Zero hospitality and very poor structure if it is raining. The access road is not paved and was flooded to the point it damaged my car. When we arrived the hotel was infested with mosquitoes because of the rain, and we could not stay outside nor use any of the amenities, including the pool which was dirty. The room is large, but we noticed the AC did not work properly since it is so big. We couldn't use the hottub advertised in our room because it was filled by mosquitoes and is not covered. The hotel didn't even clean it before our arrival. If that wasn’t bad enough, we had a terrible experience with the hotel manager and front desk staff, who showed zero empathy or hospitality regarding our situation. We asked whether the hotel could convert our stay into credits due to the severe weather, especially since the hotel was not fully occupied. They suggested we should simply stay in the room and watch TV all day to “disconnect.” While I understand there is a cancellation policy and that this would have been a goodwill gesture, what truly turned us off was the manager’s attitude. She showed no care or empathy, was plainly rude, and walked away while we were still speaking. The weather was so bad that we gave up on staying at the hotel and spent less than one hour in the room. To add insult to injury, during checkout the hotel asked us to wait while they checked whether we had consumed any food or drinks from the minibar — which we found absurdly disrespectful after essentially donating BRL 3,000 to them. I would not have written this review if they had at least shown a better attitude. This was one of the worst interactions we have ever had with hotel staff, especially for a property that brands itself as a premium experience.

Wonderful place. We stayed at the Desideria house, and it was a dreamy experience. The team is efficient and kind. The food is delicious. The spot is incredible. Heaven on earth . Thank you Villa Kilombo for having us.

Me and my family had a great and special time at Kilombo Villas. It was a pleasure from the beginning to the end. The staff makes everything possible to make sure we have a great time. A special thanks to Carlos who was always there for us making sure we had everything we needed. The beach is almost private to the hotel guests and the scenery is breathtaking. I would go back every year if I could!

Our days at Kilombo were like heaven on earth! Not only the place is beautiful, but also the hotel is amazing. And the best part of it was the staff, who were constantly striving to provide us with the best and most memorable experience. It was one of the top traveling experiences I have ever had and will most definitely have my eyes at visiting Kilombo again in the future. Thank you very much for the great times you provided us!

This was a perfect place. It is beautiful, very comfortable, it offers great food and service. The beach just in front of the hotel is desert, almost there only for the guests. And it is gorgeous. It is 20 minutes from Pipa, so when you want to be around more people in busier beaches and restaurants, you can go there. Afterwords you just go back to this paradise called Kilombo Villas :-)
