Our experience at Secrets Bajita was exceptionally enjoyable. The zip line tour was the trip's most memorable highlight. Alejandra and Alfredo were highly skilled guides who delivered a delightfully entertaining and action-packed day. We strongly recommend this adventure!

It was a great experience! Everything was clean, except for one night there was a bug on my pillow. We did experience loud noises on our room so we slept well. The service was really good, I dont remember the names of all of the people who attended us, but I remember Elizabeth helped us and was really nice to us (she was at the preferred lobby) We loved the restaurants specially the French one, and its service too, the host was super nice and the waiter Luis was really nice too. We really loved the Japanese restaurant too. The food was really good in all of the hotel. We didn’t like that most restaurants were closed at certain hours of the day, and we didn’t like when the cleaning lady would go in our room and night to prepare the bed, sometimes she would move our things.

The staff was amazing, patient, joyful, caring and catering to all needs. The food was delicious, the ice cream shop is open 24/7 which helps on the hot humid days. Beach is about a 10 minute walk from the rooms, but the views are breathtaking.

The hotel is lovely and the food was excellent. The hotel is very spread out. I felt a bit like I was playing shoots and ladders as we found short cuts to our destinations. If you don't do their upgrade, there are many places you can't go. (but if you're with your kids, I think you can't go there anyway). Staff is very responsive; rooms are nice; drawer space amazing; breakfast baffet incredible. Challenges: safe is too high; thermastat is very challenging (I figured it out on our last night there); no feather pillows; sharp rocks and pebbles when you go into the ocean, but they do have water shoes available that are a must.

Having heard many positive things prior to my arrival, I was looking forward to experiencing all that you have to offer. Upon arrival, we wasn’t pleased with the initial impression and the warm welcome by the staff. However, as I continued my stay, I noticed a number of inconsistencies that unfortunately are detracting from the overall experience. For instance, certain aspects of the service seemed to fluctuate dramatically; at times, everything was seamless and efficient, while at other moments, there were noticeable delays and lapses in communication. This inconsistency was somewhat disappointing and detracted from the otherwise pleasant environment. Additionally, some facilities seemed to vary in their upkeep, which was not in line with the high standards I had anticipated. On a positive note, I must commend you on the culinary offerings available during my visit. The food was, without a doubt, exceptional. Every meal was a delight, showcasing not only the quality of the ingredients but also the skill and creativity of the culinary team. My assigned Butler is amazing (Rousse) and she is the one that is saving our stay here. I sincerely hope that these inconsistencies I experienced can be addressed in the future, as your property has so much potential for excellence. Best regards, The Guillory’s
