Phulay Bay, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve

A really incredible and relaxing stay in Krabi. The service and personal attention was really appreciated. Zul and the rest of the staff made us feel welcomed and all of our needs were met and exceeded. Villa was spacious and a welcomed upgrade. We will definitely be back.

We stayed 4 nights at the resort. The room are large and very nice. The staff at the hotel are great and the restaurants are pretty good. There’s no beach but a big pool with good seating. Overall a nice experience but I don’t think it’s worth the price we paid

From the moment we arrived to our leaving after 7 wonderful days is was a truly exceptional experience that I would recommend to everyone. We were introduced to Habib and Zul as we arrived at the welcome ceremony and they looked after our every request for the next 7 days. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They seem to be telepathic, able to guess just what we were going to ask. A score of 10/10 is not high enough. They are exceptional staff. I hope that the senior hotel mangers understand just how lucky they are to have such dedicated and committed staff. Our suite was fantastic with the biggest bed I have ever seen. Special treats delivered every evening were part of the wonderful care by the personal assistants Habib and Zul. The Hong Island trip was fantastic. Our own tail boat and guide to ensure that it was a tailored experience. The Elephant Sanctuary was truly one of my best ever experiences. Feeding and then taking a mud bath and swim with 2 elephants will forever stay in my heart. The couple massage at the Spa was a memorable relaxing experience as well. The breakfast had a very wide array of world food and the lobster omelette was a must. (Must mention Rahul) As with ALL the hotel staff the service was outstanding. After mornings offsite on excursions the ALL day breakfast available for brunch was a fantastic option. There were activities each evening by the beach bar area or pool lawn. My wife and I enjoyed dining in the evening at Sri Trang as we thoroughly enjoy authentic Thai cuisine. I believe that the Phulay Bay Reserve is an experience not to be missed. An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Definitely one of the best hotels in Asia, which means in the world.

Truly the most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Habib was above and beyond. All of the staff very helpful and very warm. Lots of great activities offered. Breakfast buffet incredible.
