Best of the Best in Aspen
Hotel Jerome is a perfect location and everything you want in a luxury vacation. Rooms were large and well appointed, quite and very clean. The staff was beyond excellent and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Names, names they always knew our names. Check in and out were painless and fast. Everything was quality and well planned from the food, drinks and the physical hotel. We plan our trips to places that are at least as nice or nicer than our home, or why go? We felt very at home at the Jerome with the staff, all we were missing were our dogs. But they will go next time.

If you are going to Aspen, THIS is THE PLACE to stay!
I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. We had a regular King room and it was beautifully appointed, very comfortable, and immaculate. Everyone here goes out of their way to make you feel special. It is obvious this is a hotel that doesn't skimp on staff and treats them well. Never seen so many happy employees in one place! The hotel decor is stunning - upscale old West with a contemporary edge, perfectly maintained. The Lexus drive program came in very handy for horseback riding as we didn't have a car. Located right in the center of town, walkable to virtually everything you could want. We plan to return in ski season. Awesome hotel - we give it 5 stars, and we are experienced, particular travelers. Keep up the great work!

Exceptional Experience!
Our stay at Hotel Jerome was exceptional! Everyone was kind, friendly, and helpful during our stay. Additionally, we had our two dogs with us and the team provided great care by offering treats, toys, and a comfy bed for each of our pups. We had a great visit and look forward to returning soon!

A place you could call home. The decor is special, and the staff was courteous, respectful and friendly! A must stay!
All I can say is "Wow!" If you wish to stay at a gorgeous hotel with friendly staff, this is the place to stay. Always greeted with a smile, the staff couldn't do enough for you, from the doormen, housekeeping, and management. Everyone was the same. They were there to make sure you had an enjoyable experience. They were helpful, courteous, and cared! I will stay here again in a heartbeat! A must stay in Aspen.
