After traveling to luxury hotels all over the world—including many Ritz-Carltons, Oberoi, Taj, Four Seasons, and other iconic properties—I can honestly say that Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve is one of the finest hotel experiences we have ever had. Beautiful hotels are easy to find. Genuine hospitality at this level is extraordinarily rare. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property operates differently. The General Manager personally greeted us, making us feel less like guests and more like friends returning home. We were generously upgraded to an incredible villa, but what truly made the stay unforgettable was not just the room—it was the people. Our Ton Hong (personal butler), Nani, was simply exceptional. Every request was anticipated before we even thought to ask. Every interaction was warm, sincere, and effortless. Nothing ever felt scripted or transactional. It felt deeply personal, as though the entire team genuinely cared that our stay would become a lifelong memory. That is a very rare gift. Kids loved it. The service throughout the resort was up to or beyond. There always was someone nearby when you needed assistance, yet never in an intrusive way, remembering your tastes, events, names, etc. Every employee knew our names, remembered our preferences, and greeted us. Even our departure reflected that philosophy. Rather than simply arranging transportation, one of the resort attendants accompanied us all the way to the airport, ensuring every detail of our journey home was seamless. That level of care says everything about the culture of this remarkable resort. The property itself is spectacular. The villas seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living with traditional Thai craftsmanship, private pools, lush gardens, and breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea. As the world's first Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Phulay Bay was top. This group surpassed. To Nani, the General Manager, and every member of the Phulay Bay family: thank you. You didn't simply provide outstanding service—you created memories that will last. If you're searching for one of the world's truly extraordinary luxury resorts, I cannot recommend Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve highly enough.

This was my 3rd trip to the property. Always thought going there again and again would dilute the experience but it wasn't the case. Love every second. The personal touch to everything was just too good. My kids enjoyed the most

For the first time ever, I wish I could give 10 stars out of 5. The RC Reserve at Phulay Bay is literally the definition of world class service. Although we encountered a small snafu with our booking, the staff made up for it 10 fold. From the minute of our arrival in Krabi, we were treated like royalty. Berm

5 Stars - Phulay Bay Krabi. We arrived nearly a week ago and honestly this place has blown us away. Everything has been absolutely superb, way above what we expected and we expected a lot. Massive thank you to Sagarr Vidya the GM for creating something really special here, to Khun Yid for everything you’ve done for us, to Giovanni for cooking the best breakfast every single morning and to Kwan and Bua who are there for us every breakfast without fail - you’ve all set the standard! Too many names to mention but every single person here has been incredible. This resort is something else. We’ll be back. Amazing.

Me and my boyfriend recently stayed at Phulay Bay and this place was absolutely stunning! One of the best things about our stay was the location. It felt incredibly secluded and private, away from the busy tourist areas of Krabi, which made the whole experience feel peaceful and luxurious. Despite being tucked away, it was still very convenient. The markets, restaurants, and more touristy spots were only around a 20-minute Grab ride away, so it was easy to explore while still coming back to a quiet retreat. The rooms were so extravagant and luxurious, and the bed was MASSIVE! Honestly, even if the weather was horrible, it wouldn’t have mattered because you could happily stay in the room for hours and still enjoy yourself. The all-day breakfast was also such a nice touch, especially for anyone wanting a bit of a sleep in while on holiday. There was so much variety and everything we had was delicious. Lastly, a huge thank you to our butler, Habib. He truly made our stay everything and more. He went above and beyond for us throughout the entire trip and was always so thoughtful and attentive. At one point I simply asked for some ice for our room drinks and he brought us an entire eski full of ice! We loved him so much and genuinely looked forward to seeing him every day. If you stay here, we definitely recommend Habib!
