The employees go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. It is one of the cleanest resorts that I ever stayed at. Our room cleaners Astar and the girl who did the turn down service were excellent. The entertainment was spectacular , especially Liliana and Jessica. The magical show and singer were excellent. Enjoyed the violin player at dinner.

This is a beautiful resort, and the tropical vegetation and surrounding walls deaden sounds from a nearby road and make it seem like it is an oasis. There are enough activities to join on site so you can meet other couples if desired, and the pool and adjoining bar area are comfortable to use. We found that the service is similar to most other places we visited on the island - slow and lacking. If you go, set your expectations for efficiency low since it takes a long time to get served, and it seems that the general attitude is, "The best way to get through the day is to only provide the basic things for the customer unless they ask you for something - then take your time getting it done." Perhaps the best example is at a restaurant: instead of asking you if you need anything else as your food is being served (your glass is pretty obviously empty since you waited so long between getting your drink and getting your food), the food is served and if you don't speak up then, you'll have to flag down your server later if you want anything else. The room staff were inconsistent between what they did when they cleaned. One person would take the dirty towels and forget to leave clean towels, yet do other nice touches when they made up the room. The next time the towels were done right but minibar wasn't replenished. There wasn't anything that was a big deal, but it was just a little under what we expected. We stayed two weeks. Since most people only stay for one, they sent us the notice about checking out and we had to stop in the office and redo all the paperwork again for the second week. Oh, and we got a very nice turn-down service before bedtime on the first night of our second week, while that didn't happen the first week. The resort is just across the street from Dreams, at which you also have full access to restaurants and pools. You can ask for a shuttle to take you back and forth, or simply walk the five minutes. Dreams is always busy since it is on the beach, caters to families, and has a lot of activities to keep people busy on site. We rented a car from a nearby place after a couple days so we could see more of the island. It was easy to get around the island and we stopped to visit other beaches and snorkle. You can Google when the cruise ships come in and plan where you want to NOT be, since the cruises take tours to specific locations and that can impact your experience. We would rate the resort as a 4 star. Food is lacking

This hotel, staff, location and island completely was amazing. This hotel was so clean, beautifully decorated and was a dreamy pool area. I loved the staff, I was welcomed by the reception so warmly when they said: "Welcome Home", and boy did that come across during my 6 day stay! I felt safe, I felt cared for and that was amazing. I loved the staff, they were always so friendly and helpful. I plan to go back and I cannot wait to see everyone again!

Excellent getaway spot for a relaxing vacation ! Very good food quality for lunch and dinners, breakfast was okay. The staff was top notch and eager to please. Room and facilities cleanliness was great. Beach at Dreams was beautiful and good for snorkeling. All pools were very good, nice and relaxed at Zoetry especially!

We were not able to use the amenities at the Dreams resort as stated in the descriptions on line.We were told they would be closed for a private event once we arrived. This gave us one option for dinner on two of our nights at a restaurant we did not enjoy.
