Beau-Rivage Palace

I rarely post reviews because I don't like being negative but this hotel was TRULY a 10/10 in every way. The lake front location is beautiful and every part of this historic hotel is spotlessly clean and well kept. Each and every staff member from the front desk to the restaurant staff to housekeeping was so perfectly polite and inviting. We ate at most of the restaurants on site and even one time in a crowded restaurant without reservations we were accommodated without hesitation and every bite was delicious. Even just a sandwich at the Lobby Bar was outstanding. The rooms are exquisitely and uniquely decorated in a lovely blend of Swiss and French design. I can't say enough about this glorious hotel except that it doesn't get any better than this and I hope to be back one day.

Listed as 5 Star, not many hotels can live up to this, However the Beau Rivage palace really does ! From initially arriving, through all Room accommodation, Restaurant & bar facilities, we found the staff Helpful, attentive & Friendly at all times, could not have been better really

Such a wonderful hotel down to every little detail. Would definitely recommend a stay here. One of the nicest hotels we've stayed in.

Our room was spectacular. We were upgraded to a suite, which was a beautiful, oversized, elegant space. The dressing area, bathroom with soaking tub, terrace, and living space were all beautifully decorated to evoke an old-world feel, yet with modern amenities, making it the perfect spot. The lobby, restaurants and outdoor areas are similarly top-notch. We traveled from Lausanne to Interlaken and Lucerne, where we spent more per room, but were disappointed by the dated and kitschy decor. The Beau-Rivage cannot be beat!

Staff members are very kind and helpful. The scenery is breathtaking, the food is incredible, and we were sad to leave.
