A very special mention to the Joshi, Saber, Hein, Pezan, Sandra and Let. Their genuine warmth, attentiveness, and graceful service made the experience truly memorable. They went beyond simply delivering service; they created a feeling of being cared for, welcomed, and valued. It is this level of authentic hospitality that turns a beautiful resort into an unforgettable one. Definitely coming back again.

I’ve stayed at plenty of places, but RC Ras al Khaimah genuinely stands out. Walking in feels like stepping into a different world—there’s something almost otherworldly about the place. Maybe it’s the design, maybe it’s the vibe, but it works. You know immediately you’re somewhere special. What really sets RC apart, though, is the people. The entire team operates at another level. These aren’t folks just going through the motions—they’re genuinely skilled professionals who clearly take pride in what they do. You can feel the difference between trained hospitality and truly excellent service. RC delivers the latter l, ofcourse Training shapes it first. I want to give a special shout-out to several team members who made my experience exceptional: Joshi, Pezan, Moon, Hein, Sandra, Hemanth, Neeraj, Let, and Prasad. Each of them went above and beyond. They remembered details, anticipated needs, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. That kind of attentiveness is rare. Whether you’re looking for a complete escape or somewhere that restores your faith in hospitality, RC Ras al Khaimah delivers. Highly recommended.

We had such a beautiful experience celebrating our one-month anniversary at The Ritz-Carlton. ❤️ Saber was absolutely amazing—so warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. When we mentioned our anniversary, he surprised us by beautifully decorating our table, arranging a lovely cake and drinks, and checking on us throughout the evening. His kindness and generosity made our celebration extra special. Truly grateful! ❤️✨
