What a beautiful place to spend a few days to celebrate!
What a beautiful place with lots of details in a new construction. Special shout out to Jeury who was our butler and attended to our every need. Including a rose design in our bedroom to celebrate my birthday. Thanks Jeury for making it so memorable.

Wonderful place amazing food and lovely service
It's a wonderful and unique place where the hospitality is incredible. The rooms are stunning, and I felt very well taken care of by everyone. We visited the Italian restaurant and the steakhouse and were amazed by their exquisite flavors. I want to thank the waiters, Starling and Manuel, for their exceptional service. Come visit this beautiful place; it's 100% recommended.

Not a good experience
I have been to several Secrets/Dreams locations, this was by far the most disappointing. Food and service were not up to the standards I have previously enjoyed, choose another resort.

Secrets Tides Punta Cana
Secrets Tides Punta Cana is an absolutely wonderful resort. We were part of the preferred club and had a great experience. I highly recommend requesting Jorge as your butler during your stay. He was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay the absolute best it could be! The rooms were lovely. All snacks and drinks were restocked each day. The food was excellent! The buffet had a great selection and all of the restaurants were lovely. I especially enjoyed Portifino and the Seaside Grill. The coffee and deserts at Coco Café were fantastic! All of the entertainment and workshops at the resort were lovely! I looked forward to seeing the shows each night and was blown away by the amazing talent! Above all, what made my experience at this resort was the amazing staff! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I would like to give a special shoutout to our butler Jorge. As mentioned above, he was excellent. Another shoutout to Angela at the preferred club pool bar! She was fabulous. So friendly and kind. She remembered my drink order and each day and was always happy to chat! A final shout out to Fransisco at the sports bar! He was so friendly and happy to serve everyone! We made trips to the sports bar just to see him. Overall, my experience was fabulous and I would highly recommend this resort!

Secrets tides Punta Cana
Awesome resort, great pools, restaurants and bars. Beach was ok and I am not sure the preferred upgrade is worth the money other than having a private swim out room-it was great in the late afternoons
