Rubbish … put us in a partner hotel… didn’t know how long we were staying… ac not working…whaling music outside our room at 7.30.. booked us for dinner where there was a private function so no dinner… breakfast took 45 minutes and was cold… and this is only my second day…

The best food and service! The staff was so helpful and attentive. The experience was just amazing!

Best yoga retreat ever will be back

My mom and I spent the holidays at Amansala and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to do so. This was our third time at Amansala, but our first time back in 8 years - and they still remembered us when we arrived even after so much time and a lot of expansion! It’s wonderful to see how the resort has grown and we so enjoyed the newly expanded beach club. Despite the expansion, it still feels like an intimate experience with friends (we made so many while there!) and one we hope to return to sooner than later. We loved all of the daily yoga classes with glorious views, the food is incredible (we stayed for over a week and only ate out the first two nights before realizing there was nothing better!), and you can’t beat the beachfront location. Thanks for a wonderful holiday, Amansala!

I can’t say enough good things about my solo trip to Amansala. The property is beautiful and the staff is incredible. I stayed at a garden room in Chica, the sister property, that’s a quick walk to the main building on the beach. My garden room had a view of the pool and the ocean. Super clean and comfortable. There was an issue with one of the lights in my room and they took care of it within minutes. Food and cocktails were delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home and included. They arranged for me to join a cenote excursion with a group and helped me sign up for classes and massages. Get a massage with Laura - magical! Everyone who works there is warm and friendly. They always took the time to talk to me at breakfast and at the bar and humored me as I insisted on practicing my Spanish. Enrique, Luís, Jaime, Victor, Brenda y todas las personas del bar y restaurante - muchísimas gracias, mi amigos. El placer fue mío. Nos vemos en Febrero 2027!
