Amazing!
At The Dreams at Tulum resort we had an amazing time! Ronny was one of the most helpful people we ran into and helped us out with entertainment. One of the things I specifically noticed was that he remembered our names within the first day and everyday after that he made a point to say hi to us! Overall, this was great!

Great vacation stay
Great stay. Resort facilities were as beautiful, clean and manicured as the advertised photos. Top notch staff that is knowledgeable, friendly and eager to do whatever they can to make your stay stress free and enjoyable. Good food in all the restaurants we went to. Great value for the money. Would definitely stay here again.

Avoid at all costs for a wedding
Dreams Tulum turned my dream wedding into an absolute nightmare. The communication was terrible, everything was disorganised, the food was terrible, the venue looked cheap, and while planning, once our deposit was paid they couldn't have cared less about helping us. Worst of all, on the actual wedding, they lost sentimental items of mine which cannot be replaced. They promised to compensate me for this, but nearly a year o,n and I am still having to send fortnightly emails asking for updates. I wish we had our special day somewhere else but unfortunately it is too late, we wasted thousands of pounds and ruined our wedding. The hotel itself is mediocre, my only positive comment is the beach area is pretty.

Very good!
Very good gym! Very clean, great equipment, dumbbells went up very heavy. Recommend to anyone traveling and needing a good gym.
