Fantastic experience. The staff was great

Our 1st visit to Chabil Mar will not be our last; it’s a lovely hotel. Our villa was spacious and well appointed. The staff is very attentive, and we enjoyed delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The grounds are lovely, and create the impression you’re the only people on site. We all enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning.

My mom and I absolutely loved our stay! The staff is truly the best, which is really what sets this place apart. Everybody we interacted with was top notch and fun to chat with. William, the concierge, was also very helpful when I requested to book a last-minute ATM Cave tour. The villas are amazing - spacious and with everything you could need. We enjoyed our time all around the grounds, from sitting on our balcony to lounging near the water to grabbing a quick drink at the bar. Highly recommend Chabil Mar to anybody looking for a relaxing getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at Chabil Mar. On entering our villa, we told the hostess that the pictures on the web site did not do the villa justice. It was an amazing, spacious and comfortable unit, with all the amenities we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the flexibility of dining anywhere on the property. The staff was very friendly, professional and very approachable. The food and beverages were delicious and were served within a reasonable amount of time from us placing our order. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. The pool areas were very comfortable and enjoyable. The overall atmosphere was on the quiet side which we were really wanting as we came to relax after 5 days in the mountains hiking and exploring the many Mayan ruins along with the cave explorations. The walk to the village of Placencia was fairly short, but there is a 1/4 mile part that is on the main road, but we felt it was not an inconvenience. We did have a car if we needed it, and their shuttle service was very useful. Highly recommend Chabil Mar Villas for any ones future visit to Belize.

My family and I loved every moment of our experience at Chabil Mar!!! From the staff, the accommodations, the value, really everything, we can’t say enough positive things!!!! I give it my highest recommendation!!!!
