Wonderful resort with amazing staff. Car and Boat shuttle always on time. Had late flight so got a late check out at 2pm. Special mention to the Pool Bar staff lead by O, he and his staff: Men, Gem, Ple and Poo were amazing. I can highly recommend the spa, especially Tootine and Warapong. John $ Rose give 5 stars to Banyan Tree and all the above staff.

Incredible Pregnancy Massage – Truly Professional & Caring I had an amazing pregnancy massage experience with Diana (Piyathida), and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. From the very first moment, she made me feel completely comfortable, safe, and relaxed. She was incredibly professional and attentive, and it truly felt like she understood every centimeter of my body. She knew exactly where to apply the right pressure and how to adjust everything perfectly for pregnancy. The massage itself was not only deeply relaxing but also relieving and nurturing. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely taken care of. If you’re pregnant and looking for a high-quality, professional, and truly pampering massage – Diana is absolutely the one. It’s very unique kids club, staff peach, ploy, Nicky, Min, Fon will help us and baby Ayden to play with the facilities here. They are very friendly, professional, and polite. Baby Ayden like it very much the staffs here especially Min. We came twice, Min was the one who took initiative to play with him

Just WOW. We did so much research before we booked a hotel in Phuket but nothing prepares you for how incredible this hotel is. From our arrival till check, everything about this hotel was luxurious. We arrived to a friendly welcome, a refreshing drink and a shoulder massage from the spa team. We were then taken by buggy to our room which was a Serenity Pool Villa. Absolutely stunning. You felt like you were in your own private oasis. The beds are incredibly comfy. The rooms are so spacious. The garden & pool was stunning. You get your own push bike assigned to you for the duration of your stay - which is such a fun way to get around this huge complex. They will pick you up & drop you back at your room via buggy, if needed however. The staff cant do enough for you. We ate in several restaurants and the food was amazing. I hate a buffet on holiday but the breakfast was wonderful. Honestly the whole stay was just wonderful. During our stay they had just opened "Rava" the beach club so we were invited to their opening which was so much fun. Its a beautiful place to relax during the day too. I could go on and on, but no amount of words will do it justice.

Our stay in Banyan tree was very disappointing. The service was far from 5 stars in all outlets. We were made to feel more of an inconvenience than welcome. The food around the pool and room service were very very lacking. The rooms are VERY old and dated (peeling wood, extremely old kitchen, taps not working etc). The whole place lacks atmosphere. The kids club workers were on their phones whenever I went to check on my daughter. The best part is the pool which is lovely and has a nice calm atmosphere. We ended up booking another hotel our friends were staying at and leaving. A huge waste of money and time and certainly not a 5 star experience
