Zoetry Curacao Resort & Spa

Curacao was beautiful and weather was great . Trip took a turn for the worse when using the dive company at dreams/Marriott resort the van we went shore diving from got robbed and all our personal belongings were stolen . Police were good but kinda ruined a ok vacation. Crime in Curacao is becoming a problem. Hoped for better on more expensive island

My grown daughter and I just returned from a girls’ trip where we were looking to slow down and unplug for a bit and spend quality time together relaxing in a beautiful spa resort, and Zoetry did not disappoint! It was fantastic and exactly what we’d hoped for! Surrounded by beautiful, lush tropical garden with a high-end boutique boho vibe, absolutely gorgeous and zen at every corner. Everyone on the Zoetry team is warm and kind, and go out of their way to help make your stay feel special. Our stay was relatively short and yet we still got to know many of the Zoetry team by name they were so warm and helpful! Dominick, Lake, and Carrie were warm and so helpful as our golf cart drivers and gave great tips on beaches to check out and sights to see, they were wonderful! Christopher and Jair had us cracking up at the cutest island chic bar and made the best drinks! Fernando, the food and beverage manager, was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and special for our trip; I was so impressed by the attention to detail and the high-end luxury feel of every presentation; just phenomenal! The food, the service, the ambiance, all added up to pure magic, like evening dinner under twinkling lights in the garden with a slight fountain backdrop and wading through the garden pool to soft spa-like music with poolside lunch service… everything was bliss! We did not want to go home, but will definitely be returning.

This is unlike any other Hyatt property much less a Zoetry that I have ever stayed at. I don't know if it's the country as a whole but I have never been treated as a paying customer who was a bother to staff. 80% of everything about this stay from the room to the staff to the app that doesn't work was a nightmare. Save yourself the stress, there is nothing relaxing about this place.

This vacation was the best ever!!! Cannot wait to return. The service at this resort was top notch. Christopher, Jason, Fernando and his team were incredible. This has been the vacation that is the hardest to leave. I highly recommend this resort and am super excited to come back soon.

Hmmmm, the staff is amazing. Nice and clean hotel, but the culinary experience was a 1/10. Ambiance: 1/10. Beach: 0/10 ( you have to go across the street to another hotel to access the beach) . I spent my days at the Dreams hotel across the street or outside of the resort. Zoetry was not IT for me. And I've visited many many resorts in my life. This one is part of the ones that I dont wish to return to.
