Hands down the best place and service I have stayed in Mexico. We went for a birthday with 12 women and felt incredibly safe. The service was exceptional and we had so many shared laughs with Jose, Freddy, Eddie, Tony and Manny! The concierge did a fantastic job tailoring the menu and drinks to our wants and needs including the incredible amount of cheese quesadillas by the pool. We loved it so much we are already talking about coming back next year. If you are traveling with a big group of people and don’t want to deal with sharing a space with other hotel guests this place is for you. Counting down the days until we can come back.

Villa Verna was beyond my expectations! We were greeted by Gabriella, Rosa and Jose who were so kind and helpful. The food and service were excellent. We loved our private pool and the view. It feels very secluded but you’re just steps away from the beach. Jose took such good care of us and helped make the trip so relaxing. We enjoyed are romantic getaway and cannot wait to go back! P.S. the guacamole and ceviche are THE BEST. Thanks Nestor!

We've stayed at Villa Verano nearly a dozen times since our son was married there in 2010. It's always a delightful experience, with exquisite food and beverages and exceptional personal service from the staff. We overflowed into one of the Beach Villas this trip - Villa Allegre is lovely and modern, with large well-equipped rooms and close proximity to the beach, only short elevator ride up to the main house and pool. We highly recommend Villa Verano - you won't be sorry.

The best experience ever! Villa Verano pampers and delights at every turn. With all the modern high-rise hotels (think: Miami), taking over the P.V. skyline, Villa Verano's breath-taking traditional Mexican architecture is a welcomed respite. The food, the staff and the grounds are over-the-top. We have visited Villa Verano several times, and always look forward to a return visit. It's spectacular!

This was our first experience in Puerto Vallarta and Villa Verano exceeded any expectations that we had. From the moment you step onto the property, you are treated like family. While the property is gorgeous, well-kept and one of a kind the staff is what is truly exceptional about Villa Verano. From the morning breakfast and drinks by the pool, Tony, Freddy, Eddy and Manny were exceptional at keeping our glasses filled and knowing our favorite drink drinks. Arturo and Meno were always there to ensure you were having an excellent time. Hilda and Maribel kept our room clean and, a true treat, cleaning our laundry every day to make sure we did didn’t come home with any dirty clothes. The true star of the stay was Jose. I’ve never seen someone work harder to make sure that everyone had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Jose is always present, ensuring that not just you are taking care of, but his entire staff is taken care of, as well. And I can’t forget about the food - Chef Frank and Nestor provided some of the best meals that I have ever eaten. This was the best vacation that my husband and I have ever had and I hope that we get the chance to visit Villa Verano again.
