Amazing celebratory vacation
I’ve stayed at several Grand Velas properties, two multiple times. The Boutique hotel in Cabo is my new favorite resort. It is quiet and small, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The staff was amazing as well. Our concierge Gaby Urtiz was wonderful, making our retirement and birthday trip extremely memorable. And the food was delicious. We hope to return soon.

Awesome, again!
This was our second time back at Grand Velas boutique. It continues to impress us. From the moment we checked in, to meeting our concierge Gaby again, to the service poolside and the numerous restaurants available just a short walk away we were wowed. Gaby was available daily, checking in or stopping by to see how our trip was going. That level of service is unique and a welcome reminder of true hospitality.

GREAT FACILITY WITH ONE DISAPPOINTMENT
This was our 5th time at a Velas hotel but our first time at the Boutique. The facility is outstanding - both public space, pool, beach as well as the rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. Being an adult only boutique, the ambiance was ideal - respectful and low decibels. The only issue that holds us back from five "stars" is that the quality of the food and wine is palpably lower than prior visits . This was very disappointing. Hard liquor is still top shelf and there is no holding back on all-day imbibing. This is obviously great - but the 5 star dining and wine list was definitely MIA and should not be.

Anniversary Trip
My husband and I went to this resort for our wedding anniversary and it was absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough great things about the food and the staff!! Jair was our concierge who was incredible! He made us feel completely at home and helped with whatever we desired! Juan and Augustin at mix 51 were also phenomenal and made us feel welcomed! Lastly, our pool waiters Jesus and Ricardo really made our days special. They made sure we were taken care of while we relaxed in the sun! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!! We can’t wait to come back!
