Blown way by our stay at this hotel, it exudes opulence! the rooms are stunning, the staff were cheerful and professional and the food was top class. The hotel is situated on the most stunning grounds, so our family of 4 were able to avail of the complimentary bikes the hotel had to offer to view these beautiful surroundings. Absolutely loved our stay here and can't wait to visit again.

Had the most amazing, relaxing, night away last weekend! The service from Cesar and Saoirse was faultless. I wished I could have stayed longer to snuggle into their soft pillows and mattresses! 🛌 Had so much fun cycling around the estate on the bicycles provided 🚲

I’ve been here 6-7 times & it always excels. Food, service, spa, the whole attitude to service & the “welcome” is, in my opinion, unrivalled. I’ve been fortunate to stay in plenty of top notch 5 stars & the K is right up there. Lots of very kind Complementary extras for a 25th wedding anniversary. Bravo K club!

Having stayed a few times in recent months, I have to say that the staff at the K club are what set it apart from the competition. Upon arrival, there is always a warm and friendly welcome from Patrick, Cesar, Tony, and all. Cesar can manage to organise anything asked of him, while retaining a friendly smile on his face at all times. Reception and management are very professional, as are the staff of the Barton restaurant and Henry lounge. Gary O'Hanlon continues to serve delicious food, more than a decade since I first encountered his cusine. In the Blue Martini bar, John and his team make cocktails that are too good, drawing us back most nights. There are so many other staff members that deserve mention for their warm, friendly, and professional service. Having experienced many hotels, I would say that everything is as expected from a 5 star hotel, and the attention to the fine detail has not gone unnoticed. Some may argue over personal preferences in a hotel, but in my opinion, once expected standards are met, the people are what set it apart. That is why the K club is up there at the top with the best of them.

Myself and my partner decided to go to the k club . I wanted to treat my boyfriend to this staycation as we are both very hard working individuals and we felt we deserved to go away. My partner works in hospitality and has been in the industry for almost 9 years now. We arrived up in the afternoon time and we are amazed by beautiful views and surroundings. We were met by the guest relations manager and he was very pleasant and accommodating explaining the rooms to us while our luggage was brought to the rooms. The rooms are so stunning and the voya range of products were a pleasure to use and felt amazing However this is where I was left disappointed in the evening while we dined in the palmer restaurant . our dinner experience was disappointing — it felt as though larger groups were prioritised, leaving us feeling overlooked and not properly accommodated. I ordered a side dish with my main and it did not come. I felt the service was slow and bear in mind it was not busy at around seven in the evening time . We were offered the dessert menu and it did not arrive. After twenty minutes attempting to get a servers attention I said Could we please see a dessert menu .. it finally arrived and I ordered an Americano and my partner ordered a dessert sticky toffee pudding. Again service was slow and my partner had his desert and my coffee came later. Usually the coffee would come first and perhaps two spoons to share the desert . I felt we were not important and the service was way more accumulating to the groups of golfers. I understand they were leaving more money and all that. But you have to look after everyone with the same attention.
