Simply a wondeful experience!
We returned for the 3rd time to the Banyan Tree Phuket and the entire experience was simply wonderful. We stayed in a freshly updated Spa Pool Villa and I can’t say enough about our villa host Tia. She and her colleagues made us feel so welcome. She was always there if we needed any help or had any questions. We enjoyed dinner at virtually every restaurant and particularly enjoyed our elegant dinner at Tre and the fantastic views, environment and staff at the Rava Beach Club. And we can’t forget about the amazing staff at the spa. They were so gracious and accommodating. We had daily spa treatments and would HIGHLY recommend the experience for any first time visitor

We had a terrific seafood bbq tonight thanks to Dam. He gave us a wonderful night and cooked the meal for us to perfection.

Spa Pool Villas at Banyan Tree Phuket
Stayed at the Spa Pool Villa at the Banyan Tree. Everything there was world class from the most amazing Villa hosts - Kolick and Tia to the chefs and the massage therapists. They have really upped the game in the luxury segment. Watch out Aman!!!

The Banyan Tree Phuket: an oasis of Thai hospitality and culture
We have been going to the Banyan Tree regularly over the last 10 years. It is a consistently excellent hotel with fabulous staff! It has a wide range of f & b outlets. Saffron is truly one of the best Thai restaurants! My wife fractured a bone in her foot and her knee during our most recent stay (March 2026) and was wheelchair-bound for the second half of our visit. All staff, from the General Manager down, went out of their way to ensure her comfort, wellbeing, and enjoyment of the hotel facilities. True Thai hospitality and culture led by Khun Sittichai Jitnatham, an exemplary hotelier!
