Banyan Tree Phuket

Returning to Banyan Tree Laguna after some time and many previous visits, we were still happy and pleased, basically with everything. The villas are maintained at top quality and the whole location is in top shape. Service in general is as expected for such a location and small problems were solved immediately and very satisfactory. Check-in and -out smooth and without any problems, transportation from airport and back very good, by the way, booking was excellently handled. We enjoyed our visit very much. Breakfast buffet enormous and with huge variety, the two main restaurants (Thai and international excellent) and the service in general at a very high and friendly standard. If Banyan Tree looks for improvement, than only Wlan coverage and inhouse app which is not able to show daily consumption. But it did not harm in any way our stay.

We recently hosted our wedding at this stunning resort and had the most incredible experience from start to finish. The ceremony was beautifully organised on the lawn of the Double Pool Villa – the setting was absolutely magical, with lush greenery and ocean views all around. For our family, we booked the 3-bedroom pool villa, which was perfect for our group of six. The villa was spacious, luxurious, and provided the perfect blend of privacy and comfort for everyone. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. A special thank you to Mo, Plug, and all the team who went above and beyond to make every moment perfect. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate our special requests made all the difference. Our wedding dinner was held on a boat cruising the lagoon – a unique and breathtaking experience we will never forget. The food was simply fantastic: fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious, with every special request we had thoughtfully taken care of. Excellent end to our adventures in Thailand , Stunning hotel , luxury on another level . Pool villa was awesome and food was excellent even though it was expensive. Big shout out to the pool team who gave us excellent customer service , O , pang , Ton , and chef poo are a credit to this hotel and Thailand . Thankyou so much 👍

This was a return visit to Banyan Tree Phuket. It’s a lovely peaceful resort where the accommodation is villas. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which also has its own pool and jacuzzi. The included breakfast is excellent giving you a wide selection of local cuisine or continental. The restaurant choices are good too, though tin tapas Tuesday offering 2for1 offered only a choice of dishes that were unpopular. Our holiday started slowly with a lukewarm late welcome but improving on reaching the villa with some nice welcome back touches. Unfortunately though during our stay there was a large party that seemed more important than all other holidaymakers: when we wanted to go to breakfast no buggy’s arrived to transport us, there was chaos in the restaurant with insufficient seating. At the poolside it was noisy and service was poor, and food arrived in sufficiently cooked. The rooms were not cleaned at the usual standard that we had found previously. It was a shame because it is a lovely place to holiday though on this occasion we were let down.

As a return guest at Banyan Tree in Phuket we expected a wonderful holiday and we were not disappointed. The service, the restaurants, the spa… everything was just as we hoped, all attentively overseen by our butler, Jason, who was excellent.
