Paradisus Los Cabos

We came here a year ago for our first trip to Cabo and loved it so much that we just went back for our 2nd time and it did not disappoint! This is a beautiful resort inside and out. We stayed in the Reserve Oceanfront room, which we highly recommend...totally worth it based on the extras you get and beautiful ocean views from your room. Cristina was our personal concierge and helped us with whatever we needed, including restaurant and cabana reservations...very friendly and a great communicator. I think the food and drinks were even better than they were last year! Sante was excellent for breakfast and lunch as a Reserve guest, Sal was delicious (one meal also included here as a Reserve guest) and Capella was better than I expected! Poolside tacos were really good, too. Elena was our server for a couple of dinners and she was excellent with her recommendations. The activities were all good, although some were cancelled last minute. Enjoyed the aqua aerobics and yoga with Jesus...he was wonderful and brings so much energy to them. Carlos and Sebastian managing the cabanas were amazing and made sure our time by the pool was lovely. I can't say enough about how friendly the entire staff there was! Location is also great, right in the middle of the Tourist Corridor, so it's an easy Uber to either San Jose or San Lucas. Can't wait to go back again next year!

My wife and I absolutely loved spending our honeymoon at Paradisus. Great food, environment, location, and most of all staff. Special shoutout to my friend Jaime, who we met hosting karaoke at Ginger bar. Absolutely went above and beyond, making sure everyone was having a good time, providing excellent service, and ensuring we had all the sunscreen we needed 😂. Also want to thank our concierge Juventino, or “Tino”. Did such a great job welcoming us, helping us plan our reservations and activities, and making the most out of our stay. Would give a sixth star for service if I could.
