The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach

The atmosphere and location were incredible. We enjoyed our stay a lot, thanks to the helpful staff and notably Sufian, who made our stay perfect.

Had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach. The private pool villa was spacious, clean and very peaceful, with beautiful beach access. The staff were warm and attentive, and the service was excellent throughout the stay. I also enjoyed the spa and dining at Shore House. A perfect luxury escape for privacy and relaxation in Ras Al Khaimah.

I've stayed at many luxury resorts, but the hospitality at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach is truly outstanding. A huge thank you to Mr. Aby Francis for always going the extra mile to make sure my partner and I were well looked after. He remembered our preferences from the last time we visited, made breakfast special every day, and consistently provided exceptional service. A special thanks as well to Mr. Jiyas, whose warm hospitality at Shorehouse made every dining experience memorable. These two are the sole reasons my partner and I keep returning to The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach. I’d also like to thank Mr. Mario, Mr. Amir, Mr. Sufian, Mr. Gopal, Ms. Angelica, Chef Ajay, Mr. Shivraj, Mr. Arjun, Mr. Deepu, and Mr. Roosevell for their kindness and care throughout our stay. The team made us feel more like family than guests, and it's one of the main reasons we came back for a second stay. Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach was nothing short of incredible. While the resort itself is beautiful, it was the staff who made our experience truly unforgettable. A very special thank you to Mr. Aby Francis, who went above and beyond every single day. From remembering our breakfast preferences to always checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed, his kindness and dedication were exceptional. We genuinely returned to this resort a second time because of the hospitality we received from him and Mr. Jiyas, the Captain at Shore House. Mr. Jiyas made every meal such a wonderful experience with his warmth, professionalism, and constant attention to detail. We'd also like to thank Mr Amir, Chef Ajay, Mr. Sufian, Mr. Mario, Mr. Gopal, Ms. Angelica, Mr. Deepu, and Mr. Roosevell for taking such great care of us throughout our stay.
