Great resort
The resort was fantastic. The staff was friendly, the food was absolutely amazing, and the area was great. The beach was clean and beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and luxurious, the service was exceptional, and the service was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Great option with a Preferred Club that is worth it.
We had a great and relaxing time. We tried the SPA and it was great, we were able to get a 30% discount. We also did the zip line and played some ping-pong. We wanted to do some Kayak and paddle but the waves were not our friend. Everybody was friendly and attentive. Service was spotless. Preferred Club has usually been a hit and miss for us (as well as Xhale and Sun club), but here it is really worth it, you get a butler that can help you out with a series of tasks from reservations to getting the right drinks in your minibar and schedule the bellboy to pickup your bags. The PC lounge has good drink, there are some real top shelf bottles and the 8th floor pool is great, but service there was not that good, it was faster and better everywhere else somehow. If you choose PC or not, you will enjoy this resort. Just remember is next (if not to say the same) to the Dreams so there are kids around the restaurants, the beach, the lobby, and so, you will mix, not much but if you 100% want to avoid them, this might not be the place, if you don't mind crossing paths, this is a great resort. Food 7.5 / 10 Service 8 / 10 Activities 8.5/10 Room and bath 9 / 10 APP 5 / 10 (every stay at all inclusive from Hyatt we have issues with their app) Room service 7 / 10 Sports bar and speakeasy 9 / 10 (for a hotel club) WOH Benefits ... they do have benefits for explorist and globalists members Probably the on thing they should fix is the entry to the hotel, everytime we went out, when we came back there was a line and it took a bit to get through

Excellent Experience
The service was excellent in the resort from housekeeping to food service! We never had any problems and anything additional we needed was met very quickly.

Amazing trip
Yes it is a big resort. And the main level is jointly used by Dreams. But the service and food quality and drink quality makes up for all of that. This one is a must upgrade to preferred, definitely worth it for the roof top pool.
