Mii amo

I stayed for three days at the Mii amo Spa Hotel in Sedona. The location of the hotel at the foot of the Red Rock Mountains is simply spectacular. The service is outstanding from the moment you arrive until your departure. Everyone knows your name and does everything they can to make your stay wonderful. A special thanks to Justin, who took great care of everything for me from start to finish. The restaurant is a Relais & Châteaux and offers delicious food with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Meals are served at fixed times, but the Juice Bar offers food all day long, along with juices, smoothies, teas, and coffee. The entire complex — spa, gym, restaurant, Juice Bar, fitness room, and pool — is located in a single building, with the "casitas" just next door. The casita is beautiful, very comfortable, and extremely clean and well-maintained, featuring a fireplace and a lounge area. The spa is amazing, with treatments that nurture both the body and the spirit.
I had the Desert Wrap massage with Jared, which was the best massage experience of my life. He uses Myofascial Release and Shiatsu techniques that are incredibly relaxing.
I also did the Chakra Balancing with Holly, which was incredibly soothing. At night, I joined the meditations at the Crystal Grotto — they were excellent, and the setting, with its earthen floor and crystals, made everything even more special.

This was my third time staying at Mii Amo in the last few years. I can only say that I can’t think of anything else they can do to improve the resort. Located at the foot of Boston Canyon, the energy and views is spectacular. Hummingbird restaurant has a beautiful menu filled with food options to satisfy all tastebuds. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Spa menu has extensive amount of offerings. My favorite journeys and offerings are (inner quest and earth embrace). I truly adore this place and think it’s the best wellness spa as it offers everything one might be looking for when trying to relax, disconnect, and or heal.

Mii Amo is always a treat and allows us to disconnect, focus inwards and relax. Staff, food and staffing are amazing. Grounds and treatment options allow you to be as active or inactive as you want.

Second time we been to the property. Another great experience and will be back again. Top notch start to finish. It's worth the price of admission!
