What an incredible experience from start to finish! Everything was absolutely perfect and the level of service truly exceeded my expectations. A very special thank you to Nina, my massage therapist, who was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and made the whole treatment such a relaxing and memorable experience. Definitely one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The entire spa team was wonderful, the reception staff were so warm and attentive, and the food at Zuma was fantastic. Every detail throughout our stay made us feel genuinely well taken care of. This was easily one of the best experiences I’ve had in the UAE. I left feeling completely relaxed and already looking forward to coming back. I will definitely return and couldn’t recommend it more!

We decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary at this hotel, and it was absolutely the right choice. We found it truly wonderful. The tent-style villa is fantastic. Enjoying such peace and quiet, watching the animals come close to the pool, and seeing how well our daughter was treated at the Ritz Kids Club has already made us wonder when we will return. It has been a highly recommended experience. The only aspect that could be improved is the spa. We believe that a hotel of this category should not allow facilities to be out of service or operating poorly. At the very least, this information should be communicated publicly on its website. Other than that, if anyone is considering staying at this hotel, I can say without any doubt that it will exceed all expectations.
