Our family of 3 stayed at Little Palm and so glad we chose that villa! It was absolutely gorgeous, spacious and immaculately maintained. Marcia, Rohan, Audley, and Terry Ann were fantastic. I was inspired to start cooking more after enjoying the wonderful meals that we enjoyed looking out at the pool and garden. We also loved the tennis facilities! We went during the off season so there weren’t enough people for the teen clinics to run, but my son enjoyed lessons with Macoy and shout out to Allistair and the rest of the tennis shop staff.

Had an amazing experience Hanover Grange. I exceptionally grateful for the staff. Each one of them played a part that exceeded my expectations. I recommend 10/10. Best experience I’ve have in Jamaica yet and if you get to meet Andre, tell him I sent you!

The villa itself is absolutely **gorgeous, immaculate, private, and even more beautiful than the photos online**. It is spacious, luxurious, and has everything you could possibly need for the perfect getaway. The private beach is an incredible bonus and made our stay even more special. What truly sets Hanover Grange apart, though, is the staff. They are simply phenomenal. Months before we arrived, our butler, **Andre**, was already in communication with us, making sure every detail of our trip was exactly how we envisioned it. Every request was handled with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. There was never any hassle—just exceptional service from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the entire team welcomed us with such warmth. The housekeeping staff kept the villa spotless, and they worked so seamlessly that we barely noticed them moving throughout the home. **Melvin** made sure no request ever went unfulfilled. He kept everything organized, communicated our needs to the team, and always knew where we were if we needed anything. His attention to detail was outstanding. And then there was **Chef Andrew**... absolutely amazing! Every meal was authentic, flavorful, and clearly prepared with love. He personally checked on us after meals to make sure we were happy—and we absolutely were. Every dish was a highlight of the trip! Andre was truly our superhero throughout the week. Anything that even looked like it might become an inconvenience was taken care of before we even realized it. He made us feel completely at home, and his dedication to making our stay perfect is one of the biggest reasons we'll continue coming back. This was my **second stay at Hanover Grange**, and thanks to the incredible staff and beautiful villa, I'm already planning **trip number three!** If you're looking for luxury, privacy, exceptional hospitality, and a team that genuinely cares about creating an unforgettable experience, look no further. **10 stars from us! We have visited Tryall many times but this was our first visit to Bye the Way. The breeze from the porch is perfection, but nothing compared to the warmth and care received from Nisha! She welcomed us with open arms, cooked delicious meals, made sure every need was taken care of, and made us feel at home from minute one. You must try her Curried Goat, Jerk Chicken, and of course her chocolate chip cookies for the kids! The villa was spotless, and plenty of room for the four of us. The beds were comfy, and Nisha always made sure they were at a comfortable temperature. The living space had plenty of space but the porch is where we spent most of our time. The breeze and view made it that you didn’t want to leave! Come for it all, but know you will walk away with Nisha as a friend and member of your family. Can’t ask for a better vacation than that!
