Miraval is a very special place. I recommend visiting when you can really take it all in and experience all that it has to offer for a minimum of 3-4 days. Allow yourself that time to truly unplug and reconnect with yourself. There is a wide selection of content and classes from fitness, outdoors, spa, wellness to more spiritual (woo) classes. They are all top-notch. Miraval offers a high level of service and truly cares about your wellbeing and experience. The food and food experiences are excellent (even for a foodie like myself), and are flexible for health conscious eaters. I have really enjoyed the mindfulness, spiritual/metaphysical classes along with yoga, yogalates on water, horses, intro to pickleball, art, floating meditation, and my fave- the Just Cook for Me experience (giving a chef’s kiss 😘👌). I have learned so much about myself, deepened my mindfulness practice with each visit to Miraval. I highly recommend Miraval for a rest, reset, and digital detox in the beautiful desert landscape. You won’t be disappointed. Yes, It’s worth the price. I’ll be back for many years to come.

I can say enough about how much I love Miraval. I’ve been to all of them, but the one in Arizona is my sentimental favorite. the challenge coarse, the horse experience, the classes, the spa-it’s all just so healing and revitalizing. an exceptional experience for a girly who love a spa and a reflective environment.
