A perfect resort to visit if you’re looking to lie back, enjoy the pool, the sun, the drinks and the food Breakfast buffet at Malva is excellent! Capella (Italian dinner buffet stood out as the best bet…their pizzas were terrific) Concierge service is very helpful. Don’t miss the latte in the morning or sneaking an afternoon gelato!

My husband and I visited Paradisus April 26-May 3. This was our first time visiting Cabo as we typically go to the Caribbean side of Mexico. The resort was welcoming and the check-in staff was friendly. We did not do the reserve club and after seeing the "perks" were thankful we did not upgrade. Our room was a garden view with a very nice view of the property. The room itself was "ehh" ok. The bathroom area was not large at all and our shower leaked all over the floor. We reported it to the front desk staff the first night and over the entire trip, it was never addressed. We had to ask for extra towels to absorb the water from running all over the place every time we showered. The food quality was good, but left a lot to be desired. Our favorite was the Japanese restaurant. We ate there twice over the course of the week. The breakfast buffet was ok, but in comparison, the food was not nearly as good as other all-inclusive we've visited. The Italian buffet was our least favorite. Not impressed with the pasta sitting out in a buffet setting for long periods of time. Sante was also nice and insiders tip, if you're not in the Reserve you can still eat there for dinner. Ask your pool server for a menu because you can order a few items poolside, which many people didn't know until later in their trips. Overall, the restaurant options are limited for dinner. Cleanliness ---- Ok, here's one of the biggest issues! The pool (only main pool) was very dirty. We are early birds and saw the pool staff skimming the edges of the pool each morning but there were so many dead bugs in the pool, it was awful. Over the week, we saw no efforts to clean any of the interior portion of the pool. I quick skim around the edge around 8:30am and that's it for the day. Old and dirty drink clubs were left under the basketball goal for two days with no attention to it at the edge of the pool. The fountains around the property were dirty as well. Tons of bugs and dirt just sitting in the bottom. The fountains would be turned on sporadically I assume to circulate the water, but we never saw anyone cleaning them. Sanitation -- or lack thereof. BRING YOUR OWN CUP! At the pool, you could see the pool bar staff take dirty cups (plastic logoed cups), PUT them in soapy water, RINSE and put back on the bar to be reused. No scrubbing, no real sanitation. I was appalled but the lack of sanitation practices. Thankfully, we used our own cups and did not use a plastic cup for the rest of the week. Yuck! Many of the other guests we met commented on the same. This should be addressed by the staff immediately! Which leads me to the Staff/Service -- although everyone we spoke to was friendly, we did not receive the standard of service we expected at a 4.5 star resort. Alejandro was our saving grace by the pool. Unfortunately, it was on the last day. Otherwise, we felt the bar staff felt annoyed, disassociated and difficult to get their attention. Many other couples commented on the same during our stay. We said something to a manager, once we found one, and they sent over another staff member to help us with drink orders and food, but made it clear they would not continue to wait on us and our daily server Francisco would handle us afterwards. There's also very little to do in the evenings. If you're looking for a resort with entertainment and an activity staff, this is not the place for you. The app is not updated as to activity schedule changes and restaurants that were closed were not updated to reflect that on the app (Sante). Overall, take your own cup and be prepared for an "ok" trip for the money. Otherwise, find a resort that will nurture your guest experience. It was a relaxing trip, but there was a lot left on the table. With our experience at all-inclusive resorts in various countries, this was our least favorite and unfortunately would not consider returning.

Simply AMAZING! Truly a 5 Star experience that is all inclusive and adults only. Highly rec doing the Reserve option as there is a private pool area and you get priority for restaurant reservations. Most of all - a big THANK YOU to Servando! Him and his team are so thoughtful, attentive, and make every guest feel special and welcomed. We could not have asked for a more relaxing getaway with cabanas on the beach, incredible food, and gorgeous resort.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay.. Everything was super amazing, the resort is small but beautiful and peaceful. The food was super delicious but the service was even better. Everyone we encounter with was nice and super helpful. But we specially given a HUGE thanks to our concierge Riberto he went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed every moment of our wedding anniversary trip! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We definitely recommend this resort and for sure will be back.

Our first time to Paradisus Cabo. We loved the location, outstanding views, dimmable beach & ocean view room at The Reserve which we paid extra for. Breakfast at Malva was always delicious with a wonderful variety to satisfy any palate. First stop was the coffee shop to get a cappuccino made by Omar who took very good care of us making our coffees. We enjoyed especially our servers Jhan, Susana and Maria at the omelette station. The Italian restaurant and Mexican was the best of any Paradisus we have stayed at hands down. The Sante restaurant our first night our Reserve only guests was very good but food overcooked and sat under the lights the second night we went and did not enjoy. Ramon at the Mexican restaurant was our server and he had made our dining experience one of our favorites. I gave only four stars since the A/C in the gym was broken all week we were there and we felt it was too hot and uncomfortable to do our weights and workouts. This was a big disappointment. The morning yoga classes overlooking the pacific was so much more enjoyable. The house wines are terrible. I don’t feel you should have to order a $40 or $50 bottle which you need to do in order to get a decent glass of wine. We did enjoy a relaxing week and it was so nice to be away from the Cabo tourist scene closer to the Marina. Carlos at the Pool always helpful with Cabanas.
