This resort is very well maintained and was in amazing shape. It is a cute boutique hotel but very beautiful. The staff were all very willing to provide great service whenever I asked. We loved this place and would come back.

My husband and I had a great stay at Zoetry. We stayed in one of the rooms located on the lower level right near the pool. I was worried at first because of the reviews. However our stay was great. We did have gnats and mosquitos to get into the room but that was because of going in and out. They were easy to get rid of and not a disturbance. The room was gorgeous, spacious and clean. The staff is incredible. Livy is great with entertainment and Jessica is warming as well. The receptionist were pleasant and Chanis gave us great recommendations for places to go. Dyon and Latonya made our drinks perfectly. We have the absolute pleasure of having Mariela service us for dinner one night and she truly made my night. She is sweet kind and so much fun and helped us choose a wonderful meal by the pool. Lake was also very exceptional. He made us feel welcomed as soon as we arrived on the property. The Salmon bagel was good for breakfast and the chicken wrap was good by the pool. The BBQ dinner by the pool was tasty. Other times we ate off the resort. Zoetry is in walking distance of 2 sister resorts that were good as well for entertainment and relaxing, Overall I would visit again. I would suggest that room service stay open beyond midnight and improve the food quality ( the ice cream was really good though) and maybe offer more options.

1. Even as a GOH (Globalist), our room was not ready when we arrived after 4 PM. We had to wait outside until 5:30 PM, during which we got mosquito bites. 2. The room had serious maintenance issues: water damage on the ceiling (blisters) and water on the floor near the bed and toilet, likely from poor waterproofing. 3. Room service was extremely slow and unreliable — sometimes it arrived very late, and sometimes it never came at all. 4. Most concerning, we experienced discrimination during our stay. At the restaurant, my partner was told he couldn’t enter because he wore shorts, but we saw multiple white male guests wearing shorts being seated without issue. If you are not white, please be cautious.

Great resort! One of the best trips I've been on. This boutique style resort had beautiful cozy rooms, food was delicious and property was very ZEN!

My husband and I recently stayed at Zoëtry to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary. We left this trip with deep disappointment due to several issues that made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay or provide a higher rating. Let me begin by saying that the staff and people at the resort & Curacao were absolutely lovely!! However, several incidents overshadowed our experience. Key Issues: Room 604: Refrigerator wasn’t stocked until the next day; Reported that one of the balcony doors would not open. Maintenance was supposedly informed, but no one ever came; As non-drinkers, we appreciated the gallon cranberry juice provided, but sparkling cider would have been a more thoughtful option to celebrate our anniversary. Power Outage (3 AM – 10 PM): We understand this was an island-wide issue. However, the lack of communication from Zoëtry was challenging. Guests were left in the dark—literally and figuratively. Information was limited. Thank goodness for the Dreams property across the street offered limited food & drink. Water Outage (Next Day): There was no running water for several hours, causing us to cancel a scheduled walking tour. Dining Issues: Our experience at Bloom was underwhelming. The food was mediocre and extremely delayed. Online ordering meant 2–3 hour wait times, food arriving cold, and no way to reheat meals since rooms lack microwaves. One evening, our dinner didn’t arrive until 11 PM, and our breakfast the next day didn’t come until 12 PM A few bright spots: il Mare Beach & restaurant (exclusive to Zoetry) Spa massage by Christina, fireworks Downtown Otrobanda & Emma Floating Bridge, Kura Hulanda museum, & Curaçao Jazz Festival next door Given all of these challenges, we were told by resort staff that we would receive some form of compensation for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we were unable to finalize details before our departure due to our flight schedule. We were directed to Lihainy Everts, Front Operations Manager, but as of now—five days later—we have STILL NOT received a response or resolution. This trip was meant to be a celebration. Instead, it was frustrating, poorly managed, and deeply disappointing. This was not the standard we’ve come to expect from the Hyatt brand, especially on such a special occasion.
