Zoetry Agua Punta Cana

My wife and I had a great time everyone there did a excellent job making us comfortable, I want to thank Emanuel, Leidy, Sory , Henry, Santiago, Charlie, Maria, Wani, the chef at the outdoor restaurant next to the pool bar, great team work that's why everyone should be complimented and awarded!!!!!!

In short, ZPC was even better than we had expected, and we have stayed at 2 other Zeotry resorts in the past. With only 92 suites, this jungle style 'zen retreat' resort was amazing! We got an early check-in at 11am, and late checkout at 6pm! Super friendly staff, spotless resort and beautiful, recently refurbished rooms. The 3 restaurants were open on rotation and all had pretty good menus, and great food. Top shelf liquors included Macallan 12, Buchanan 12 and JW Double Black etc. Canoe Bar staff Joel and Karina were great. Our butler Alexandro was very attentive, and the other staff were outstanding too, including Bejemin the Entertainment lad. Just one demeaning UVC sales representative let the team down. We've been to Zoetry Rolandi and Zoetry Parisio Bonita (both closed now), and this one just edging them overall.

For our anniversary opted to try all inclusive at Zoetry Aqua in Punta Cana. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome with staff very eager to create a wonderful time (without the expectation of a tip). Our ocean front room provided a wonderful view of the sea. It is a quiet resort with selective times for music (pool side or evening). Variety of meal venues from room service (included) to beach, pool, or traditional restaurants (menus/ focus changes daily). Well stocked and restocked mini bar as well as the resort bars in all restaurants and bar areas. Chose from the daily activites or just sit and enjoy the sea. Come home relaxed and refreshed. Expect drive from airport a bit over an hour.

we were accommodated at zoetry between December 2025 and January 2026. We had the greatest luck with Jessica, the person who was always at our disposal and who made our stay perfect. It is one of our favorite resorts from the moment we entered the hotel until we left. The menu diversification should be checked a little and the MOSQUITOES! otherwise everything is perfect.

We just returned home from Zoetry Punta Cana after spending an incredible week there! The resort is stunning with a beautiful beach and several pools right by the ocean. We loved spending our days on the beautiful property with great food and drinks on the beach and by the pool. The food at the restaurants was wonderful at every meal and our room was beautiful and comfortable. Most importantly though, the management and staff at Zoetry were all so kind, welcoming, and attentive. We felt so taken care of throughout our entire stay and especially appreciate how welcome our little baby was. Special thank yous to Alejandro, Sory, Yelin, Leidy, Gabriel, Joel, Alejandra, Marilyn, Carel, and many others who made our stay so memorable. We hope to back back some day! And wholeheartedly recommend Zoetry Punta Cana to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing vacation.
