Kevin lizarraga was a great bartender and host to us! Very friendly and outgoing personality and made an effort to connect with everyone! He took extra steps to make sure we were taken care of! Great experience

Paradisus is amazing. Every staff member is awesome, awesome, awesome. Jesus from the Aqua Marina restaurant was so accommodating. He went over and above our expectations. Victor who is over the Relation/ concierge department made our trip the best ever.

Swimmable beach was the highlight
We stayed for a long weekend. We had been here before and like that it has a swimmable beach. We stayed in the reserve area and Juventino, our concierge, was excellent. Attentive and cordial. The service for food and beverages on the beach was incredible. The food was mediocre overall. Room was clean and had nice turndown service.

Kevin Lizarrasa the best! Poolside bar service and sky bar lounge. Paradisus is beautiful and a great relaxing vacation. There were no kids when we went at the end of April!
