Zoetry Casa del Mar Los Cabos

Zoetry Cabo is gorgeous and restful retreat. Stand outs was the food and service from Saltwater.. breakfast was sensational and Alan -Amazing !!! Dinner was 5 stars and Marcelo- Incredible!! thank you both as you helped out 2 families with 3 girls under 12 live and enjoy the Cabo culture. Jamie made our kids feel welcome at the activities all week long. Oscar took care of us daily at the pool. And Manuel was the standout - above and beyond helping us throughout the week!

I had a great time, the food was amazing, came in reasonable portions and in general the food was delicious. The service was quick and servers were very sweet, compassionate and kind, the hotel was very spacious and the resort was overall very relaxing and quiet. I’d like to mention the workers Andrei and Jamie in the activities department, they were very fun to be around and they were very helpful and guided my family and I throughout our stay here. One small thing I’d like to point out that bothered me slightly is there is some construction going on which was going on throughout the resort, but other than that, my stay at this resort was astonishing.

It was great! beautiful resort. easy to get to. clean rooms and shared areas. upscale rooms with great customer service. the views are fantastic and the restaurant options are great. this place had a great balance of a peaceful, yet fun atmosphere.

Very nice resort with good food! I will recommend family and friends to visit next time they’re visiting Cabo San Lucas!

The staff at Zoetry Casa Del Mar treated our family and friends like royalty as we wanted for nothing. We knew the resort catered to adults but we decided to give it a try anyway and it did not disappoint! Our family and another (7 total/3 kids) enjoyed a week relaxing by the pool where Alan and Oscar kept our drinks full and made sure we ordered lunch before the restaurant opened at noon so we wouldn’t have to wait more than a few minutes. Jaime and Marcos kept our kids engaged with crafts, bingo, and various other activities. Each morning during breakfast they would review the day’s activities to create a plan and Jaime always made sure to find the kids to invite them to each activity. Speaking of breakfast, the service from Alan and Javier at Saltwater was 5 star+. We wanted for nothing and they anticipated our needs before we had even thought about it! Skip Arrroyo’s breakfast and spend your time at Saltwater, the view is incredible as is the service. Marcelo was our favorite server for dinners at Saltwater. He was extremely pleasant to talk to and eager to assist our larger group to ensure we always had what we needed—even bringing an extra meal the last night so we could try the short rib as they had been out every other evening. Last but by no means least, I have no doubt our vacation wouldn’t have been the same without Manuel. He helped us with our bags on day 1, and quickly become one of our favorite staff. Always there when we had a question or were struggling to get water delivered through room service. Our kids looked forward to his golf cart rides and smile each day as they chanted “vamanos, Manuel!” From the back row. Unfortunately we were just getting to know Israel when our vacation came to an end, but we look forward to more golf cart rides with him on our next trip. He was so kind and has a contagious smile that made our kids light up with joy!
