Wonderful trip
We had a wonderful time at Secrets Tides. The food was amazing. The staff treated you like family and the pools were incredible. Our concierge, Anderson, was fantastic! He looked after us and surprised us with champagne. He went over and beyond. Justine from the entertainment team was so much fun. He added to the whole experience. Luis at the pool bar was fabulous. To make our breakfast more special Sumierka made us the best smoothies. Alberto made a mean drink at the lounge bar. Erika was great at the restaurants and Eliazer was always there checking on us and giving us recommendations for eats. They made the trip even more spectacular I highly recommend this resort. You will not be disappointed

We had an amazing time here at secrets tides. It was a very clean resort. We had the swim out king room and I was pleasantly surprised for nice and warm the water was in all the pools. Everything here was so nice. The food was good. The service was 10/10 everyone was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back again and recommending it to friends and family!

One of the Best Resorts!
We had an exceptional stay at Secrets Punta Cana. The staff were attentive and wonderful, and the service was excellent. The food at both the buffet and the restaurants was some of the best we've had at an all-inclusive. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. We really liked the resort app for room requests and daily schedules, and the pool area was great, with plenty of chairs. The fitness center was clean, large, and well equipped. The beach had significant seaweed and rough water, so it wasn't what we expected, but the pool made up for it. We had a massage that was excellent, though we only did it through the vacation club presentation; otherwise, the price was more than we'd pay. The only negative was the vacation club pitch, which felt a bit deceptive at the start, though the people themselves were very nice. And we really appreciated being taken to our room right away when we arrived, so we could enjoy the pool on day one instead of waiting around. Overall, we loved it and would absolutely return to Secrets again.
