The Ritz Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, this was one of the most memorable staycations we’ve had. What stood out most was the level of service. Every member of staff went above and beyond, and it felt completely genuine. A special mention to Sabir, who turned breakfast into something we genuinely looked forward to each morning. He was attentive, engaging, and clearly cared about making the experience enjoyable. Everything was very well organised. Whether it was Pablo picking us up and dropping us off in the buggy, or the way the activities were run, it all felt easy and seamless. The team were always present, helpful, and happy to guide or support whenever needed. The highlights for us were the horse riding and desert riding, both of which were excellent, as well as the archery and falconry. Each activity was well run and enjoyable, with staff on hand to help and encourage. The staycation set menus were also very good. The quality of the food exceeded expectations and added to the overall experience. Overall, it offered excellent value for money and felt like a genuinely high-quality experience throughout. We will definitely be coming back.

We had such an amazing experience and truly felt taken care of from start to finish. Hemmanth from concierge was incredible. He knows the property so well and took the time to show us around, sharing helpful information throughout. He was always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. Pablo brought such great energy and kept us laughing, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Soniya and the entire team at Farmhouse were fantastic. They were attentive and thoughtful, often anticipating what we needed before we even asked. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. We also had a wonderful experience with the ladies at the Rainforest, who were warm, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel special. A big thank you to Shivdas as well for keeping our room spotless and ensuring all amenities were always in place. All the staff were knowledgeable about the property which made everything feel seamless and easy. We will definitely be coming back.

We booked the Rimal Villa, it looked larger than on the photos. We were given a villa that was next to the road so most of our view was of the road and road signs that was disappointing. This was my second time to stay in the resort and the room was nowhere the same experience as the Al Khaimah Villa I had stayed in before. The reception organised for us to have a look at the other villa options and in the end we upgraded to the Al Khaimah Tented Villa. It was definitely worth the upgrade. The weather was chilly in the evening but the pool temperature was preset to warm so it was lovely and cozy and stunning to see all the stars in the night sky. We ate at the Zuma pop up restaurant which was exceptional. We used the bikes to cycle around the resort. We did a 2 hour Rainforest spa Experience - it was so unique we would definitely do it again. The breakfast was lovely. I definitely recommend going for the Al Khaimah Tented Villa or higher, the experience is definitely worth the price.

The experience was amazing the food in the farmhouse was so delicious and the team at the restaurant was so kind . The place is so peaceful and relaxing and the best part our buggy pablo was amazing he is so kind and helpful he made us feel comfortable and showed us the place around . The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant kaheela was so welcoming and the breakfast was yummy over all our experience was amazing and we will sure come back again I would highly recommend this place . They made our honeymoon celebration memorable and lovely ❤️❤️

We had the pleasure of being served by Saber during breakfast at The Ritz RAK, and he truly made the experience exceptional. His attention to detail, warm attitude, and professionalism stood out from the moment we arrived. Saber was attentive without being intrusive and ensured everything was perfect throughout.
