Amazing experience at World of Hyatt this summer. Peaceful and tranquil vibes with just enough activities and excitement @Jaime and Andrei. Chef Juan David, Jaime, and Eduardo are top par serving up delicious food while taking into account dietary restrictions. Beautiful resort and hotel rooms. Recommend going in August during their quiet season and you will only see a handful of other guests the entire time, it’ll be your own paradise!

My wife and I used Hyatt points for a 3 night vacation and we really enjoyed our time here. Cabo feels very upscale and safe as a whole, so we enjoyed this area of Mexico. The hotel is beautiful and small. Not a ton of rooms which allows the property to feel smaller and more quiet. Our room was very nice and luxurious. We had a junior suite ocean view. I reccomend staying at one of the buildings near the property. There are some farther out that require golf carts to get to the pools/beach. We spent most of our time at the main pool. There is plenty of seating and lots of umbrellas around the chairs. The beach is beautiful, but the waves are rough, so you can't swim. We came during August and it was VERY hot. The UV was 11 every day which made it tough to be in the sun long. It also made some of the nights really hot unless there was a breeze. There are 2 restaurants and they said the menu rotated every 2 days, but I am guessing they meant there are specialty nights where the menu changed as the menus stayed the same for us during our 3 nights. The food was good, but we wished the options would have rotated or that there would have been 1 more restaurant on property. You can go off site to partner hotels and have dinner, but we decided to stay in this time. Service was great. Can't say enough good things about Oscar by the pool. He was incredible and was always around. Got to know our likes quickly which was great. Javier, the manager at the Mexican restaurant, also was very great with my wife who has celiac and went out of his way to accommodate that. We loved our time here and would definitely come back, but probably between October and May when it would be more enjoyable with the weather.

Our stay at Zoëtry started off with a great first impression but after a 3 night stay, we concluded it was nowhere near a 5-star experience. Check-in upon arrival took far too long, 20 minutes or so, but the front desk staff were welcoming. However, we weren’t given much information about the property. There was no mention of where the gym or spa were located, and we only discovered the daily activities through the app we downloaded upon arrival. The lighting in the room was quite harsh, with very few soft or ambient lighting options. Upon arrival, there were no towels in the room, and after calling, it took about an hour for them to arrive. We also had issues with our room keys not working. Unfortunately, since we were locked out and the room was a 5–10 minute walk from the main lobby, we had no choice but to walk all the way back to get help. There was no way to contact the front desk otherwise. Our room was located in a separate building with a private pool that was marketed as more quiet and exclusive but it was just outdated and further from the main pool and restaurants. Our biggest complaint was meals. First, there were 2 hotels on site. We were told up front that on the 3rd night, the restaurant at the main building was reserved for a private event. Fine, no problem. So we decided night 1 we would eat at the beach restaurant, night 2 we would eat in the main restaurant, and night 3, back to the beach. Night 2 we went up to the main restaurant and found it was closed without prior notice. They were hosting "mexican night" with buffet style food. Night 3, given the one restaurant was closed, we headed back to the beach restaurant only to find that we were being served yet another buffet meal with the same rice, beans, meat and salad options. To stay at a "5 star" resort with 2 restaurants on site and be given buffet meals as the only options 2/3 nights is absolutely unacceptable, especially without prior notice or advance warning. The buffet food was not good and one of the meals was my birthday dinner, a total disappointment. Meal services were very slow, taking 45 minutes on average to get meals. Breakfast the morning we left to go to the airport was particularly frustrating - we were seated at 9:05 AM, placed our order at 9:15, and were still waiting on food by 9:55. We needed to leave the hotel by 10:15 and thought an hour and 10 minutes was plenty for breakfast but were mistaken. All that said, the staff throughout the resort were incredibly friendly and kind. The spa was a pleasant surprise, offering a complimentary service for Hyatt members, which we really appreciated. The property itself is beautiful, with a laid-back, relaxing vibe. However, there were a few disruptions. Pool games put on by the hotel were loud. On one occasion, there was staff shouting spanish trivia for two hours midday while we were trying to relax by the pool. There was also construction directly next to the pool which was incredibly noisy and created a less than tranquil atmosphere. Overall, Zoëtry has the potential to be a true five-star experience with some attention to detail, improved food experience, and service consistency. The setting is serene, and the staff are wonderful, but there’s room for improvement in organization and communication.

We decided on Zoetry as a last minute pivot after hurricane Erin ruined our Bermuda plans. From the first moment we arrived the staff were so welcoming and attentive to every detail. The grounds were immaculate. We are not all inclusive people but Zoetry made me a convert. Amazing menus (pineapple / shrimp ceviche) and even better staff. Great spa options. Highly recommend

If you are looking for calm, quiet, beautiful resort, this is it! The facilities are excellent, the food is great. What takes this place to a new level is the staff. Without exception, they are cheerful, helpful and enthusiastic. Even though it is low season, they are generously staffed with kind people who greet you with a smile. The rooms are immaculate and everything works… not always a given😃

My husband and I just came back from taking our Luxury Link vacation at the Zoëtry Casa Del Mar Los Cabos, and the vacation was wonderful! We were unsure about the value of package, but upon arrival at Zoëtry it was clear that the accommodations were first class all the way. The resort was truly amazing. It seemed too good to be true - but it wasn't!

We wanted a relaxing vacation at a five-star resort and we found it at Zoëtry Casa Del Mar in Cabo. Elegant, exclusive, quiet, beautifully located property with excellent service and fine food. Our suite was perfect, the view was breathtaking, and the restaurant located right on the beach was charming. We practically had the place to ourselves.
