above all, the most important thing about our stay was how friendly the staff was. They always had a beautiful smile and seemed to be very enthusiastic about their work. In the pool area, the hostesses help you choose a good spot and are very helpful, always making sure you're comfortable. The service from the bar staff was 10/10. In the entertainment area, I want to highlight the excellent work done by Diamond. Every morning, she greeted us with a warm hug and a beautiful smile that brightened our day. She always told us about the wide variety of activities they offered. I loved the larimar activity; it was lovely and entertaining. We also participated in the painting activity, where you could also enjoy wine. They have a wide variety of activities every day to ensure you have a pleasant time. Thank you so much, Diamond, for making our vacation the best! WHEN YOU GO TO SECRET, DON'T FORGET TO LOOK FOR HER; she'll make your vacation the best and most lively. We'll be back soon.
