The experience in general was greater than expected. You get welcomed warmly, and the staff help you with all the questions you may have. The majority of the staff members were lovely, kind to children, and easy to talk to, eg Pablo, the guy with the safari tour, but also others. Of course there were some things that happened which were unfortunate. Due to how busy it was, we had to wait for a baggy a lot, we did not get correct information about the restaurant, etc. However, the food outdid the bad. Last thing, the rooms were very inconvenient. There is no decent dining table, the water in the pool is slightly cold, and the bathrooms cannot be locked.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional and the service was truly at Ritz-Carlton standards. The resort is breathtaking, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning desert nature. We initially stayed in a beautiful villa, and we were then offered a complimentary upgrade to a Tent Villa, which was beyond amazing — a truly magical and luxurious experience with outstanding privacy and atmosphere. Special thanks to: Mr. Ahmed (Front Office Manager) for his outstanding support, professionalism, and the wonderful upgrade. Mr. Hemanth, who took excellent care of us throughout the stay, following up on every detail and ensuring everything was perfect for our family. A world-class experience and highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious desert safari-style getaway. We will definitely return.

The experience in this resort is magical! The whole place offers many activities during the whole day. Not only you can enjoy private pool in your room but many outdoor activities including horse riding, falcon show, spa, bicycle riding are always available. Staff always available and cleaning impeccable! 100% privacy guaranteed! Location is superb and it’s a perfect place to find your piece of mind. Special thanks to mister AMR, that was available to assist us during any time of the day to escort us to the different places inside the resort and made sure to organize our day! He was just amazing and really went above and beyond! Thank you AMR for making our staycation even more memorable! I 200% recommend ritz Carlton as a staycation or any type of vacation you need !
