Secrets Tides Punta Cana

Firstly, a massive thank you to the entire Secrets Tides team, and especially Deivid, Endri, Sander and Erica, for making our stay so memorable and making it 100x better. These guys work with a contagious smile on there faces everyday and it’s something that should be appreciated. Absolutely incredible experience at Secrets Tides Punta Cana. Without a doubt, one of the best holidays we’ve ever had and a genuine 10/10 from start to finish. Everything about the resort was exceptional. The food, the room, the pools, the drinks, the restaurants, the atmosphere and, above all, the service. Every member of staff we came across was friendly, professional and genuinely committed to making sure guests had the best possible experience. A very special shoutout to Deivid, Endri, Sander and Erica. These four were absolutely fantastic and honestly made our trip 10 times better. Their attitude, attention to detail and the way they went above and beyond made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our entire stay. They are a huge credit to the resort and people like them are what turn a great holiday into an unforgettable one. The resort itself is beautiful, the food was consistently excellent, the drinks were great, the pools were perfect and the room was everything we could have wanted. We genuinely could not fault the experience. We will absolutely be recommending Secrets Tides to all of our friends and family. If you are considering staying here, do yourself a favour and book it. You will not regret it. 10/10. We will definitely be back.

I’ve been to a few Secrets and this one by far is my least favorite. Some of the staff needs to work on professionalism and acting like they want to be at work. The spa, Oceana, and Meraki had excellent service. And our butler Yulian. He was AMAZING and those few people saved us from wanting to just completely leave the resort.

Our trip was so amazing! We came for my best friend’s bachelorette trip. We stayed from Thursday-Monday. The hotel was beautiful, customer service was super great! Alexis at the beach/pool section of the hotel was absolutely a gem, he served us most of the time we were there and he is phenomenal at his job. He made our trip 10x better, he was super charismatic, and a problem solver! The food at the Tierra was our favorite, the skirt steak was a 10/10 (our least favorite was the Italian restaurant). The views and weather were also amazing on the trip. I recommend this resort!

Just wanted to say we are here right now and my wife and I love this resort! More importantly we came back from the Asian restaurant and Elisabet and Beni (our servers) were awesome!!!! The food was beyond spectacular! Everyone at this resort is so friendly- Victor at the pool is awesome as well! Come to this resort for the ambience and the food! Not so much the beach area but everything else is stupendous. Mark my words - very well worth the money! You will not be disappointed.

The location, food, drinks staff and butler were amazing. From the time we stepped off the bus, I felt like a celebrity. It was the best vacation ever. Mr . Estarlin, our butler was heaven sent. He made our vacation amazing. He explained everything, provided advice on where to eat and answered our questions. He provided everything we asked for. Nothing was too big or too small. He treated us with respect and so much love. He is very professional, courteous, phenomenal, stellar and amazing. Because of him our vacation was amazing. Please use him to train the other butlers. I promise that you will not be disappointed. I am ready to come back again. He needs to be promoted. He really did an amazing job. He treated us like family and my husband and I are so very thankful and grateful that God chose him for us. He was truly heaven sent.
