Secrets Tides - Amazing!
Secrets Tides was absolutely amazing. The property is beautiful, very clean and extremely well maintained. The rooms are great. But, the most impressive thing for us was the service - the best I have ever experienced, even though I have traveled globally to the best spots on the planet. Specifically, our host, Andreina, was the high point of the trip, always there for us to provide anything we asked. Seriously? Michelin 5-star service! Simply the best!

Great place for a vacation!
Secret tides Punta Cana was a great place to stay for 5 nights!! The staff were all very friendly and there were always activities going on at the resort to keep everyone entertained and busy!! We loved talking to the staff and making friends with them! We loved talking with sanders, mileady, Willy, Stephanie, and many more!! The room was very spacious and very clean! We had cleaning ladies stop by morning, afternoon, and evenings to tidy up our room! They even left chocolates for us! The location was great too! You could walk straight to and from the pool to the beach with no issues!! There was a lot of seaweed unfortunately but there was always a cleaning crew on the beach making sure the sand was clear! The food was delicious too! I love that the coco cafe was 24 hours! You could get a snack and a drink (non alcoholic) any time of the day or night! I would definitely recommend this resort! Thank you for the wonderful vacation!!

May 2026 Excellent Service
Service was wonderful! Our butler , Johnathon was really great. Checked with us each day and assisted with reservations. Juavier and Edwin were excellent at the beach, assisting with either cabana, drinks and lunch! Thank you all for a wonderful trip!

The greatest resort I've ever been to
Outstanding resort. Secret Tides and their team provided my family and I the best holiday experience we've ever had. When they say "all-inclusive" they really mean it! We never left the resort as all our needs were met in house. The food was outstanding. Events and entertainment was top-notch. Every member of the team had brought energy that was electric and inviting. Big shout-out to entertainment team (Angel, Sander, Mayra, Gregory) and all the staff in Tierra restaurant (Frederick, Ricky, etc).
