We have just returned from a truly wonderful stay at The Banyan Tree. The resort is beautiful and the whole experience exceeded our expectations - we couldn't fault it! It was a delight for the senses and we returned home feeling rested, happy and with a strong sense of well being. We were exceptionally pleased with our villa and pool. It was spotless and splendidly equipped and furnished. We even had three pairs of sunbeds in different locations in the garden! A large part of our enjoyment was due to the excellent staff who couldn't do enough for us. Staff training is obviously of a high standard! They went out of their way to ensure that their guests had a good experience. Every member of staff we passed, or connected with, greeted us and gave us a bow and a warm smile. I would particularly like to mention our housekeeper, Kratae, who got to know our preferences very quickly and ensured that everything in our villa was in pristine order and everything required was replenished daily. Again, service was always accompanied by a warm smile. The amenities at the resort were also of an excellent standard; we tried all the restaurants and enjoyed them all. We particularly loved the small plates at Saisons and we took advantage of their Happy Hour daily. The choice at breakfast was unbelievable and everything was of an excellent standard. Here I would particularly mention Niwat who was very friendly and helpful and ensured that all needs were fully met. We enjoyed the communal pool with it's bar and meals for lunch and we also took advantage of a spell at the impressive Rava beach club. The boat , which operated punctually from the jetty,provided us with another enjoyable experience and a chance to see along the canals and other areas beyond the resort. Thank you to everyone concerned and we shall return!

Everyone from Pla , Bla, Ink, Nina, Fah, Lai La, Gem, O, Men,Poo, Ple and Coach , Kai our chef were the loveliest People and took such amazing care of us. Thank yoh for making this holiday so Special for us both! X❤️
