The Ritz Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert

We had a wonderful stay, the location, the rooms and the atmosphere is mesmerizing, all surrounded by nature and the desert. The vallets Pablo and Saber followed us from beggining to end and made the whole experience stress free. We highly recommend to come here to unwind from your daily life. It’s perfect both for families and couples

Had a great experience and what really stands out in this hotel are the staff from the minute you enter everyone is very welcoming and accommodating to level I never experienced in any other hotel. At the restaurant kaheel we were servers by Ana amazing waiter Saber who really goes far and beyond to make everything exceptional and attend to your dreams to make it happen with huge smile the hospitality and welcoming attitude of the staff never seen before then the buggy driver Amr takes you to your villa with huge smile and amazing attitude explaining everything eholeheratddly about their facility with all details to make sure you have Ana asking time and the head of security Mr Ahmed drives you himself to take. Care if we forgot our keys and explaining everything as well and super kind and nice with the kids. Amazing amazing staff that makes it such an unforgettable experience thanks Saber, chef Anas Mr ahmed and our best buggy driver Amr and all the rest sorry I don’t remember all the names but we really appreciate your kindness and hospitality

It was an amazing staycation. We really enjoyed our time there as couples after so many visits with the family. I would like to thank Carolina Garcia for her hospitality, Diana at Zumba for her help, kindness and generous hospitality. Also, special thanks to Saber, Rabin, and Hein for their kindness and hospitality.
