Not adults only, room service never came, food mediocre, drinks watered down, staff was lovely, if you have to stay here, I would never again just go buffet every meal

April and Monserrat, the hostess with the Mostess!
April and Monserrat were Total Awesomeness. Friendly, inviting and very engaging..Enthusiasm was off the charts, they were professional above all. They made us feel like welcome guests. We loved their spirit. They provided above and beyond exceptional service. If we ever visit here again, I would want them for engaging entertainment, and for those planning a visit here, ask for April and Monserrat. Awesome hosts!

Do as much or as little as you want
Secrets Bahia Mita did a great job striking the challenging balance between small boutique resorts (which are a little boring if you're there too long, and which are usually really expensive) and mega resorts (which are cheaper but suffer from low quality, poor atmosphere, etc.). It was exceptionally clean and beautiful, great quality and variety of food and drinks, plenty of activities, with an upscale and exclusive feeling all at the same time. You can do as much or as little as you'd like, but I'd strongly recommend taking advantage of the daily activities and evening shows. Moises in the activities department was a highlight of our trip! This was our first trip to a Secrets resort, but it won't be our last.
