Sandals South Coast

The name didn't live up to the brand. I had high expectations and I was disappointed. Our room was not very cool and we would sweat getting ready. At night we like to unwind and enjoy tv before dozing off, the TV didn't work half the week. The restaurant staff was not very friendly. The AC didn't work at Bayside all week. The food was not all that great. The excursion descriptions is not accurate. They do expect tips. There was debris floating in the pools all week. I never saw anyone cleaning the pools. They didn't leave hand towels half the time. Some in our group of 14 never rec'd a complete set of towels from housekeeping. We were in the elevators at one point and they just went out. The beach is not crystal, clear blue water. It had a lot of seaweed. We rented cabanas. Not worth the money, we had no way of getting in touch with our butler. At one point, I went to order my own drink. I would advise not to do Rick's Sunset Cafe, the fee includes your ride there and back. You have to tip to dive off the cliffs. The food or drinks are not included. Every excursion is at least a hour away.

Francois = beautiful voice ! Extremely professional and fabulous at entertaining the crowd. Is volleyball skills need a little improvement lol As long as he’s willing to sing to us while we are losing against him on the hot sands, I’m OK with it lol

We celebrated our anniversary at Sandals South Coast in June, and it was our 7th visit to this incredible resort. The property is absolutely stunning – from the breathtaking views to the perfectly maintained grounds. The staff is truly amazing. The GM Obrian and Hotel Manager Alcia are absolute professionals and make you feel like family from the moment you arrive. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality are unmatched. If you haven’t been to this property yet, what are you waiting for? It’s the perfect blend of relaxation, luxury, and fun. Book a cabana with Javel! He will take your experience to a whole new level with his outstanding service and warm personality. We always look forward to seeing him each and every trip. Sandals South Coast is more than just a vacation spot for us – it’s our home away from home, and we can’t wait for trip number 8!

Sandals South Coast, Jamaica was the perfect honeymoon destination! The resort was absolutely beautiful and so well-maintained. The pool area was fantastic, and there was always plenty of shaded seating available by the beach we never had trouble finding a great spot to relax. The restaurants were excellent! Only two required reservations, and even during our stay in July, we never had to wait for a table at the others. The sushi restaurant quickly became our favorite fresh and delicious every time. A helpful tip for future travelers: try not to plan anything from 12–2 PM, especially during the rainy season. It did rain almost every day, but only for about 30 minutes, and then the sun would come right back out. It never disrupted our plans and honestly helped cool things down in the middle of the day. The staff at South Coast was the highlight of our entire experience. Every single team member went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The bartenders and entertainment crew were especially amazing full of energy, fun to talk to, and always ready to help. Huge shoutout to Lorenzo, Kenny, Willis, Dickardo, Shavi, Dennis, and Richard — they truly made our stay unforgettable. The resort felt incredibly safe, and the entire property was easy to navigate and felt very private and peaceful. We also had a small mix-up with our private dinner on the beach (completely our fault), and the staff still went above and beyond to make it right we were blown away by their kindness and willingness to accommodate us. This was our first Sandals vacation, and after this experience, we honestly don’t think we’ll go anywhere else in the Caribbean. Sandals South Coast set the bar incredibly high — we’re already dreaming of going back!

Sexy Sandals Southcoast hosted my 40th wedding anniversary retie knot ceremony. The wedding retie was held in the patent over the water chapel which set the table for dazzling pictures on the beach, bountiful cocktail party and a seated beachfront plated dinner reception on the beach . I have the utmost praise for Alana, Rita,Dewayne and all the wedding team.Friends are now family, and many have joined to return next year to enjoy the lavish facilities.
