All hotel
A luxurious and outstanding hotel with amazing food and a huge variety of dishes. The only downside is that the food is not halal. The room was like a dream. We stayed in a private villa with an excellent private swimming pool, and it was absolutely perfect. The hotel is excellent, and all the staff and waiters were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. They made our stay even more enjoyable.

Exceptional service at Banyan Tree Phuket
Me and my friends have previously stayed at Angsana in Vietnam, but this was our first time at a Banyan Tree hotel. Like Angsana, the service was top tier and everyone was really kind! At the breakfast buffet, Niwat was very nice and brought us fruit and fresh towels! We’ll definitely be coming back, we’re having a pleasant time so far!

Sound healing
Very relaxing sound healing ceremony: some breath techniques, little stretching and wonderful cristal bowls. Brandy's instructions are very precise and in beautiful calm voice. Ps - please next time - could you accurately wake up people who snore? Its a bit disturbing:))

the hotel was a wonderful experience especially the massage, Thank you so much to Deana and Aui which brought us a wonderful experience of Thai massage, me and my family member really enjoyed it, will definitely come back next time!
