Secrets Tides Punta Cana

We had an amazing experience! The entire resort was amazing. Our butler Carela took very good care of us. Very attentive and always going above and beyond to take care of our needs and make sure we were comfortable. Thank you for the exceptional service! You allowed us to truly relax and be stress-free!! The beach was full of sargazo for the season, the place was clean, the food was poor, cold, and did leave with an upset stomach. The pool were great. The staff needed more training. We had went to o w kf the restaurants(Japanese) we were seen by multiple waiters and all forgot our order. We had went to the Italian restaurant and the food was also poorly cook. I asked for well done steak and was given a brealy cooked steak. My overall experience wasnt the best to be a secrets brand. If you are debating between cap canals secrets and tides I would recommend cap cana all the way.

Recently returned from an unforgettable trip to Secrets Tides in Punta Cana. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and refreshing drinks, which really set the tone for our stay. The resort itself is stunning. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The view from our balcony was breathtaking (had a ocean view room). The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special as they were always attentive. We especially loved the daily activities as well as the nightly entertainment. Dining at the resort was great. Each restaurant offered a unique atmosphere and delicious meals. We appreciate it. We would like to recognize our butler Luis for his patience and being so attentive! He made the experience all the better. We would also like the recognize John from Coco Cafe for his friendliness as well as the staff from the preferred pool bar for their service! It is greatly appreciated. Overall, Secrets Tides was everything we hoped for and more. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a slice of paradise for their vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay at Secrets Tides Punta Cana! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff truly made our experience. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. Their hospitality was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The resort itself was beautiful and incredibly clean. Everything was well maintained, and the overall ambiance was relaxing, romantic, and exactly what we were hoping for on our vacation. We also really enjoyed the food and loved having so many different options to choose from. What made this trip most memorable, though, was the people. The staff went above and beyond and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our entire stay. We had such an amazing experience and were honestly sad to leave. We would absolutely recommend Secrets Tides Punta Cana and would love to return!
