Zoetry Casa del Mar Los Cabos

Great experience if you want a resort where you can relax and be in small crowd this is it !! Food is amazing service is world class from the moment you arrive to the day you service is amazing

The Zoetry is disappointing at best. We have stayed at the Zadun, JW, Griffin Club, and Solaz. The Zoetry is certainly at the bottom of the list. The property is pretty and tranquil. The staff is friendly, but the level of service is disappointing. Rooms are falling into disrepair and any fixes are difficult to come by. Every room upon checkin had something broken and some repairs took 3 days. For an all inclusive, ordering food is a challenge and the quality is virtually inedible. I have asked to speak to a manager for three days and have yet to meet one. For three days in a row, housekeeping has either not shown up or simply not delivered towels and other expected amenities. The location in Cabo is great which is a plus because you will want to go out for most meals.

Everything about Zoetry was amazing. The staff, the food,the room. Marco and Toni at the bar were amazing. Only has two restaurants but the food and menu changed. Best food I have had at an all inclusive resort. Even the room service was amazing. I cant remember all the staff names but everyone was super friendly. We will definitely be back.

Stayed in Romance room - the plunge pool in room description is actually a jacuzzi. A few hiccups with food/room service but overall a fantastic stay.

If you value a healthy lifestyle, daily activity, and balanced indulgence, this is an ideal location. Equally important: Zoëtry is a true boutique resort. Never overcrowded. Never chaotic. You can always find pool loungers, quiet spaces, and attentive service without competition or stress. The atmosphere is calm, refined, and genuinely relaxing. Service across the board was exceptional—gracious, consistent, and professional without being intrusive. In short, this was not just a vacation; it was a thoughtfully curated experience. Zoëtry Casa del Mar understands that luxury is not excess—it’s care, intention, and execution. And they delivered on all three. Highly recommended for milestone celebrations or anyone who values quality over quantity.
