Above and beyond customer service
The customer service was excellent. We checked in at the preferred club and Paola our conceirge was great. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and I wanted to surprise him with a romantic dinner. Paola took care of everything and kept me up to date on the options and the process in a timely manner. I also wanted to add some flowers to the occasion however I was told it was too late. Paola contacted me after learning about my request and told me she would take care of it. She provided me with everything I asked for. She was wonderful and provided me with beyond excellent service.

The atmosphere was lovely. Erick was great. Excellent dancer made sure everyone enjoyed themselves. I will definitely be back for in 2026

Entertainment was great Erick amd Gonzalo really kept the party atmosphere up! We had the best time due to these great gentlemen!

The entertainment team was great the entore stay , fun, charismatic, energergized and friendly. Eric and Gonzalo were my favorite.

Ronny enhanced our experience by taking interest in us and our culture while sharing his culture with us. We learned Spanish basics from him and he took interest in improving his English with our help. He was always engaged and happy to see us. He went out of his way to great us even when he was busy.
