The One and Only in Abano. Absolute refinement and impeccable service. The interiors reflect a regal design inspired by the timeless grandeur of ancient Rome, with ornate gold detailing, classical artwork, and palace-like elegance. The sophisticated lounge, adorned with a majestic grand piano, rich oriental carpets, and opulent furnishings, evokes the atmosphere of true Roman aristocracy. Prime location, exceptional thermal waters, twice-daily room service, exquisite restaurant, and a truly outstanding atmosphere.

Helpful service and treatments
I stayed at Abano Grand Hotel for rehabilitation after a previous leg fracture. The mud treatments, massages, and mineral thermal pools were super helpful and well organized. I would especially like to thank Anastasia, who managed the scheduling and spent time arranging the appointments to fit my needs. I appreciated the overall level of service during my stay.

Wonderful 5* B&B but some defects in the Spa and Dining Room, and no tea/coffee in bedroom
My wife and I stayed for a week in January 2026. The B&B is good value as long as you are happy with 5* prices for everything after that. The hotel and facilites are 5*, with many wonderful staff, but we felt let down by some defects. There were no coffee/tea facilities in the room or in the common areas. Staff in the Spa area were good but let down by poor management regarding communication between the docter, receptionists and treatment people. Most of the multilingual waiters and bar staff were great, but we had terrible service in the a la carte dining room on our last night with food below par after waiting over half an hour for anything to appear. The breakfast every morning was excellent and fully deserves a 5* rating. I would return on a B&B basis but would avoid the spa and the dining room.
