Oasis in Seminyak but air conditioning issues
The resort is a tropical oasis tucked away in a quiet back street of Seminyak. The location was fantastic, with an easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants, while still feeling peaceful and private. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. We stayed in a three-bedroom villa which was spacious and beautifully set out. The pool was definitely a highlight and made the villa feel like a true holiday retreat. Breakfast was simple but adequate, with enough variety to suit our needs each morning. The only real disappointment was that the air conditioning did not work in the twin room. Staff attempted to repair it on the first night, but unfortunately the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. A second attempt was made on day three, with staff spending a considerable amount of time trying to fix the issue. As we only had one night remaining, we did not move back into the room or check whether it had been resolved. In reality, we paid for a three-bedroom villa but were only able to use two bedrooms for most of our stay. Another minor issue was the lack of ice provided. Staff would bring a small bowl of ice each time we asked, but for a villa stay an ice bucket would have been much more practical. Overall, this is a lovely resort in a great location with beautiful villas and excellent staff. Had the air conditioning issue been resolved more quickly, the stay would have been close to perfect.

10/10 recommend if you’re staying in Semniyak
First place we’ve stayed at on our 3 month trip of south east Asia, and I’m sad that the rest of our accommodation won’t be as good. The villa’s themselves are absolutely stunning with modern amenities, kitchen and dining area, private pool, large bathrooms and AC. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and despite us arriving at midnight, gave us a full tour of the room and explained how everything worked. We also had breakfast delivered to our villa in the morning. The location is just a short 5 minute walk to shops, bars and restaurants and about a 30-40 minute drive to the airport. I genuinely can’t praise it enough, I will definitely be staying here again in the future. 10/10.

Amazing relaxing stay
Very nice villa for couples who want some peace and quiet. The pool was lovely and so was the whole place. Amazing staff too, loved it!

My wife and I stayed at Le Jardin for the first half of our honeymoon in Bali for five nights and we made the right choice. It was the most incredible and surreal experience to be there! Everything about it was perfect - the grounds were immaculate, the villas were unbelievably beautiful, luxurious and private. The whole time it felt as if we were the only ones around. The food was consistently very good and of course the staff was awesome! They were all very attentive, super-friendly, and would all go out of the way to accommodate us. We truly loved Le Jardin and all the friends we made there, and will definitely be back there. Highly recommended!
