Paradisius Reserve Sante Restaurant
Outstanding brakefast experience. Breathtaking ocean view. Fabulous food. Marvelous atmosphere, including live violin music. Superb customer service from our waiter, Rene. And smashingly tasty Espresso Martinis. Mucha gracias toto el mundo.

Girls Trip!!
Our stay there was amazing! We all had a great time! The food at every restaurant that we went to was amazing! Loved the stake house! Loved the tuna tostada - it was our favorite! Jesus the activity coordinator is the absolute best and a total sweetheart! Cannot wait to stay again!

This hotel location is gorgeous from the rooms, to beautiful pools, and the numerous choices of places to eat. The staff were incredible and extremely attentive. They always went above and beyond to make our stay memorable especially with our Concierge (Roberto) and the pool wait staff. The only reason I would not give Excellent was the food and the spa. For the food we had some excellent meals at the Asian fusion restaurant, the pool, Mexican restaurant, and room service. Unfortunately there was some not so great meals but could have been because we dined later in the evening. The spa team was awesome and the massages next level. Unfortunately we did not know the spa facilities were under renovations so we missed the "spa experience" but still paid spa prices.

I have high reviews for some and lower for others … so here it goes.
1. There is zero entertainment… you cannot put a DJ in as entertainment! 2. Very few pool activities… there should be morning pool exercises 3. Concierge was just ok after the first day of check in. 4 staff in general was very friendly. 5. Steak was really good!
