Without fail, the most personalized service on the planet. General Manager Kristina Snaith and her team go above and beyond to welcome us home as family each stay. Our first time back in one year, it was like we never left. Our toddler hugs the staff like family because that is how comfortable they make him feel. We love watching the genuine happiness he got with each hug from Coly, or high five from Paul, Leo, Sharon and Kim in Guest Experience. Anything we grown ups needed help with, from a ride during a rain storm to getting a coffee stain out of a brand new shirt to finding a power bank for my phone hours before my flight, the staff effortlessly solved our problems. The view from our room, and during breakfast at Salisterra, is endlessly interesting. We lingered over perfect scrambled eggs, sourdough toast with addictive homemade jam, and delicious granola with yogurt. Come evening, Michael, Leo and Jackie always knew our drink order. They make a mean Negroni!

I can't say enough about Upper House. It was our fabulous home for just two nights. The hospitality exceeded all expectations. The beds were comfortable, the view into the green hills was relaxing and the amenities were great. Best of all, the location is great and the decor was so soothing and relaxing. I highly recommend this luxurious home.

I would like to say a big thank you to the team following our recent stay at The Upper House.  Our little girls particularly appreciated the children’s books that were left in our room as well as their little dressing gowns.  Very cute!  Bimbo Concept is beautiful and was a great space for keeping them entertained.  My husband and I also had a great meal at Salisterra.  We were particularly impressed with the Ribeye on the Bone.  Magnificent.

I've been to many luxury hotels in my life, but this one really was the best experience I ever had. The hotel team is just so amazing and special, they will do everything to make you feel at home at The Upper House. The rooms are so beautiful with amazing views, spacious bathrooms and bedrooms and really well maintained. The restaurants and bar are great as well, the service again was outstanding and the food was very tasty. We almost didn't want to leave our hotel to explore Hong Kong because everything was just so great! Thank you dear Upper House team, we hope to be back soon!

I was so impressed with my stay at The Upper House last month. I went with my sisters for a girls' trip and we had an amazing time. The food was delicious, the service was exceptional and our 2 bedroom suite was huge, clean, and filled with top of the line products and appliances. The bed was comfortable, and no matter where you went, the staff was so friendly and ready to greet you and help with whatever you needed. It felt luxurious, comfortable, cozy, and the stay was topped off with the best view of Hong Kong from every room (including the bathroom). Best shower ever as well! I can't recommend The Upper House enough! I didn't want to leave!
