Zoetry Casa del Mar Los Cabos

Very nice resort. Very chill vibe. Can feel the ocean pounding the surf. Make sure to take advantage of all the pool side activities!

I had a PHENOMENAL experience staying here at Zoetry. Everyone was so welcoming, upbeat personality’s and hospitality was beyond expectations. I would like to take the time out to mention 4 members that stood out to me in my stay here. To begin Israel was always willing to help with a smile on his face transporting us to and wherever here in the resort. Daniel was very attentive and all smiles and ready to attend to any need with a very charismatic aura that made us feel very welcomed. As well with jimmy and Erik they made sure to go above and beyond when asking them for anything at all first go around and giving us info all about the resort. I know I am forgetting a few names but overall my experience was great I would love to come back and what made this stay so great is everyone is just so happy to see you. Making you feel loved and welcomed.

This is and isn't your typical Cabo resort. It is what you'd expect out of Cabo because it's sat in a really good location (in the Tourist Corridor). It basically has its own private white sand beach with hardly any foot traffic. What makes Casa del Mar stand out is that its only ~60 rooms. Because of this, the staff remember you and really strive to provide a white glove experience. Be ready to be treated well. Thanks to Ricardo and Nelly at the front desk (they have a tough job!). Thanks to the bell men Manual and Ismael. You guys are funny, friendly, and helpful. Thanks to Benjamin with concierge. You were very welcoming. Thanks to Misael at the bar. It was great chatting with you and practicing Spanish. Thanks to the countless room service folks that helped me early morning and throughout the day/night.

I highly recommend this resort for couples. The resort was first class and met my needs. The accommodations were very comfortable. The room size was spacious. The ocean view was absolutely amazing. Customer service was exceptional.

Don’t be fooled. This is NOT a luxury hotel. The food and service at Zoetry was a big disappointment. Many of the restaurant staff were disengaged, unfriendly and untrained, stairwells were filthy, trays were left out all day and no one answered calls to “24 hour room service”. The drinks were okay, but the food was pretty terrible. Wines by the glass were awful too. We had to go elsewhere away from the hotel if we wanted a good meal. This is the first time TripAdvisor did us wrong and we’re perplexed how they received a high rating. We just want to warn others before you drop money for their expensive rates. Better to spend a bit more elsewhere and go with true luxury. Zoetry is way overpriced and doesn’t come close to the offerings of other nearby luxury hotels.
