This hotel was amazing, the room was way bigger then expected, we had a personal concierge that made everything very easy. Multiple restaurants on the property,all were delicious!!. Would definitely recommend staying here if traveling to punta cana

My stay at Hotel Zel was spectacular. All the employees are so friendly that they make you feel so good, just like you were at home. I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and it was the best decision I could have made. They gave me a cake, sang me happy birthday — everything was so beautiful. I can’t even explain this wonderful experience. Oh, and I can’t forget the amazing birthday dinner on the beach. I loved everything about Hotel Zel.

I stayed at ZEL Punta Cana for a week with my husband and daughter, and we truly enjoyed our time. The hotel is gorgeous, with a modern, relaxing atmosphere. Our ZEL Swim-Up Suite was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable — perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The staff was always respectful, friendly, and ready to help, which made our stay even better. The music around the hotel was nice, but I would have loved to hear more tropical sounds like salsa or bachata to really capture the Dominican vibe. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to offer more typical Dominican dishes in the restaurants. It would make the experience feel even more authentic and connected to the culture of this beautiful country. Overall, ZEL Punta Cana is a stunning place to relax and enjoy quality time with family, with excellent service and beautiful accommodations.
