Banyan Tree Phuket

An Amazing Family Staycation Experience My family decided to travel to Phuket and stay at Banyan Tree this summer holiday. We had an amazing arrival experience and delicious breakfast—we especially want to mention Lance, who took great care of us during our breakfast time, The service at Spa Wara was excellent, with her skills being exceptional, and the housekeeping team also looked after us very well throughout our stay. My family has decided to come back next summer! I highly recommend that my friends stay here too!

It was perfect time at banyan tree phuket :) We stayed 3 nights at 2bedroom pool villa and 2 nights at double pool villa. During our stay in the second villa, Mo helped us with everything we needed and we did. She and everyone were ssssuper nice at Banyan. I will definitely visit here again after the renovation. Thanks for our wonderful stay at Banyan!

I had the best massage with Nam. The massage itself was so relaxing I think I went into a meditative state! But it was more than just a massage, Nam and the spa staff made it a wonderful, calming experience from the moment I stepped into the spa.

Great room, fantastic staff. Lovely scenery. The staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. Meals were amazing. We went to the special Moroccan dinner, Japanese restaurant. Of course lastly the Thai restaurant Saffron. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful slice of paradise.

Great stay in the double pool villa. The villa was spectacular. All the staff were helpful, particularly 'Best' our host, who handled our endless requests very well, including some tricky requests that weren't obvious at all, but he sorted everything for us. Be careful going for breakfast at the busiest time as it can be a bit chaotic when busy (long wait for drinks etc). But no major complaint there. Highly recommended for a luxury stay in Phucket.
