We highly recommend the resort. Rhe location was very good. The room was nice and kept very clean. We had a fabulous time and got engaged on the beach the first day. It was perfect!

Great hotel, quiet and clean. Nestled in the hills and jungle. Suprisingly Ubers were very easy to get out there. So we took an uber to sayulita and PVR one day. Restaurants are really good, the buffet could use a little more flavor. Beach was nice, kinda rocky and wavy. We went swimming but pools were better. They do a great job separating the 18+ side of things so we’re able to enjoy our vacations without kids around. Walkable resort and super friendly staff

We had the most amazing stay at Secrets Bahia Mita. The service here is truly next level—every single person we met went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday, and the staff made it unforgettable. Special thanks to Veronica and Benjamin (housekeeping), Fernando Pulido (F&B), Martínez (8th floor), David (Beach Club), Kiko and Alex (pool attendants), Jessica (our butler), Isau (chef), and Jorge (front desk). Each one of them stood out for their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care. The food was incredible, and the property itself is beautiful, but what impressed us most was the consistency of the service. You can tell there’s strong leadership and excellent training behind the scenes because every team member carried the same spirit of genuine hospitality. Highly recommend—can’t wait to come back!

Secrets Bahia Mita Surf & Spa Resort saved our vacation!!!! My wife and I arrived in PVR and quickly made it to a resort near the airport. Upon entering the resort, we soon realized that we had made a mistake. We quickly got on our phone to make new arrangements. Lucky for us, we found Secrets Bahia Mita! The resort is about an hour from the airport in Punta de Mita. It's secluded and you don't even know it's there from off the main road. When gates open, we were greeted with something special. From the time we arrived, we were treated with class. Glasses of champagne and a cool towel. We were personally escorted to check in and everything went very smooth. This was in stark contrast to the first resort that we pre-booked. Shout out to Oscar Gee who escorted us to our room and gave us a rundown of the resort and amenities. Everything was perfect! The resort grounds are immaculate. I counted at least 7 pools, so you can find privacy anywhere. Bars are everywhere. And finally, the a la carte restaurants do not require reservations (except for the hibachi grill). There are so many restaurants to chose from, so they were never packed. And the food was amazing. The room was modern and classy. Very nice decor and very comfortable. The cleaning crew is on the hall all day, and the room was serviced every time we left. Tip: The pool on the 6th floor overlooking the bay is a "must-do." This was our favorite because of the views. We stayed at this pool until it closed at 6:00. Then made our way to the main pool that closed at 7:00. My wife and I have stayed at over 30 resorts in 20 years of traveling. This was by far the best resort that we have ever visited. Secrets Bahia Mita has set a new standard for our travels going forward!!!
