My husband and I have been to 4 other Sandals and there are no words to explain what an all around great time we had at Antigua. 5 Stars from us! We chose the Mediterranean Village, and our room was really beautiful with a view that overlooked the ocean and the resort. The only disappointment, the Dive shop. We started going to Sandals for the Diving and was looking forward to diving Antigua. But for the first time we were not allowed to go because of the health form - Divers “fill it out before you go on vacation”! There wasn’t a lot of empathy or help from the staff & it could have ruined our trip, but everything else was so great, we decided make the best and enjoy ourselves. It wound up being a positive though, because we sat by the pool every day and relaxed, met great people in the pool and at the bar. The bar staff was awesome and I can’t say enough about the drinks they were The housekeeping was the best I’ve experienced at Sandals. Our room was always immaculate, and we were well taken care of by Ilianna :). The grounds were so pretty with the statues and flowers 🌺 The kitty cats were fun, just hanging out or being friendly. We lived in Mario’s and the Bayside!!! All the wait staff and hosts/hostesses were great! The chef at Mario’s would create a new risotto every night, and they were delicious. 😋 I only regret not renting a car for the day and seeing the island. When we come back, my husband and I are going to remedy that. Thank you, Zeleeta (sorry about the spelling) for the beautiful manicure and friendly chat :) Thank you to everyone at Sandals Antigua!!

Sandals Grand Antigua was absolutely gorgeous! The beaches were amazing, the resort was everything we expected and more. The people of Antigua, both at the resort and off of the resort were so friendly, helpful and courteous. We always felt safe. The Staff, food and accommodations were fabulous. Sandals did not disappoint! It was our 1st Sandals experience and it was so great that we booked our next trip before leaving Antigua! Thank You, Sandals, for making our anniversary memorable!

This trip was everything! Gorgeous views, spotless surroundings, total relaxation—and the staff? Absolutely wonderful. I kicked things off with an exfoliating scrub at the spa (treat yourself, trust me!) and Keisha was a total gem—she made me feel so pampered and cared for. The entertainment crew and bartenders kept the vibes high all week long! Sedona and Celia at the bar were absolute rockstars—mixing up some delicious drinks. They didn’t even blink when I threw out random drink ideas—they just made magic happen, every time. Super speedy, super fun, and always smiling—these two made every visit to the bar a treat! The entertainment team kept the fun going—Pool Olympics and Family Feud were total highlights! Lynnique and Super J had us laughing, dancing, and fully in vacation mode. I’m so thankful my best friend and I rode on the hobie cat! It was one of my favorite memories and Daniel was skilled and kind. We also did the 360 boat tour—so worth it. Will the photographer was great and took some great pictures with my husband and I on the boat. We paid him $40 and within 2 days had an email from him with all the pictures of us plus some extras of the island. Wind in our hair, sunshine, epic views…yes please! Only bummer? My husband’s fishing excursion was canceled last-minute on our last full day, and we couldn’t book anything similar. Total letdown there. But back to the good stuff—THE FOOD! The tacos and steak at the OK Corral? Chef’s kiss. The fish and chips at the Drunken Duck? Hands down the best I’ve ever had. And don’t even get me started on the chocolate chip crepe—it’s basically dessert heaven wrapped in a pancake. Already dreaming of coming back!

In June 2025, we went on our first adventure to Sandals Antigua, despite being regulars at other Sandals and Beaches resorts. Our crew of eight included my husband, me, my parents, our youngest daughter with her fiancé, and his parents. The trip was an absolute blast! We stayed in a fantastic Mediterranean One Bedroom Butler Villa with our own Private Pool Sanctuary (LV). Every day after hitting the beach, we couldn't wait to dive into the private pool or soak in the hot tub. Housekeeping did a great job keeping us stocked with towels and making sure the room was spotless. The air conditioning was so good that sometimes we had to hang out on the patio just to warm up! All in all, it was an awesome experience. Our butler team, June, Corri, and Hunter, was outstanding! Right from the beginning, June felt like family. They went above and beyond to make our anniversary and my 50th birthday memorable. They consistently stocked our cooler and mini fridge, arranged beach chairs, and brought lunch to us at the beach and pool. We had a great time with them and can't wait to request this amazing trio again! The dive team here is top-notch! Kamar gave us the lowdown on all the awesome diving options, and Miguel, our super-skilled instructor, was a fountain of knowledge. Diving with Miguel is a must-do experience! We encountered an incredible array of marine life, including colorful fish, graceful sting rays, sneaky lobsters, nurse sharks, reef sharks, and even some fierce-looking barracudas! Antigua's waters can be a bit wild, so if you're prone to seasickness, don't forget your meds. Dive in and enjoy the adventure! The food was fantastic, and every restaurant we visited left us delighted. Our butler team worked their magic to get our party of 8 seated without any wait—pure VIP treatment! At Kimonos, Chad and Chef Yogi (aka Teddy Bear) put on a show that was both hilarious and delicious. What more could you ask for? The restaurant and resort staff were amazing! Their friendliness and warm welcome made us feel right at home. We can't wait to come back to Antigua for another unforgettable adventure!
