Paradisus Los Cabos

The Paradisus was a wonderful resort. The service was top notch. Our Concierge Cristina Nava was phenomenal. My girlfriend and I were here to celebrate her birthday and Cristina came through with flying colors. The room was decorated with beautiful flowers balloons and a bottle of wine. She was awesome with providing us a daily routine for activities for the day. She was on top of her game and making sure we were being taken care of. I would highly recommend if you stay here that you get her as your personal concierge. She will keep you going for the day. Wonderful job.

We went for my birthday and our 20th anniversary This was pure paradise 🌴 The beach you can swim at The pool is absolute beautiful and the swim up bar is fun! The people are all so very nice everyone treated us so welcome Jasmine and Jorge at the beach bar are amazing people and very hard working So much good food and drinks Already wanting to go back next year

My husband and I went to Paradisus in December 2025. It was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in we were taken care of until the day we left. The concierge Carlos was extremely helpful and literally texted daily to make sure he was available. Erick was very helpful with planning our excursions and even came down to the spot we were at the pool to help us decide and pay. Roberto at the pool bar was so fun and made great drinks. Rooms are cleaned multiple times a day and are kept up with very well! Everything here was amazing and I highly recommend!

Been coming to this resort since 1995. Upgraded to Black membship last visit 5/25. The view is gorgeous and whales seen every day from our palapa. Another great trip, although a few less niceties compared to prior, perhaps time of the year. All restaurants were excellent. Service everywhere very good. The Black experience is well worth it for us- especially the wine/champagne and food upgrades. Standouts were Juliet as our concierge, Raphael in Tokimeku and Ignacio, the manager at Sal ( where there’s a new chef and now top notch).

I would like to congratulate the general manager of this hotel, they never get the recognition for a very well run hotel. The staff is amazing, greet you with a smile everyday. They always find a way to satisfy your requests. Our concierge Carlos was outstanding, took care of all our requests with a smile, goes over and above all the time. Pool and beach staff, Carlos, Servants and Kevin were outstanding, always there to find you a chair, towels and Gazebo beds. BRAVO to the entire staff, a very well run hotel. great restaurants, food was fantastic. only one big issue, there are NO Chairs at their beach, only gazebo beds, but go early, there are not enough to serve the hotel guests. I really hope they bring beach chairs and Umbrellas to the beach .
