We had an interesting five days at Zoëtry. I’d probably have given it 3.5 stars if I had the option but, wanted to give benefit of the doubt. We arrived on Thurs and there was a rather large wedding going on, so they gave us a room which seemed a distance from the main resort. Put it this way, our building was not on the pictures of the resort when you look at the web site. It was a nice room, but we were on the top floor and located directly below the building a/c compressor so there was a constant buzz that never stopped. The next morning we asked to be moved and were told they were full due to the wedding and only bigger rooms were available that we weren’t entitled to. I asked to talk to a manager as I wasn’t going to be able to sleep for five days. A couple of hours later, they found us a room (at the actual resort). The TV was not working so we asked to have it fixed. On the second day of asking to fix it, some gents came over, but couldn’t fix it. They did offer us another room which we appreciated, but didn’t want to move a third time in five days. With that said, we had some of the best night sleeps in the room as the bed was comfy, the a/c was quiet and you can sleep with the sliding door open and only the screen. With it being dry here you will sleep comfortably with the crash of the waves. The beach is gorgeous! Long, sandy with beautiful blue water. You can not swim in it and even have security on it to ensure you don’t go in. Security take your safety seriously! All to say, if swimming in the ocean is your thing, this is not the place but once again, a beautiful beach. We found the food good with a few misses. Lunch at Saltwater is a must. Great food (Tacos, ceviche etc…) wonderful view (in the shade) and a great vibe. Alvero (sorry for the spelling) was outstanding. Breakfast was very good with a lot of selection and Javiere was always so welcoming, friendly and made sure we were taken care of. During the day, our pool server (Yamir) provided us with great service. It was weird on his day off, no one appeared to replace him so we went to the bar for drinks where Juan was always very accommodating. One night when Saltwater was closed due to the wedding we ate at the Mexican restaurant and they did not seem too interested in us being there. We had the surf and turf which was cold and overall pretty disappointing. The next day they had Mexican night and the food was outstanding and had fun entertainment. Probably our biggest observation and noted in an earlier review, is that they seemed short on staff across the board. The folks that were there were all very accommodating and worked hard, but there always seemed to be a shortage on staff. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite the hiccups, but will probably not return as we have enjoyed other resorts more for the money.

The place was beautiful. The staff were excellent, although waiting for food In the restaurants took an extraordinary amount of time. It is not the fault of the personnel. The fact of the matter is They are highly understaffed , both in the kitchen and out on the floor serving. We travel to Mexico often and are quite familiar with service style in Mexico. But this was over and above what anybody should have to wait for. Also, amenities that were supposed to be offered us.According to their website took multiple times of asking for before they were received. I would like to give a shout out to the head concierge.Javier who helped us.

This hotel is like a Zen retreat. It is very peaceful, great food and service. There’s no fighting for chairs and we like it because it’s more of an older, quieter crowd.

Zoëtry was an amazing resort. The staff were all very friendly and going above and beyond…especially Ricardo at the front desk. Rooms were clean, the resort was safe, and all of the restaurants were amazing. Our favorite was Saltwater. Alan waited on us for our dinner and gave us over the top service!! I highly recommend going to Cabo and staying at Zoetry.

My husband and I just came back from taking our Luxury Link vacation at the Zoëtry Casa Del Mar Los Cabos, and the vacation was wonderful! We were unsure about the value of package, but upon arrival at Zoëtry it was clear that the accommodations were first class all the way. The resort was truly amazing. It seemed too good to be true - but it wasn't!

We wanted a relaxing vacation at a five-star resort and we found it at Zoëtry Casa Del Mar in Cabo. Elegant, exclusive, quiet, beautifully located property with excellent service and fine food. Our suite was perfect, the view was breathtaking, and the restaurant located right on the beach was charming. We practically had the place to ourselves.
