Phulay Bay, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve

This was an unforgettable experience that really blew my mind. It is a beautiful property and I can’t emphasize enough how attentive and thoughtful the staff are. We felt that our butler, Habib, went above and beyond to make it a once in a lifetime experience.

The accommodations, the grounds, the service, the people, the food, the sheer sense of zen that you feel the moment you arrive! Every element of this resort is nothing short of extraordinary. This was quite possibly the best resort I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. Every detail was thoughtfully considered and flawlessly executed. From the beautifully designed rooms to the meticulously maintained grounds, it’s clear that excellence is a standard. There is a perfect balance between luxury and tranquility. We especially loved the welcome (and departure) pavilion and ceremony! What truly sets this resort apart is its exceptional staff. They go far beyond simply providing service; the team consistently went out of their way to ensure our stay was not only comfortable, but very memorable. Furthermore, the food and dining options were excellent. I have a severe food allergy, and never once felt at risk. In fact, meals were specially prepared to allow me to enjoy the local cuisine without any fear of an incident. Highly recommend the resort trip to Hong Islands, which is a quick excursion to a beautiful location! There aren’t enough words to fully capture what you experience at this hotel – you have to experience it for yourself! I hope to have the opportunity to visit again!

Was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at! Nothing short of exceptional

Just returned from Phulay Bay and I can say it was between our favorite holidays. Starting arrival till the end all people make you feeling special in the good way. Jake, Habibi, Bluth, Jan and not in the end Vidya ( GM) are just a part of the team which make everything happen. Big respect and thanks for all! I didn’t see before a beach resort opened close to 20 years before, so well maintained. The rooms looks new, very clean, so spacious and comfortable. Restaurants great with extensive menu and great food. Spa, must to go. Not one time! Infinity pool with postcards view and big enough to held private all people. Gym for all type of sport session, cardio, weight, Pilates, etc. But my favorite part was their garden. Just to walk around and enjoy the view, the sound and smell. Congratulations! Off course you can enjoy just the resort, but they offer at decent prices ( compared with other places in the world) a lot of activities around. Boat trips ( even one to Hong Island, complementary), land discovery ( temples, lakes, forests, etc), mangroves canoes, elephants sanctuary, etc. We tried all and all were great. Just to understand, we were a total a 7 people, 3 generations and is the place where everyone was happy. Again Congrats guys!

Stayed here with my husband and we had a fantastic time. Everything at the hotel is so intentional and catered to you. Our favorite part was our butler Habib who made our stay extra special. He made sure that we got a special treat everyday and organized wonderful itineraries for us. The food was also fantastic, especially at Sri Trang.
