My stay at the Zoetry was top notch. Room was clean and up to date. Shower was spacious. Only issue with the room was that the volume would cut in and out on the TV, which was only a minor inconvenience. The spa was a great experience, and the massage was wonderful. It was nice having access to the IL Marie and Dreams which really added to the experience of this resort. One recommendation from me would be for the resort to offer wrist bands to guests to quickly identify individuals. This would be beneficial from a security stand point as well as a convenience for guests to enter in and out of the different resorts.

DO NOT STAY HERE Although the resort was beautiful, the stay was miserable. The resort had their music playing all night long. LOUD! The speaker was right by our room. The lights from the hall glared into our bedroom making it hard to sleep. The food was TERRIBLE. Half the time it was served cold or raw. The selection was minimal and the times that food was available was scarce. We had to go off resort to find food that was edible. Every time we asked any staff a question it seemed like they never knew the answer or they just didn’t understand. We are simple people, but this food was literally not edible. The pancakes tasted like sanitizer, and everything was served cold. When asking to speak to a manager, they were never available. The front desk gave me an email address that doesn’t work and I can’t get a hold of anybody at Hyatt or the resort. It’s a dead end no matter what I do. This is an all inclusive resort that we barely ate at 3 times our whole stay! Very disappointed in this stay. We paid thousands of dollars to stay here and ended up spending way more than that because we had to go off resort. I would give this zero stars if I could. Started off our vacation really bad. I would definitely not recommend this place for anything other than a good picture opportunity. I have tried several times to contact the manager or someone at Hyatt or this resort and get nothing but the run around. Their phones go straight to Dreams and it plays in a loop. Nobody answers. It’s mind boggling how they are still in business. When we were there we saw maybe 6 people (guests) the entire stay. Now I know why.

The staff was great very friendly and attentive. We had a blast it's the perfect spot to relax. And they organize a perfect private dinner in the wine celler for us.

The bed was super comfortable. Love that the cleaning staff came twice a day. I LOVE ZOETRY & DREAMS !! The Front desk staff also did such a great job in surprising my GF for her birthday. Love the effort they put behind it to get her out the room. All of the FRONT DESK STAFF & BAR STAFF ARE AMAZING !! Thank you all SOOOOO MUCH !!
