False and under delivered
To start, No information regarding road work was mentioned and never suggested we might need to leave early, basketball viewing accommodations for one day but not the next. Although fixed, there were Hot water issues. Concierge failed. We were asked by Concierge to install 3rd party app not affiliated with the hotel. TV was locked out for room service, and checkout. Concierge knew we were there fir 2 days and never told us about any offside excursion that was included in our package, (inclusive activity). Waitress and bell service was good. Hotel was clean. House cleaning was superb. Reserve a bit deceiving. We still had to pay for our steak at the Steakhouse. We booked Friday night, 2 weeks before going and followed up twice and they did a switch telling us only Thursday and restaurant closed Friday. Then other staff said they were open and we went by on Friday and they were open. Felt like bait and switch.

What an incredible experience, staff are friendly, helpful and have an amazing vibe. Servando was especially amazing, going above every day to make our girls trip memorable, I highly recommend this resort. Also, food and drinks are on point 💗
