Fantastic Resort- amazing service
Our visit to Secrets Tides exceeded our expectations in every way. We have been to many Secrets resorts, but Tides was so much more. Service was exceptional, the rooms and buildings pristine, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. We will return!

Paradise
What a beautiful resort! We are UVC preferred members & had a wonderful vacation! Planned this vacation over 6 months ago and we were so impressed by the service and food and amenities! Our butler was Maximo, who was amazing. He really did everything he could to accommodate us. Although we didn’t get our preferred upgrade for our room right away, eventually we did and that made up for the first 4 days of not getting one. We would definitely come back to this resort! Thank you Maximo for making our stay so great! We loved it here! One of my favorite things was the beach and everywhere we went there were plenty of places to sit or lounge, they really made sure to have plenty of seats everywhere! Maximo was a gentleman and professional throughout our entire process! He made our stay even better! Thank you again! We will be back.

Perfect place to enjoy beautiful- both resort and beach
Secret Tides is a beautiful resort. The staff were amazing. We were part of Preferred and our Butler was Ray. He was so friendly always with a smile on his face. He went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. He made our stay at the Tides one of our favorite Secrets to vacation and relax at. We found the restaurants had very good food with just the right amount of variety. We spent our days on the beach so we can’t say how the pools or entertainment there was. Beach was beautiful. Perfect time to visit as there was no seaweed. We will hopefully be back to this resort in the future.

All good except breakfast restaurant. Service there was poor. All other service was acceptable. This was second trip to this resort and will go again.

Good resort
It was a great resort I just think the butler service could be a lot better than what it was. If you like quiet this is the resort for you. It’s a relaxing resort
