A truly unforgettable family stay at Banyan Tree Phuket !!
Our family had a truly wonderful time at Banyan Tree Phuket. The staff paid attention to every detail I requested — always kind, smiling, and professional. They made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Especially Mr. Niwat at Watercourt was incredibly professional and kind. He greeted us warmly every morning and made our family feel so welcome — his service was truly exceptional. Our wedding anniversary dinner at Saffron was absolutely perfect ♡ the food, the atmosphere, and the warm gestures from the team made it so special for us and our children. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and full of heart. Thank you, Banyan Tree Phuket, for making our family trip so memorable. We already look forward to visiting again next year.

BEST massage in my life
Truly one of the most AMAZING spa experiences of my life (and I have had a lot). I had the 150 minute treatment including scrub, massage and facial. The grounds are breath taking and my masseuse was knowledgeable and professional. Her name was Venice so be sure to ask for her.

My children had some programs in kids club for 3days. The staff Peach was so kind and very considerate. So I could let my children play in kids club without worrying. And I received massage 2 times (Thai essence and Signature) in Banyan Tree spa. Because the staff Wara was very talented and skillful and kind. I could get 30-40% discount. But my wife was not satisfied at massage in Banyan Tree spa. So she received 1 time. When I opened my luggage at my home in Korea, I was so surprised and scared because of 1 lizard from Banyantree in Phuket.
