Just one day after returning from my vacation, I wanted to take a moment to thank each and every person who made our 7 nights and 8 days so wonderful. The hotel exceeded my expectations! Both my husband and I absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay. I would especially like to mention that every staff member we encountered was extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming, truly reflecting the warm hospitality for which Dominicans are known. A special thank you to our butler, Jaime, who was our guide throughout our stay and provided impeccable service with the utmost professionalism. To all the wonderful staff at the Preferred Pool Bar, thank you for making our days so enjoyable. In particular, Sunilda deserves a very special mention. Words cannot express how grateful I am for her outstanding attention and dedication. Throughout our stay, she assisted us with such a warm and contagious smile that made every moment even more special. I would also like to thank Frandy, who was there to assist us on many occasions, as well as the entire staff at the restaurants located by the beach. Your kindness and excellent service truly made a difference in our experience. Having visited Punta Cana nine times and stayed at different hotels, my husband and I can honestly say that this was, without a doubt, our best experience yet! Thank you all for making our vacation so memorable. We will always remember the wonderful hospitality, exceptional service, and beautiful moments we experienced during our stay. Disappointing Resort Experience – Food Quality Needs Significant Improvement Unfortunately, my experience at this resort was disappointing, particularly when it came to the food. Although the resort may have had a beautiful setting and appealing amenities, the quality of the dining options fell far below expectations. The food lacked flavor, variety, and freshness, and there were very few options that made the dining experience enjoyable. I found it difficult to eat and maintain an appetite throughout my stay, which significantly affected my overall vacation experience. For an all-inclusive resort, food quality should be a major priority. Guests expect a variety of well-prepared, appetizing meals throughout their stay, not to struggle to find something they actually want to eat. Unfortunately, the dining experience did not meet that expectation. Overall, I expected much more for the price paid. Management should seriously evaluate the food quality, menu variety, freshness, and consistency across the restaurants. A beautiful resort is not enough to make up for disappointing food. Based on my experience, I would hesitate to recommend this resort to others unless significant improvements are made.

Our Honeymoon Experience Was Amazing! ❤️🌴🥂 Overall, our honeymoon stay was absolutely amazing! The resort was clean, beautiful, and very well-maintained. From the friendly staff to the excellent service, everyone was welcoming and willing to assist whenever we needed anything. A special shout-out to our assigned butler, Andrea! Thank you for your outstanding service, attentiveness, and for helping make our stay so enjoyable. You definitely helped make our honeymoon experience extra special! ❤️ The only negative experience we encountered was with the sales representatives. Unfortunately, we were persuaded into attending a sales presentation under misleading information, which caused us to miss breakfast. We were told we would still be able to eat, but that turned out not to be the case, leaving us stuck eating chicken wings and fries instead. This was disappointing and took away from some of our valuable vacation time. I would encourage management to address this issue so other guests do not have the same experience. Despite that one setback, our overall experience was wonderful! The resort itself was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. We truly enjoyed our honeymoon and made some amazing memories. I would recommend this resort to others, with the hope that the sales team improves its communication and honesty with guests. The resort is beautiful and all of the restaurants served great food! As a Preferred member, our needs were taken care of quickly and efficiently. The shows provided at night were top notch!

I was extremely impressed with the Entertainment Team … our Butler Jaime was very prompt to our needs and made our stay pleasurable!
