Amazing food and atmosphere. Paid for a journey experience and only after booking found out that most treatments/spa services were already fully booked 4 weeks out. I was originally told all they could book for me was a basic massage...the massage ended up being terrible. So not quite a five star experience.

From the moment we were greeted to the time that we left I had the most incredible experience of any stay I’ve ever had. The therapists were top-notch and provided an exceptional experience that was above and beyond anything I could’ve imagined - so much so that I’m getting emotional in this moment. Their ability to make me feel comfortable and open, helping me to address and respond to what I was experiencing in the moment and from things that I had held onto for years was unlike anything that I’ve ever experienced. They provided guidance and suggestions and allowed me to release emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and guided me through a journey. I came back with a renewed sense of self, and had physical changes I had been working on for years. A service the food, the accommodations all of the facilities were just perfect. I will be returning again and again, and I’ve told everyone about it since I came home. This was a truly transnational, life-changing experience.

I cannot say enough about how excellent our stay at Mii amo was for our honeymoon. The food was fresh and delicious, the staff was so helpful and friendly, and the grounds were breathtaking. Truly a luxury experience. We are already anticipating our return!

Absolutely beautiful and relaxing spa that is set in a box canyon of red rocks cliffs. We highly recommend this place and their array of health and wellness services. Our four-day visit left us relaxed and focused on good health. The food was excellent, too.

I had to share my recent spa experience because it truly exceeded my expectations. I booked a myofascial session to help alleviate ongoing hip pain and was fortunate to work with Andrea, an incredibly talented therapist. Andrea quickly assessed my condition and identified that my SI joint was out of place, which she was able to gently correct during the session. She also took the time to demonstrate a simple technique I can use to address the issue myself if it happens again. Her knowledge, skill, and attentiveness were impressive. Andrea is not only a highly skilled massage therapist but also has a remarkable intuitive quality that made the session feel deeply restorative. I also want to recognize the wonderful staff who helped make the entire visit so enjoyable. Pallavi at the front desk and Destini in the lounge were warm, welcoming, and kind from the moment I arrived. Jordan at the juice bar made an avolocada smoothie with no added sweetener and a touch of cinnamon—it was absolutely perfect. From start to finish, the entire spa day felt thoughtful and restorative. I’m already looking forward to returning and experiencing Andrea’s intuitive massage during my next visit.
