Secrets Tides Punta Cana

Secrets Tides was amazing! It was immaculate, secure, clean, and beautiful. The room was a good size, clean, and perfect for a couple. We loved the ocean views, especially from our hot tub on the deck. Sometimes the loungers by the pools were all taken so we had to be early to ensure we got one. Staff were super friendly and always eager to please. Will definitely return.

Beautiful facility, food mostly very good, lovely beach. Only serious deficiency was competition for pool loungers and people "reserving" them at ridiculous times in the morning while being absent for hours. We had a swim-up which made all the difference, otherwise I would have been very unhappy. Definitely enjoyed the adults-only vibe, made it much easier to make friends as people weren't preoccupied with their kids.

Great food and fun atmosphere. Our server Sandy was kind, funny and very likeable, also his Manager Evemezer was very helpful all night long. We Highly recommend this place for amazing food , good laughs and a great time with friends.

This was my husband Kris and I's second time at Secrets Tides, and our week there this year was every bit as fabulous as the prior year. The resort is modern, well laid out, and spacious. It is set on a beautiful beach that you can walk on in both directions, and swim when the conditions allow too. And there's lots of beach palapas. The pools are a nice temperature and there's lots of umbrellas for protection from the sun. There are a lot of scheduled activities each day, from fitness to arts and crafts to mind/body activities. Our favorite was Spanish Lessons with Willy (Coca Cola), we added many words to our vocabulary and improved our grammar, and most of all had fun. We also really enjoyed the Cacao Ceremony, meditation class, chocolate tasting, painting on the beach, candle making, sound bath, water aerobics, and more! Service was great wherever we went, staff members to recognize include: Activities/Entertainment, Willy (Coca Cola) Butler, Ezy Daytime Housekeeper, William Nighttime Housekeeper, Jaqueline Waiter at Oceana and Portofino, Franci UVC Representative, Deye A special thank you to all of the employees that engaged with us, and helped us practice our Spanish the week we were there! We'll hopefully be back again sometime!

I have traveled many places, and this resort delivers on beautiful surroundings but falls short in restaurants and service. I have been served cold food and the wrong food, and this morning served cold coffee and warm milk for the coffee. I had a hot dog that had great toppings but no hot dog. When I asked about this, they took corrective action and served me a hotdog, so I have hotdogs, not together, but I had it. Attention to detail makes all the difference. This is where a 4 or 5 star resort shines.
