Pampering and quiet experience.
We had a great weekend stay at the Ritz Carlton, Al Wadi. The location is great and the accommodation is perfect for a quiet getaway. Their staff is their biggest asset. Extremely courteous from the security to bell staff starting with Elvis and Saber, who chatted with us so pleasantly. The Buggy drivers namely Subin and Hemant for not only driving us to and from the room, all the while politely giving us information about the place, but also making sure my mother who was with us, is always taken care of and hydrated etc. Ram in housekeeping, who did a FANTASTIC job cleaning and organizing our belongings for us, even in the bathrooms. Rahul, who offered to dig through trash to find a lost item, that accidentally got thrown in trash. That’s such genuine care for guests and going above and beyond. The FnB team under chef Rashi and Chef Sanil, really pampered us. Some of the servers, Andrew, Jessman, Amrita, Sabina and Zinab, all recognized us from last year and came to say hello even if they were not assigned to our table. director Amr and Robin were both kind enough to make exceptions in accommodating dietary choices for my mother. Chef Sanil even made some very tasty off-menu comfort food items for her to eat in the room when she didn’t want to come out. Last but not least, we even got Indian chai from chef Sanil. What a treat! Thank you to the staff for their hospitality. We will be back for sure!

Amazing stay
Amazing stay at this resort. Beautiful scene and so peaceful. Very well decorated, clean and the staff were amazing. Amr - the buggy driver was my favorite. He was so friendly and welcoming. He showed us around the whole resort which made us want to come back soon. He’s a key to the team and a reason we will come back.
